My husband & I purchased patio furniture, a fire pit and bar-b-que from Leisure Living a number of years ago. It is a durable, long lasting set which we don’t anticipate having to replace for a number of years. Of course, we do cover all of them in the winter months and take care of them, so they should last a very long time! During COVID, we were able to add pieces to our collection. The service was wonderful and we recommend them highly! If no one approaches you when you arrive, kindly ask for help! They have never been a pressure sales outfit. You may look at your “Leisure”! Love this place!

Todd was excellent to work with. While I ultimately didnt get to buy the umbrella I wanted for this summer season, that was due to shipping/manufacturer issues that LL has no control over. I will come here again, and would gladly refer someone to Todd - knowledgeable and thorough with his updates in a difficult time.

3 floors of really nice stuff to shop! No pushy sales people, just helpful and nice!

Went there about a week ago, NO ONE asked if they could help us. Looking at poly wood furniture but even though there was an employee on the floor and we were the only customers, he did not offer assistance. Some of the prices were not on the furniture. I guess if you have to ask, you can’t afford it! We signed their guest list with our phone number and STILL have had no contact from them. I don’t go into a store like this if I’m not interested in spending money there. Their loss.

I have purchased furniture, barbecue grills and other outdoor items from Leisure Living for more than 15 years. I have always found great products that not only stand out but also last. It is true that prices may be higher than shopping at lower end stores but the products at these places will not reflect the value and beauty of those from Leisure Living. I will continue to purchase here and refer others as well!

I bought a grill from Leisure Living a couple years ago. They were great to work with and delivered it ready to go. Great experience. Even better, I had a warranty issue and they are no longer a dealer for said grill. But they were very helpful in getting my warranty taken care of. Thanks Guys!

This place is great. Ive been buying from them for years: first my barbecue (which I LOVE. Grillhead here ;)), then a sectional, and I just went in to get some new stools for my kitchen remodel. Many of the salespeople have been there for years and are all super helpful and knowledgeable. Great products, beautiful store, awesome employees. Ill definitely be back... I need an umbrella for this summer. Ha!

We recently went to Leisure Living looking for new pads for a lounger (not purchased at LL). Michelle was easy and so much fun to work with. She showed us so many different custom options and fabrics, we were able to bring new life to an old piece of patio furniture. We plan on working with them for any future plans we have.

We love the selection and variety of quality outdoor furniture available at Leisure Living. After making several purchases over the past several months, we have been very satisfied with the sales staff and the things we have purchased. The delivery guys are great too! Everything has come quickly after we have purchased it.

Love our umbrella! We got it the end of last season and I am just calling the store now to get a couple more. I also LOVE the lounge chairs I got, they are holding up so well. great quality items!

Fanastic place

Very good selection for outdoor living. Judy was knowledgeable and very helpful. She really took care of us and helped us put together a fantastic backyard furniture arrangement.

Overpriced. Pompass staff. I stopped by in June to look at getting some new slings for my Winston chairs that were 19 years old. 2 middle age staff behind the counter. Not another customer in the store. I did have on some work clothes. Guy told me we dont order those until August (slow season) and they were going to be a 150$/ sling x 6 installed. This was good luck for me because then I went online and found an outdoor furniture rehab site and it was 250$ for all 6. I installed alone using 30$ lowes clamp and elbow grease.

Bought a fire pit was told by the sales woman that they offered delivery and set up for a small fee. So we paid to have it delivered and set up. The fire pit was delivered today and the person who delivered it said that they dont set them up and that the sales person should not have said that. So now we have to pay someone else to come out and set it up and connect it to the gas line. The fire pit itself is great. The sales people and cusr service is what sucks. For what you pay at this place for the products they sell. You would think they would set the fire pits up for you.

Pricey. Pricey. One cushion for patio chair was $80. We have four chairs and that would have been eight cushions so $640! Minimal product on hand. Have to order other colors. We can afford nice cushions. But this was out of line. This is a high end store so sticker shock applies. Salesman would rather talk to his colleague than answer our questions. Will not return. No wonder parking lot was empty.

This place is the best! I always feel taken care of no matter what my strange ask is and their follow through is superb. Dont go anywhere else!

First of all, if I try to stay positive, which isnt terribly hard, what I can tell you is that this place offers decent outdoor furniture to liven up your place. Once I cant say anything else, other than not saying anything at all, I can tell you that the prices here are beyond insanity! $600 for a 10x10 outdoor rug? You got it! $12,000 dollars for a wicker outdoor couch? Heck yeah! And, One other thing is that the prices do not reflect the quality of the furniture (Outdoor) or reflect the material cost or whatever is total nonsense. GO buy a $50 rug from home depot and save $550 for stuff there. If you have money, than come here, but if you actually are smart with your money than DO NOT!!!!!

We bought a patio set last year (which was a good shopping experience...salesperson wasn’t pushy at all) but the way they’ve handled our issue is awesome. The table had a problem come up this year and once they saw the issue, I got a phone call from Michelle McDonald saying it would be taken care of, no questions. She even reached out to the manufacturer to ensure the problem wouldn’t happen again (and offered me store credit if I preferred going that route). It was so much easier to resolve than I ever expected. Thank you so much. I’ll refer everyone your way. Unpaid spokesperson right here.

Salespeople are very thorough and polite, I told the salesman that I was just looking and he took his time to help me and pick what product I would like even though he knew I was just looking.

Quality furniture! Follow through of sales staff has been problematic.

None of the sales people (Michelle, Todd, etc.) or Warehouse Staff (Shaun) at Leisure Living (with the exception of Mark) are willing to go out of their way to assist their customers. We (our family) have purchased many items from this Co. over the years and unfortunately this will be the last time that we will ever do business with this unorganized and uncaring business. It is unfortunate . . . but there are many other Companies in Utah that would love to have your business (at a better price), treat you with respect and provide a greater customer experience!!!

I called Leisure Living in Sugar House about buying a bench for my parents anniversary and spoke with Marcel who said they had the one I chose available still in the box, unassembled, in their warehouse. I needed it in a box so I could drive it to Montana where my parents live. I paid over $700 for this piece. When my husband went to pick it up, they said they didnt have any in a box, there was only one left, and gave him one with obvious wear on the bottoms of the feet - it was either used or had been on their display floor. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. I am extremely angry and upset about this and cannot emphasize strongly enough that this business is not to be trusted.

Leisure Living Inc is the best premiere patio furniture store in Utah. Great service, and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be going back.

Very pricy items for outdoor furniture. Unless you keep it covered and never use it not sure why you would pay so much for a Lounge Chair 1500$ not sure it is worth that much

High pressure sales if you look like you have money, wont acknowledge you exist if you dont.

I would probably go anywhere but here Todd I think his name was is a complete jerk not that great of quality either go anywhere but here!!!!!
