Got held up at trailer washout and was a couple hours late. I thought I was going to have to come back. The loaders had gone home and only one person was there but he was very helpful. He said hed get me loaded but it was going to take a while.I had seven hours on my clock and was expecting to hear that Id have a long wait. I asked if he thought hed be finished by then. He said, rven hours?! oh no, hed get done in like two!Thats 24 pallets, by himself, in two hours-after I had been two hours late! I was very impressed. Also, plenty of space to park on street, a cat scale 0.2 miles away (at Maverick) and nice wide lanes for backing up to doors. Great spot!

Received Gourmet Fudge Brownies as a thank you for being a new client. They were old and stale a dry, crumbly mess and starting to turn whitish that very old chocolate does. There is no freshness date. When a dedicated chocoholic refuses to eat them there is a major problem. I attempted twice to contact customer service with no return call. Disgusting and unacceptable. Yuck.

Appointment: 11/30 19:00. Arrived 11/30 18:05. Finally loaded(without all the bills):12/02 15:10. Was told they already stopped loading for the day. They were polite and decided to load me anyways, which is awesome. But they said I had to pick up the rest of the load from a place down the road. Apparently they rent out space from a cold storage down the road. That cold storage needs 24hr notice for an appointment(none of this was told to my company). Waited a day or so for an appointment at the cold storage. Went to check in told me my pickup number was wrong and they couldn’t look it up, I was finally told an hour and change later that the pickup number was correct by my company, went back in and he said it’s still wrong so I had him go talk to a person in his building which confirmed it was correct. Got loaded and they didn’t have the bills for the first pickup, which I had to get emailed to me thanks to my company...seems like it may be growing pains and they haven’t worked out the communication between their main building and their overflow storage.

This place is awesome!

They are not very professional, I even witnessed them putting some of the janitors in the operation lines even though that is not there job, I even witnessed a supervisor messing around with his friends being rude to a older gentleman who I feel had a disability. I was yelled at for running when I was just working hard and focused at my task and there was no acknowledgements for me staying overtime being younger and seeing people older then me acting this way was very discouraging . They are not very friendly with most of the temps, they dont properly train you I had to learn by experience or by just getting yelled at, I didnt know who my supervisor was or where to meet up to get instructions until the third day a lot of the machines dont work and I try to fix them even though it is not my job. It has potential as the products are not bad they just need to invest in management.

Drive around back of building back around to the front. Driver check in is door in the middle. Push the button to ring by second door. No overnight parking but plenty of room on the street if ur not going 2 be there too long.

Good work environment. Work all day to the smell of cookies baking.

First time delivering there, maybe it was just my unlucky day, but I was there 4hrs.

My wife worked about 10 years at this place this is the BEST working place ever by far she was always telling me great friendly bosses and great work environment she was really really happy while she’d worked here.

My Investment Professional had the brownies sent to me as a birthday gift. I would have preferred for him to simply send a card instead of the brownies. They were dry and crumbly.

Had one of their brownies from Togos just now and I almost cried because it was so good.

Did some painting in part of the factory area over 2 days while they were closed for regular cleaning/maintenance and was very impressed with the facility, its massive size, cleanliness, modern technology, and of course the ever-present aroma of cookies. 👍 Bob and John were great to work with. Good, dedicated people.

I worked for cookie tree as a temp for two weeks a vary bad place to work for . Several times they refused to pay me , and they said I walked of the job which l did not . The most corrupted company have everWorked for.

Cookie Tree Bakeries makes some awesome cookies which is actually a manufacturing plant. Trucks come in to put loads of cookies or the cookie dough to sip off to Grocery Distribution Centers.

Ive worked for a month. Some of there employees are from staffing agencies. They dont get trained good. Seen cookies been put back on the converter belt to get shipped to customers after being dropped on the floor. So disgusting. Managers touch the coockies without having gloves on. They dont falow health regulations. I wont buy there disgusting dirty cookies

The managers and supervisors at this company is very racist. The worst company in the word for hiring racist people. The general manger needs to get fired.They push employees I don’t recommend working there.

Dont recommend to work there. Heres my issue. I started working there for about 2 weekes perfect attendance, they even needed me to go in the back oven in which is not part of my job but they needed someone there. Trust me I work somewhere thats hotter and heavy than this yet they terminate me. Out of nowhere called the office they said it was my performance called the BBSI staffing they said its because I cant. Handle the job and because of my attitude. The next day called and said it was because something about my attire. Like I know my husband is a workaholic and doesnt have any attitude. Or maybe you wanna hire a family member there yeah or waiy dont just go there they send you home for doing a good job when their people are slow as heck✌
