I have been getting paint here for several years but had an issue this last time. They were SO wonderful to work with and took extra time to help me understand where the issue was and even gave me some extra roller brushes for free to make sure it went well-which of course it did. Thank you Dandy and staff for being patient and helping me.

I saw reviews that Benjamin Moore Paint was the best, so I drove across town to the 250W 2100 So location. Their service was abysmal, rude employees, unhelpful and argumentative. I had a very bad experience in this location, they were not using COVID precautions and when I said I was uncomfortable being in the store the manager said then you should just stay at home we dont feel the need to wear masks in our own store. My advise would be to use a different location, or Home Depot its just a block away. Avoid this business if at all possible like the plague.

I’m a fan of their paint but just walked in to look at colors for my new home and half the employees were not wearing masks. When I hesitated one woman put her mask on and told the other woman to do the same, but she ignored the request. I waited a couple of minutes then left to buy my paint elsewhere. Highly irresponsible.

Very nice and organized store. The shop is clean and inviting. We are excited to paint! We were in and out quickly.

The staff at this store was so helpful and patient with us, not only in person but over the phone as well!We had a very bad experience with Sherwin Williams prior to coming here.Dandy went out of his way every time and was nothing but happy to do so! We never felt rushed and always got good advice. Even though this locations is a bit far away from where we live, we are willing to do the drive and from now on, Benjamin Moore it is to put color on the walls of our home!P.S. The paint quality and finish were amazing. Revere Pewter for the walls, and Simply White for the trim.

First guy really didnt know what I was talking about - Formica. Asked second to tint primer...but he forgot until I asked - again. Third visit to this store. Two other times it was closed.

Im a painting contractor and customer service is fair if you are not a regular customer, but prices are triple of any other paint store and quality is the same to my point of view, just went there cuz my customer requests I use Benjamin Moore paint
