Bought an Arctic Spa in 2018. Have had no issues but last week the water temperature dropped. I called the South Salt Lake location. Gary in service got right back to me. He diagnosed the issues as a faulty water heater online. Even though we were out of town, Gary “had it”. He scheduled a tech to come to my house, fixed the problem and because it was under warranty - no charge. It’s quite nice to have a guy like him just take the problem, run with it and fix it without me having to be there. Five stars!

We bought our spa from Arctic Spas and couldn’t be more pleased. The spa is absolutely beautiful. The delivery guys we early and took them just minutes to place it. The very next morning someone came and set it up. We are loving it. None of this would have been possible without Adrian. He was our knowledgeable sales guy. He helped out all the way keeping us informed on the progress. You want a spa Arctic Spas or nothing.

Buying our hot tub at Arctic Spas was a great experience. We so appreciate the awesome service we received from Adrian. He kept us up to date on how long our hot tub would take. He emailed me right away when our hot tub arrived to their store. Adrian was very helpful and we so appreciated it. The guys that delivered our hot tub were very nice and did a great job. The start up guy also did a great job and was here early. They were all prompt and we are very pleased with the service we got and love our hot tub. The only thing that was frustrating was it took about 5 months to get our hot tub installed due to the back up like anything your order lately takes extra time. After 8 long months it finally arrived! Chad our salesperson was awesome throughout the process. The delivery crew was fast and efficient. And last but definitely not least, Christian, the tech who did our final hookup, was amazing. Answered every question I had and went above and beyond on the install.Huge kudos to the entire Arctic Spas Utah team.

After months of delay from the supply chain backup in the world right now, we received our spa. The delivery was a little tricky since we had received a lot of rain and unexpected snow the day before making the ground wet. The delivery truck got stuck in the field access we were using. Fortunately, my dad is awesome and showed up with his bobcat and we were able to move it into place with his help. The tech guys that came the next day were friendly and good natured and built our covana cover and cedar stairs and got everything up and running. Were eagerly awaiting the pool to come to temperature still so we can use it, but so far have been very pleased with service and the spa looks amazing.

They were amazing! Super helpful and absolutely went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met! Ended up getting all the things I needed here that I have been looking for! I will be returning when its time to refill my chemicals and when I upgrade my hot tub! Will recommend to my friends!!

Gary and the service team are excellent. Gary in particular is always willing to take a call and troubleshoot a problem or concern. Spaboy is a game changer - if you have an older tub you should consider a retrofit and have the tub essentially take care of itself without constantly adding chemicals.

They have nice new service vehicles now. Looks more professional than their older pickup trucks.

$15,000 nightmare!!!!! Originally ordered a 8’ salt water spa in early October 2020 to have for Christmas. Was promised delivery on Dec 9. Never received the spa until February. Then the real nightmare started. Gary has sent multiple technicians at different times to get the filtration system correct. Replaced a pump, filters, and who knows what to try to keep us functioning in. We use it a few times then turns into a swamp. The guys in service said that the factory redesigned the filtration system recently and has been a company wide issue. Each time they come to fix it, it doesn’t. Last time the tech cleaned up the water, then literally drilled a hole in the filter cartridge and said that would fix it. I have asked for a return and a refund for this pile of garbage. We will see if they have the integrity to fix this giant disappointing problem. I am happy to adjust this review if they will take it back for a refund and wake me up from this hot tub nightmare.

I have been on relying on Arctic Spa Utah for the past 4 years and I am still a very satisfied customer. I truly feel that they have my best interest at heart! They have quality prices and wonderful staff and service technicians. I buy all of my Hot Tub chemicals from them, and have called out their service team for maintenance and to replace items 6 or 7 times. I highly recommend their store and services.

Only one pump out of 3 would start on my Arctic Spa. My dealer in California suggested that I call Utah Arctic Spa for tech assistance. I called Utah and was connected with Gary. He promptly suggested that I go to my spa and access the control panel. He patiently walked me through roughly 10 to 12 settings and was able to determine that somehow my settings were changed from a 3 pump spa setting to a 1 pump spa (PN-1). He advised me to change it to read PN-3 and that fixed the issue. I was very impressed with Gary’s knowledge of the Arctic Spa controls and his patience as I fumbled through the various screens.I received 5 star service via phone from 1000 miles away. Thanks Gary!!!.

