I wish I could give no stars. Submitted blood work to them early January, they said they received it January 16th, as of yesterday(our deadline for work reduced benefits costs) It wasnt complete yet February 28th. Bridget pretty much was no help and made it out to be my fault because I couldnt get anyone to help me for a week straight and finally caught her after hours and Emily, even though she typed notes vigorously, she was unsuccessful at helping as well. Why are these people even in business. I have never been so frustrated with Customer Service EVER!

I submitted information to get a quote from Utah Plastics Group the beginning of March 2012.-After two weeks and no reply I called the sales rep who had taken my info. He said that the engineering dept. had it and I would hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. A week later I called again and was told someone would call me back.-No one did.-I called again on a Friday (having previously left a message for the sales rep that I would very much like to tour the factory) only to hear a recorded message stating that there was no one answering phones do to an open house that day. The open house ended at 3:30. I had called at 3:15.-I called back after the phones were again being answered andI told the receptionist that I was frustrated and she said she would connect me with someone who could help and was more responsive than the sales rep I had been working with.-The call was picked up by the very same sales rep who told me my quote was coming. I waited another two weeks and called again, for the last time. I again told of my frustrations and the receptionist assured me she would have a supervisor call me that day. That was over a week ago and I have still heard nothing.-In my experience, the representatives at Utah Plastics Group acted unprofessionally in every way. I was completely ignored and made to feel a nuisance for desiring to do business with them.-I cannot more strongly convey my recommendation to never do business with Utah Plastics Group.

Professional service and high quality products. Theyre a good partner for high quantity manufacturing.

Similar experience to the previous reviews. Very unprofessional. I will not attempt to do business with them again.
