Homeless hang out here at this flying J.The parking lot as a mess And so trucks park anywhere and everywhere.And they still have several maybe 30 yeah maybe 30 paid parking spots.Inside they have the good food menu and a Dennys. But the homeless hang out here so much that its not safe and the place is dirty.

For truckers. Parking always full, even paid ones get full at 15:00-16:00. But i love this place cause in walking distance there is Costco and Middle Eastern restaurant called Shahrazad Market. Really nice lamb kebab.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER. I came here to get some combos and was happy to see the sale sign that said buy ANY drink, get a free bag [of combos and our other snacks]. The security guard even confirmed thats what it said. However the manager felt she needed to argue with me and that it said I needed to buy a bag of combos FIRST and Ill get one free WHICH IS NOT WHAT IT SAID. I even took the sale display up to her and she still wouldnt believe me and when took it away from me. She then proceeded to kick me out for only showing her thats what it didnt say. Nice service!!!!!!!! Id never go back to that store again anyway...

So Im here all the time to park my semi for the night and I dont know what people expect its a truck stop. No truck stop is perfect. So yeah theres a lot of homeless so what...dont rub people the wrong way. But my concern is that as Im sitting in truck lounge, the bathroom attended is having a fit about how many showers he has to clean. As of right now 10 people waiting. He is cussing up a storm and very unprofessional. Might want to discuss his attitude with his job. Im a value customer with huge purchases of fuel and honesty I dont want to hear his problems.

Clean showers which is maintained regularly, Dannys on site.Hot foods available insite Pilot including breakfast sandwiches and wings.Parking lot gets full fast, better to reserve, especially on Sundays.

Brothers out there just a note about out fraternity. As I was late to get hear and did find a parking space to not be able to get into since a hot shot truck parked in front on an end. So I circled around to find nothing but a driver standing in the isle and asked me if there was another space. As he had seen me try the other spot he was bobtail and gave me his spot and even guided me in as congestion we are a familiar with plauged this place. Had dinner in the Dennys and only one waitress showed up for work. She did an amazing job. The food was very good. Unfortunately being short staffed and long waits will be the status quo till government stops paying people to stay home.

We love those freestanding RV Diesel/gasoline pumps/islands. Makes our fueling experience so much easier!!!

This old guy cleaning the showers take forever we have to wait like 1hour everytime and it shows on the there only 5 guest on the screenThey only. Be one person on showersInstead of that employee doing everything else and the shower

Looks like the showers are not cleaned properly or very little at all. Looked like all that was done was that they changed out the towels. Hadnt seen one thos bad in a long time. And the parking lot is a total mess of confusion. They have lost all control of their lot.

Good luck getting into or out of this place. Reserved a spot (on a Sunday morning) so I had a place to park, but trucks are parked 6 deep in the exit, blocking it. Other drivers also have no problem parking in front of said reserve spots and blocking you in. Dennys was OK, but mediocre for the price you pay. Plus one star for at least one friendly employee in the afternoon.

As of now Feb 4,2021 there is no power in the area. Mid shower no lights. While trying to get dressed in total darkness, your emergency lights are very dim. The young man working the shower area was very rude and made hateful remarks about the slowness of showers number 1 and 6. Stating it was an emergency, kind of that we all needed to leave. Kind of hard to do naked while trying to pack up your personal items in the dark. Employees need to learn to calm down.

For some weired reason most of Pilot and Flying Js showers dont have their bathroom stalls cleaned, including this one. Pubes everywhere. I am pretty sure that they can fix this issue. Other then that it all looked ok. Hot water was present.

There were several semi trucks allowed to parked in the no parking yellow stripes forcing people to back out of the scale after weighing.

Its a truck stop most truck stops are pretty cool I mean what do you need do you need an ashtray do you need eyeliner do you need a first aid kit do you need its there coloring books whatever its always in a truck stop and definitely this one

Decent place and service is somewhat good but their staff needs some sort training as to who is paying the pills when they choose to act very rude and ignorant towards the drivers just smh abhorrent staff service !!

Crowded flying J... no place to park @ 11:35 am. It looks like theres no freight out of salt lake ut, otherwise truckers wouldnt be idling their trucks Thursday morning. I went to eat my frustration @ Dennys inside flying J. Salmon skillets delicious. Im just going to sit in my truck waiting for a load while getting fat.

Very unprofessional. I went in requesting a good shower and was rejected unless I shower a CDL. They advertise showers then why are they making them selective.

