This is a great print shop. Weve tried lot of shops around the valley and we always go back here. We use them for projects all the time and they always deliver in quality and price. I highly recommend them. Andrew and the team are great. Just this morning I sent in a job and received it at our office only a few hours later.

I’ve gotten more than a dozen print jobs done at AMT, and they’ve been perfect every time. Not only has the service been excellent, but also polite and prompt. I first went to AMT after realizing the other print shops I called had a DAYS LONG turnaround. AMT can usually get my jobs done in hours or less. Ask for Shane - always excellent.

One of the most disrespectful shop and unwilling to listen. I couldnt even finish my sentence before the worker interrupted me. I recommend not using this shop unless you want to be ignored. Ignorance is what this shop should be called.

I did not even know it was possible to have such a bad experience at a printing place.I needed 16 packets printed out, with 5 12X18 posters and 10 other pages. I had to repeat over 4 times how I wanted the 10 pages printed, and he still didnt print them the way I wanted. It was like he wasnt liatening at all.But much worse than that, my packets were in a powerpoint format. I was told that they couldnt print it out and I would need to convert it to PDF. Well I can just hit file then print on my computer but I guess they have an Apple, etc.etc. So I convert it to PDF for them.He tells me it will be an HOUR. I have no idea why because Im the only person in there and they are perfectly capable of printing all this in less than 10 minutes.I come back in an hour and my 16 packets arent printed. He says the picture size was too big (or something). At this point I am stressed because I absolutely need these packets for a meeting I need to be to in 30 minutes. I dont know what to say. I can just hit print and they print out just fine but you cant figure out how to print on standard sized paper from a PDF? YOURE A PRINTING COMPANY.Finally his co-worker says you just do this and this and it works. Then my hour long packets all print out in about five minutes.They are packets but they dont collate them, so I then have to sort through all of them, organize, amd staple them. They dont even have a good stapler for me to use, and it was just a bad experience.They had a very simple job to do that could have taken a few minutes and I wasted and hour and almost was late to an important meeting because they couldnt do it. I will not be coming back.

Andrew took my last minute order (funeral programs), cleaned it up to professional standards, and had it all done when he said he would - the very next day. He was patient with my repeated calls, was very knowledgable, and very talented. I highly recommend, and will use them again in the future.

They have no idea what theyre doing. They dont follow through with any promises. After they had already ruined my project and wouldnt refund my payment, gave me half my money back and claimed nobody else would complete it for the cost I was already quoted by someone else - they said they would do the cutting necessary for my project and THEN told me theyd need me to pay $300 to cut it for me. GARBAGE BUSINESS. Take your money and your time elsewhere. Youll be better off.

Ive been using AMT for almost two years now - ask for Shane, he is the best and super helpful. They are definitely reasonably priced and turnaround time is pretty quick.

Wow, our experience was nothing like those of the other reviewers. We had several dozen photos scanned. They came back scanned at arbitrary angles that I had to correct. Much worse, half or more of the photos were cropped arbitrarily, cutting right through peoples heads or torsos. Just a pathetic job. We wont be back.

I am a graphic designer who has frequently used different printers across the state of Utah. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I was printing wedding invitations for a client and had everything set up on matte paper. The client went to pick it up and they claimed they had never talked to me and they couldnt print on matte. When I called to try and sort things out and they realized they had made a mistake they said there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. WORST company. Go to Jaffa or Paragon if printing in Salt Lake.

Awful. Worst customer service in the valley. They mess up over and over again - theyll make you eat the cost or theyll act like they dont have a clue what youre talking about. Go somewhere else.
