Very poor customer support, low quality parts.I purchased 5 ground thaw blankets and within 3 uses 4 of the 5 stopped working. find out that it is a limit switch but they wont tell me where to get a replacement, or even call back. I do not recommend purchasing from this business.

I love my Summerstep heated mats. They make it so I dont need to shovel my stairs! I have no ice on my stairs and dont need to worry about someone slipping on them.
