The place has a lot a variety of mattresses. All in good prices. The people here also helped in telling us more in detail about the mattresses which helped a lot!

Ive gone a couple times for a few different furniture pieces. The staff are great! Super helpful and friendly. I have referred my mother here and she got a great deal on a moveable bed base and super comfortable mattress. Definitely a place to check out if youre looking for furniture and want to find some deals. The picture is the bedroom furniture I purchased. This was not a set, I just chose the platform bed and nightstands to my liking. The lamps, bedding, candle and echo show not included.

We came in to The Warehouse to buy our first mattress as newlyweds! My husband is very particular when it comes to mattresses, as he used to work at a mattress store. Andrew was the employee who helped us out, and he was incredible! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping us pick the perfect mattress. We ended up deciding on one, and were blown away by how affordable it was! We found the same mattress on another site for significantly more, and we’re so relieved we went to The Warehouse to buy ours! We will definitely be returning to furnish the rest of our home with their furniture! I highly recommend going to The Warehouse for any mattress/furniture needs!

Needed a bed and couch delivered for a family in need. The delivery service was booked and my vehicle is not big enough. Quin and his boss at the warehouse was kind enough to deliver the furniture themselves. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help this family have a place to sit and sleep at move in.

All I can say is ewwww. Mattress has multiple stains and is outside due to fear of BEDBUGS. Please see pics and do not go there. They will not inform you (nor tag the merchandise) that the mattress is used which is a $10,000 fine in Utah as far as I understand. Picked it up tonight and will be calling the bank tomorrow to dispute charges. You have been warned.Update- Wells Fargo could not do anything due to this businesses no return/ no exchange policy. We needed a new bed for our guest room and time was an issue. The team at The Warehouse came through. We got a new queen size bed and they arranged for delivery the next day. We love the price and the mattress!

I wish I had never bought anything else from them. I paid for a bed in mid April and I still have not received anything. They keep saying that it will be there next week, then the next week. Nobody calls me to let me know, I have to call them. My daughter has been sleeping on an air mattress while waiting because we threw her old bed out. We pad over $1100.00We had bought a bed for my husband and I, that was a great experience and that’s why we went back. We were even going to buy a couch from them, but not now. Just FYI.

I literally received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a long time! I’m currently standing in the store while this man is on his personal cell phone! Keep in mind I’ve been in here for a total of 30 min! He answered minimal questions and was far from interested in making a sell!

Pretty great mattress selection with steep discounts. Only an idiot or people with money to burn would pay full price at other retailers for a newer model. They give you 30 days to try out the beds and exchange which is nice. Low pressure sales team, which is a relief. They even carry your purchases out to your vehicle. Saved a ton with these guys. They also have other furniture there as well, but I think their bread and butter are the mattresses.

My ordering went smoothly however when they first delivered my couch it was scratched so we let them know and hey they said they would bring a new one. Awesome. However, the one they swapped out was in worse condition than the first one. It wasnt Exactly cheap stuff and it was new and when Im buying something new I would like to be the first person to scratch it up. not get it already damage🤔🤔

These guys know how to do business; treat the customer right and they will come back. We were able to find what we wanted. Both furniture on a budget and a couple of really nice pieces. The manager was particularly helpful. And best of all, I didnt feel like I paid too much, or was pressured to buy anything I didnt want.

I have had a sore neck for months and went in here to get a new mattress. I laid down on one of their gel pack memory foam mattresses and was in heaven! Like sleeping on a cloud...no joke. The sales rep was very cool and happened to have the same name as me and gave me a great deal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great mattress and furniture!

Watch out. All 5-star reviews, none older than July? If it smells like a scam... I bought my (king) mattress here two years ago. Great experience, til I slept on it - theres a huge mound in the middle. The owner said, Sure, well replace it. Just bring it in. Or pay the $80 to have it picked up and the $80 to deliver another one. Gotcha!

Be aware, they use bait and switch tactics. Was shown that we were approved for 18 months on a line of credit , (2800.00). A few days later, we were told to come back to the store, this is after delivery, and we slept in the bed, that we were not approved, and had to pay for everything. I said return it all, they said no refund on the mattress, in this case this should not apply, Shelly, the sales woman at the Murray store, was so upset, that she took this personally, she did find a company to finance just the mattress, for 1264.00, and for 6 months which is not what i agreed to. I never agreed to their snap credit program. So she made an error, and is trying to cover it up by forcing me to agree to another contract. This is​ fraudulent behaviour. I have yet to surreal to the owner, Paul.If u buy from this chain of stores, do not buy from Murray or West Jordan, Make sure you purchase from the owner that u can get a refund if u return the mattress. Had a good selection of furniture. Low prices too. Just didnt quite have what we were looking for.

I had 2 bad experiences . First , I ordered a bed frame around November 26, 2017 . I was told that i would have it by December 3rd . Right before my daughter birthday . Which was December 5th . First they mentioned it was on the truck . Then they mentioned . It’s out for delivery . By the time it was my daughter birthday , it was not on the truck but I’ll will be on next shipment . It was not . I didn’t get my shipment until January 10th or so . Once it actually came it went straight to Murray , when I did the shipment in west valley . It was very upsetting . Then I was given a attitude because I i didn’t receive any of there voicemails . So owner Paul contacted me . Knowing I was upset and told me “ the next time I return , that he would take care of me “ . So I went in person and asked if I was interested in this couch how could he “take care of me “ wasn’t ready to purchase . Rep Andrew stated he would only do the same he already offered which was $100 . So I returned asking for for that discount . Not wanting the couch . And Paul was nowhere to be found , so and once they contacted him he didn’t remember it so . They can’t help me . So I feel cheated . I feel like I returned to spend money . I could of easily went to rc Wiley . Or looked around any other place . But they said they take care of me . But at the end of the day . They don’t remember who you are . And pretend like you are not a valued customer . That they are not people of there word . I sent my family here to buy , my friends . Patients of our clinic and I needed to buy more furniture . But they don’t care about care , about you . They care about making every cent that they can .

Ive visited The Warehouse multiple times and have always felt like my questions, concerns, and interests were of utmost importance. Ive been extremely pleased with the furniture Ive boughten, and I know that my business is valued. I would reccomend them to anyone!

Bought two couches in store no problem, I ordered two futons and was told it would take a couple of weeks max to get them delivered. Several phone calls went unreturned, and when I went in after three weeks past I got the same excuse I got when I called any day now. I had no choice but to get a refund. I think Shelly just swiped my card without actually processing the transaction. Ill need the owner to contact me.