Be careful if there Cinnabon’s. Purchased on on 1/14/21 off of there rack. They didn’t have any fresh ones they we’re just coming out of the oven. I had to grab and go. Anyways I took a bite of the roll it was dried out like was sitting there for a few days. The tag said it was from 1/14/21. I’ll not buy one from there again

Need to kick these drivers out that arent in a parking slot they are 3 deep in the back and cant get into some spots because they are blocking them please fix today not next 10 years. Please call tow truck

These places are great to stop at for gas and treats. They pretty much have everything you might need and this one was very clean and the service was good. Easy to get too and leave from which is always convenient. Worth the stop! 🍪☕️🍫

If you want to visit the worlds slowest Dennys then stop here. Took 15 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes to get a menu, another 10 to place my order...food came quick, but drink refills or extra napkins were non-existent. I am still waiting for the check, I wonder if I will get the senior citizen discount if I turn 65 before I get out of here.

Rude staff, especially the manager Vicky and the security guard who couldnt cut it as a real cop. Dirty restrooms poor inventory no customer service. Showers look like they havent been cleaned for years. Never again.

I am here right now 10/4/20. From Rhode Island. Passing through to California. I broke down on I 80. Got towed here to fix my truck in morning and be on our way. The manager was very rude and threaten to towe us. Never treated like this. I usually park overnight at the pilots and have no issues

Shower room #4 out here leaving degree burn. Drivers with sensetive skin beware of the other toilets being flushed around you, or prepare to be fried.

Buyer beware!! I bought $15 in gas, and its Pilots policy to put a fraudulent 4 day POS hold on your account for $151.00!! They feel its okay to use your money for free for 4 days for the privilege of using pay-at-the-pump for $15... Stay away! 🤬

This Flying J has the best team in the lower 48. Hands down. Light hearted, quick, customer driven and working hard shifts while doing it. Noticed so many customers had a first name basis and very high energy interaction. If these people dont cheer you up, nothing can.Amazing to have this during the Pandemic, makes life a little better. Thanks.

Unbelievable older lady just did it front of my eyes ,Then I get from the machine .I still like the Colombian coffee from the previous coffee they make .1 star for this reason other than nice location. Sat on the scale for 10 minutes watching the cashier stand on the counters and goof off. When he finally acknowledged us, he was extremely rude. When questioned about the length of time we had to sit there, he spouted off its fine, youre not hurt. He then allowed the customer he had been goofing off with, to berate us and threatened to call our company. GO FOR IT! Pictures are worth a thousand word.

I’m an expeditor from New York . I had a delivery to Salt Lake City. Came at night and wanted to stay overnight but security said that I can’t stay overnight but no signs there about it. We make deliveries for this city hospitals, schools, power plants and can not stay here . Where can we go ???? Where can we stay ???? We are also customers of pilot in all over the states . In this city we can’t stay .Thanks ! Will never make any delivery for this city. We are risking our life’s when wildfires to make deliveries here and no respect . This is a shame !

Lot is dirty. You can find parking if your arrive before 6 PM. Asian place across the street is bomb.

Very pricey. They do have a hot foods section at the front which is pretty good but youve gotta get em when they are freshly made. Otherwise, the breaded options are a little hard and/or you can tell that theyve been sitting in the warmer too long. The service is good (super friendly staff). There is also a ton of foot traffic being a truck stop and all. Has a Dennys attached.

The staff was very friendly but there was one gentleman that stood out and helped me very quickly with getting a shower cleaned and ready. I believe his name is Mike. He stood out to me with his great service. I hope that hes recognized for his hard work. Looking forward to coming back.

Restrooms were dirty. I spent the night. I arrived @ 230pm and at 4am the restrooms still have not been cleaned there was no one to clean showers

No trash cans in the parking lot and no hot sauce for any of the burritos.

Simply treated with disrespect.. can’t believe how bad this location has gotten since new management took over..

I wanted team shower but cashier asked 24$ I said ok I want to redeem from my reward card Crystal name of cashier said you don’t have enough points in your card but I see 5 available shower in my pilot app then I refuse to pay 24$ and I ordered from my app separately. I can’t order team shower from my pilot app only 1 I can. For team shower must take from register but Crystal almost charge me 24$ she didn’t understand computer or use it so not professional

This place is easy to get in to and out of any of the gas or fuel islands, tractors & trailers or cars. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a nice convenience store in side with a large variety of things to eat and drink. The store also carries items that a traveler or trucker could use. There is out door seating so you can set stretch and relax. They take credit cards, debit cards, and cash for payment.

Not overly friendly but its a truck stop. Great pizza, try the breakfast pizza. Its a bit textured but the flavor is really good. They have a hot case, a Cinnabon, and a Dennys. Clean restrooms, showers and who doesnt like looking at all the truck stop stuff? Hats, shirts and vending games.

