The menudo here is seriously amazing. I probably visit every few weeks since I discovered it on Doordash, its right next to my house. Wow, I cant say enough good things about the food here. Someday, Ill try the other stuff, but for me, the menudo is the star of the show. If you like the hominy corn, they can add it for you, but you have to ask for it.

The food used to be good years ago but has gone downhill. It’s expensive and like others have mentioned, it gave me an upset stomach. I also noticed the cashier (whom I’m going to assume is the owner) was very rude to the ladies cooking. Unprofessional.

Great food. Very authentic feels like you are in Mexico. Opens late when you get the munchies. Good atmosphere. Love the tacos are loaded with lots of meat.

The best Mexican tacos... they are really friendly and You can eat the most delicious 😋 tacos in the salt lake area but you need going after 9:00 pm for eat this delicious tacos.

Tripa had too many burned pieces, I had to pick out, giving it a funky taste. Chicharon recipe changed, when I asked him about the difference of the meat he insisted it was always like this. Asada was also not eaten, they were so salty, when I mentioned this to him they insisted no salt is added to the meat. What? Whatever? Who doesnt season meat for tacos? And how do they explain the teaspoon of salt I just took a bite out of. I have been going to this place 8+ years. I dont know if they changed management or what I am all for supporting small businesses but I cant support someone that has no integrity or a loyalty to their client. Everyone has a bad night but it was just the lying and the going back and forth with me, that is a no for me .

The Aztec is a nice little shop and restaurant. The chicken tacos are so good! And all the sides were delicious too. The place looks a little run down but dont judge a book by the cover because they have some of the best authentic (and natural ingredient based) Mexican food around! The service was excellent and the workers are friendly despite my broken Spanish (dont worry most of them are fluent in English). Enjoy this quintessential Mexican restaurant and discover a little gem.

Excellent in market kitchen, traditional foods prepared like in the stores back in Mexico, hand made tortillas are to die for and their huge tacos are sure to fill up the hungriest bellies. Their soups and caldos (stews) are authentic, and great any time of year, but specially on a cold Utah winter day.

They have a Mexican restaurant inside there.. their food is a little expensive but well worth it.. I have a new favorite place to go.. its alot bigger inside then it looks on the outside.. awesome Street Tacos 👍👍👍

I love to get meat here fresh cut and very different and authentic then a regular store. They are always nice to me and they take food stamps ebt 😊.

I had never gone there to try out their Tacos on the weekends I can actually say they are very tasty. They start serving from 830pm to 5 am. You definitely need to try them out.

Good variety of stores the taco restaurant here is my favorite! They have helpful employees at each individual store except the grocery store on the far right Ive had bad experiences here and their food is expired and the vegetables have gone bad. It looks a bit beat down but I dont mind it.

Disappointed with their service today. Went in there and order a large posole, tacos, and birria. After a few minutes of ordering they gave us first the pork posole and it was cold not even warm to the touch. We told the lady right away and instead of putting it back on the stove she put it in the microwave and then handed it back to us. It was also not seasoned right and was pretty disappointing. Tacos were okay not the best. What was really good was their beef birria. It was delicious and we’ll seasoned everything else not as great.

This place is perfect for a late night friday or Saturday after the club or whatever. Get the tacos but it gets a lil busy.

Love this place! Great late night snack on the weekends. From lengua and ojo to asada and pastor, it is all good. Can get a little crowded during the rush but its definitely worth a try. You must try the suadero!!!

La taqueria en la noche. Sus tacos son Buenos. Pero cada ves, que vengo nos dan menos carne y Los tacos los sigen aciando mas chicos. This is a review for the tacos at night, they are usually good, but lately they give us less meat and the tacos keep getting smaller. Also they no longer carry only cilantro which suck because i hate onions. Also they have been having more fat than meat.

Very disappointed in the service and the tacos on my last visit. Usually I have always gone to eat tacos in this place, but yesterday I went and ordered some tacos to go, first the ordering system is terrible and very disorganized, after waiting 45 minutes I found out that my order had been skipped, second when I got to my house the tacos were incomplete, and third I tried to call more than 10 times and no one answered. Hoping that the tacos were going to do as usual, when I opened them the quality of how much meat they put in is very bad compared to how they used to do it. I will have to find another place!

The service is slow. The suadero has flavor but it is dry, and I would never eat tripe again if it tasted like the one they make here everywhere.

I was waiting for my table for more than 40 min, I was at the front of the line and they seated 2 groups of people who came behind me, and it is not the first time that I am passing, yesterday was the last time I went to that place, their organization is very bad, I mentioned that to the one who takes the orders and said that since we did not tip they could not hire waitresses to organize the tables, almost 1 hr of my time wasted in the trash
