My husband brought me home my first bottle of olive oil from this store just over a year ago. At first I hated the taste of it. Then about a year later I started doing the plant parradox diet and started following Dr Steven Gundry. I listened to his podcast about olive oil and what it should taste like and how to know you have a quality olive oil. This place definitely has it. Now I have grown to love the taste and my brain health thanks me for it. We are so lucky to be close enough to be able to purchase our olive oil from these guys. Also we love the eggs too. My only complaint would be they are closed on Monday.

Wonderful aged balsamic vinegars--white to dark. The traditional balsamic is aged 18 years, and you can taste it. Also have Olive oil of every flavor, and other gourmet treasures like truffle salt.

The olive oils and balsamics were not the best Ive had, they left a weird taste in my mouth. The people running the shop were extremely unorganized and didnt have time to explain anything. Its unfortunate this is the only local EVOO store in salt lake.