I had a cracked light lens and our breaker would flip off when trying to use pump No. 1. due to leak in cabinet. Called Arctic Spa and Gary sent tech out the next day. Replaced lens and installed new pump. Everything works great!

We ordered a spa cover on February 27 and were told that it would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. After 8 weeks past, we still had not received the cover, so we called the company over 5 times during regular business hours over the course of 2 weeks and left a voicemail each time.It took them over 2 weeks to return our call, at which point, we finally got in touch with someone who said there was a “mistake” with our order and that it would be delivered within another 2 weeks.Wouldn’t you know it - the extra 2 weeks past and we still didn’t receive it. We called again, were told that the sales manager would return our call, and yet he never did.It has now been 16 weeks and we have still not received the cover that we paid nearly $800 for. To get a refund, we have had to file a dispute with our credit card company.We understand the delays have been caused by Covid, but their unresponsiveness and complete lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. We will not shop here again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

Tub was delivered defective. They fixed it, but not the experience I expected. One of the main reasons we bought it was the web application to maintain the chemicals, but that does not work. They tell us to reset the breaker on the spa power, but doing that every day is not a solution. The support team never calls us back and the sales guy does not call us back either. Totally disappointing for a top of the line Arctic spa!!! Do not recommend!

The entire process from purchase to installation was thorough and professional. Entire process, from looking at the models in showroom and discussing options with Jonny, to ordering and then getting delivered was excellent. We love the spa and how easy it is to maintain. Ive had an Arctic Spa for over 10 years. Access was difficult and the company managed that complexity, the installation, and setup with no bad surprises. Over the years Ive needed Maintenance, it was done with a smile and although I sometimes had to wait a few extra days, those items that were covered under warranty were fixed/replaced at no additional charge as expected. Its pretty clear after 10 years that the company stands behind their products and does the right thing for their customers. Having owned spas for over 40 years, I can say that the Arctic Spa required the least maintenance was was by far the best Spa weve owned. The high end covers work very well, although they do weigh a lot, but a cover lift helps. An outdoor spa in a climate like mine which can be below 0 in the winter, and over 100 in the summer with a lot of UV light puts a strain on every component. I was particularly pleased when I was offered the opportunity to purchase their spa boy control system. It provides me information via my iPhone on temperature, PH, and Sanitizer no matter where I am in the world. The extra smarts saves me money on operation, as well as making it VERY easy to maintain crystal clear water with very little effort. I can recommend both the Spa and the SLC company are reliable suppliers of both the products and their maintenance.

Our spa is so nice. We love it! Arctic Spas delivery team, set up technician and company follow up has been superb! I am pleasantly surprised since my sales person was pretty womp wooomp. He just didnt want be bothered after the purchase and all his communication was very flat. BUT! The company has great service plans, website and follow up. We are pleased.

Great experience. I will definitely remain a customer and refer them to friends. The order process was easy and Adrianne followed up while my spa was being built. Delivery was on time and easy. Installation was amazing. Their installer, Ben, should get a raise. There was a problem with my house wiring that was not Arctics fault. Instead of leaving and making me reschedule the installation until after I got my wiring fixed, Ben stuck around for hours while my electrician did his work. Ben could have left, and left me without a working spa, but he waited and waited for me to fix my problem. Once we did, Ben jumped in and did his part and worked overtime to ensure that we would have a working spa before the holiday. The spa is awesome.

Our expectations were fairly high when we first came to Christian Staples to make our purchase. Those expectations have been met and far exceeded. Since we purchased our Arctic Spa some 12 years ago, our experience has been exquisite to say the least. We went to 3 different spa stores before we went to Arctic spa. Once we sat in an Arctic Spa we were sold. The comfort level and the roominess were remarkably better than every other one we tried. Not to mention they are the only one with the cedar cabinet which we love. They were Also the only ones that had an app to monitor your system. Yes it’s 2020 and most spa dealers don’t have that tech. Adrian was an awesome sales rep and even after purchase and install he continues to answer questions that pop up. I bought a used Arctic Spa about 6 months ago, as with anything used, there may be problems. We love our Arctic Spa. The purchase process was easy and Adrian took good care of us. The installation team were professional and friendly. The setup and maintenance tutorial was informative and helpful. We have had our spa now for about 3 months and it is getting regular use. So far everything has worked great, the maintenance has been easy, and we have been very happy with our spa.

I bought my swim spa six years ago. I use it regularly. When things do stop working, which they will when you use your swim spa as much as I do and youre into your 6th year (kind of like a car) its been fixed next day every time. Great customer service, great product. Helps someone with chronic pain work out regularly pain free.

Once we spent $15,000 we had to call back and babysit the process of delivery. They showed up and it was clearly dropped and one of the corners was busted. It took a month to get that fixed. And even though you dont want them to send you 9,000 emails a month, they will. The financing was not as easy as promised, in fact the rate changed from 4.9% in store to 12%. I am very pleased with the hot tub, but it doesnt matter whether you buy these in Colorado, or in Utah, or in Texas it seems like the dealers just dont care about anything but your money. I think Arctic Spas should really take a close look at their dealer Network.

When it arrived, it was nothing but trouble. The person who installed it had to change the electrical box 3 times in order for it to even turn on, the color of our water was always green, and my app rarely ever connects to inform me of my PH level. When my app does connect the PH was ALWAYS high or low. I would call support often just to be told to add more chemicals and leave it. They always said the app was wrong, the indicators never work (even though our sales rep said it always works). I finally called and left voicemails constantly for a week for them to finally send someone out to look at my tub, that is still under warranty. The tech proceeds to tell me that there is algae growing, the app was right to tell me my spa boy really isn’t working properly, my probe was broken and it needed to be drained and to start over. Let me remind you, I received this hot tub in September, I am constantly adding chemicals (as Gary said to do), And I already had to switch out my filters because they were so bad! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with how this business is ran. I paid $15,000 for a hot tub that has been unusable for most of the time we have had it.UPDATE: as I said in my first review... I FINALLY got a tech who agreed with me that it needed to be drained. So it is in the works to get it taken care of. The water is finally a normal color and we are still working with the chemicals to figure it out. BUT they sent a new tech out today, with NO call of a heads up! They called my husband, who is at work and can’t have his phone even though I have told them MANY times to use my number and not my husbands, they don’t listen to that either at the shop, apparently. Since I was in the shower and unable to answer they kept ringing my doorbell and knocking. I am working with Chris and he has been amazing! He was the only tech to listened to my issues and actually takes care of my hot tub. I bought an arctic spa over a bullfrog spa because of the convenience of it being salt water and having an app that would allow me to turn in my spa when heading back from snowboarding. My salt water hot tub didn’t ever feel like salt water and always smelled like chemicals. My app rarely worked so that app is pointless. Hopefully, they figure that out. I hope to one day have a working spa... so far it is looking better but still for spending this much money on a spa I say it is very disappointing. I expected better customer service.

I got my hot tub from Arctic Spa 18 years ago. I have only experienced the most friendly staff, rapid response to any Service Call’s. also any questions I have for guidance in the care of my hot tub. They have always been very generous with their time and support. They go above and beyond any expectations. I highly recommend Arctic Spa, especially in the colder climates of Park city.

They were knowledgeable and not pushy.they explained everything outright ,Bob our sales person was very helpful.we bought our hot tub because ( to be honest ) the wife wanted one.the delivery was pretty much the way they said it would be.hook up was a snap. I had the pad poured an electrical run before delivery.its really too hot ( for me ) to use it right now , but it feels pretty good in the early morning. when its still cool outside.

We have loved our Arctic Spa, which has held up well in our high altitude and cold corner of southeastern Utah. We just had a service call on a part under warranty, and it was fixed promptly and efficiently.

Great Help. After waiting 4 months for my spa, was told 6 to 8 wks, it came with NO chem kit. Helpful in showing us what we needed and what wasnt necessary. Will be going there for all our spa needs. I am so sorry I was not very clear on my review. We actually got our spa from Master Spa, not a happy customer with them, anyway, when we received no chemicals we needed to find a good place to come and you guys were it. Still waiting on the chem kit from them not you. We were looking for a new place around here in case we had to challenge the contract and get a refund. I didnt appreciate no contact about the delay or just outright lying to make the sale. If we had known about you guys we would have purchased ours from you. You all have been a big help with taking care of our spa now that it is finally here. Thanks for your reply and sorry about the confusion.

Our sales man johnny was the best. Very down to earth and knows his info on all the different hot tubs, swim spas, gazebos, as well as all products. Christian the owner is one of the best people in the business today. Had a huge birthday party for the shops birthday and invites all customers of the store and feed us extremely well with all food cooked on the kimono joe grill that they also grill he really makes you feel part of the family even after your tub or spa gets delivered your not just a customer your family.

I have a swim spa and I LOVE it. I had a massive car accident and it changed my life and allowed me to function again. We had some problems initially when we purchased the spa but that was more due to shipping delays from the manufacturer. They did everything they could to make it right for us. Their service people have been really good even with COVID. Communication issues and follow-through are sometimes an issue for them or I wouldve given them 5 stars.

Ordered a Spa from Arctic Spa in SLC in August 2020. Due to Covid issues it was back-ordered and scheduled for manufacturer in mid January 2021 which we knew when we ordered it. The dealer kept us well informed on the progress and has robust processes for communicating manufacturing and shipping progress, site preparation instructions, spa delivery, and startup. The manufacturing date slipped a couple of weeks due to Covid supply chain issues which was not a surprise. Shipping from the manufacturer and delivery to our house occurred in less than two weeks which was quick in my opinion. The delivery and startup was thorough and effortless on my part. Very happy with our Arctic Spa experience to date.

Bought a summit XL from here. Tubs are definitely super pricey but so far everything seems to be ok.

The Artic Spa Product is just what works in Utahs climate. I shopped online and worked with a sales agent remotely to select the right size, features and colors for our back patio. I selected a middle tier 8 foot spa with an Onzen Salt Sanitize system, we worked thru all options and an out the door delivered and setup pricing. I did order in June, but with the Covid problems we recieved in late October.I was patient and prepared well for our Mustang Spa. Once we used our tub a couple of times per day, we are retired, and really look forward to a soak! A good product.

Echoing another review, customer service was great until we paid the deposit. It has been 3 weeks an they now tell us it will be another two weeks at least. When we were negotiating the purchase we were told it would be finished by Nov. 2 and delivered about a week later. However long it takes is fine, but dont tell us a shorter period up front and then keep pushing the date back. Its a great way to lose future business.

I would tell you a long story about trying out a new different brand name of spa, but all you need to know is that I had to have the other company come back and get their not so good spa!!I emediantly went back to the Arctic Spa store and ordered a new one.Ahh, I have a real spa that makes my tired body feel great again!!!Thank you Arctic Spa!! 😊 👍Roger Purser

Artic spas are luxurious and efficient. The owner Christian is fair and easy to work with. He really knows his business and gets the job done. Gary in service hears you out on your problems and gets it fixed. Great company and fabulous product.I just bought my second tub after 15 years with the first. I love it.

Arctic Spas are one of a kind: they actually do what they say they will do! Bob and Christian have been great to work with; knowledgeable and dependable. If something needs to be worked out, they will stick with you until it is done. We have loved our Hudson Spa with the roll up cover. From the first time we walked into Arctic Spas Utah we were impressed. The owner, Christian, worked with us on selecting the perfect hot tub for us. We were originally looking at a larger much more expensive tub, but he asked us qualifying questions about how we wanted to use our tub and what we wanted to get out of it and moved us toward a slightly smaller tub with features designed to fit our needs. I was so impressed that our happiness meant more to him then a higher profit. When our spa was delivered and set up, I again was impressed with their staff. So friendly, so professional, and they took the time to answer all of our questions and really make sure we were comfortable with how to maintain proper chemical. I would never consider buying any type of spa from anyone else. 5 stars from start to finish. Thanks guys.