I was really disappointed on the customer service and the three foot greeting rule that should be implemented in this store location. Hospitality out of 1-10 is a SOLID TWO. On my first attempt to check out, Judy was the ONLY person that greeted me as I walked up to the register. However, during my walk through of the store, I had three men (Jameson, Not sure on the spelling of the gentleman with the V name, sorry. Also the other guy couldnt get his name he was a hurry to go eat his honeybun) in blue shirts not one greeted me as they literally walked in front of me. One maintenance guy wearing a warm onesie also walked right in front of me did not say hello. I had one gentlemen named Dakota in a red shirt that also walked by in front of me also did not say hello once. I had one lady in the black shirt named Brandy that was in the deli section as I walked in did not greet me not once but twice when I went up to check out station for the second time. She was too busy cutting up with a group of her coworkers around her to not say hello back when I greeted her at the check out for the second time visiting because I wanted so much to give a better review. So, I went in again to give them a second chance no change. I give this a 2 STAR only because the store was clean and Judy was the only person implementing the three foot greeting rule. Thank you Judy! We need more people like you!

So happy to see someone checking who is illegally parked in reserved parking. They check the spots every couple of hours. Nothing more frustrating than to come in late at night and all the spots are taken when you have taken the time and money to reserve a spot.

What I dont understand is why coffee REFILL was 1.85 when at other pilot and flying j is 1.19 and even 1.99 at Loves. You sale mugs and then state all refills will be 1.19 so whats up with this ?I was at store 746, transaction # 516780 on 9-19-19. When you have your own mug should not charge full price.

Parking is so jacked at this location! Showering is fast as the attendants get the showers turned quickly. Not a very new facility but it is clean and the crew is polite and lots of eye contact. Also for some reason the drivers are more friendly and talkative. Maybe just an effort to be nice by us all coming thru.

Lots of food options, hot soup, chicken, potatoes and gravy, pizza and other options. Showers are very clean. You can gamble here on Utahs version of gambling machines! Great for truckers, travelers and locals.

I thought Loves was a great place until when alone and needing a place to park for the night to get some rest. I was asked to leave when clearly on their website it states overnight parking. Well I will never forget and never forgive and never use Loves again. Back on the road again.. so much for rest and a shower in the morning....I see that it has been an issue with this loves for a long time and never addressed or taken care of....So much for this company actually making a change or hearing its customers.

This is one of our least favorite Flying J locations. And we think its gone down hill since the last time we were here a few months back, but truthfully, were not sure. Parking is always an issue here. The laundry room is a mess and had we not been down to no clothes to wear, I wouldnt have done laundry here. The washing machines are filthy and I had to clean them before using them. The floor is disgusting and its obvious that it hasnt been swept or mopped in a long time. In between and behind washers is probably a years worth of dust and dirt. Also, the womens restroom on the restaurant side has a light out that I could swear was out the last time we were here a few months back. That bathroom looked like it too needs a good sweeping and mopping. We had good service both times we ate at Dennys this trip and food was done to our satisfaction. My husbands shower wasnt good.... not enough water pressure and water turned ice cold several times throughout his shower time. Due to cleanliness & shower issues, we are going to try and avoid stopping at this location in the future.

My wife and I are truckers, we stop by. Lisa has outstanding customer service. She asked where we are from, we said North Carolina. Keep up the wonderful work lisa.

While the staff was good, they need to do something about the non drivers in the lot. Every few minutes, I was being asked for money.Way too many dropped trailers in spots. Make the drop guys pay for a spot. The rest of us have to pay for a spot.

Flying J is an excellent choice not only for professional over the road drivers but also for the local drivers that need to re fuel, need a convenience store, or any of a number of services offered at Flying J. There is a Dennys restaurant co-located at this location and Flying J itself has a lot of hot and cold food options that are very good and reasonably priced. This in a good location and easily accessible from any direction. The Flying J rewards loyalty card offers some discounts and freebies. If you purchase a fair amount of fuel and other conevenience type goods, it certainly is worth the trouble of having one. The Flying J staff is friendly and willing to help with any need you have.

This is my go to stop for Gasoline, they always seem to have cheaper gas prices compared to other gas stops around them. The staff is friendly and their restrooms are always well kept. It does keep busy as it is a truck stop but Ive never had to wait an excessive amount of time to get helped.

Coming to this particular fuel stop is A HUGE MISTAKE DONT DO IT. Confusing entrance & exit to lot, convoluted parking with limited spaces blocked by CNG island on one side, landscaping on the other.... Big trucks end up enter/exit thru same access point and if anyone is turning left on the way out it stops everyone behind and turns the whole lot into one conga line of wasted time. I got fuel and coffee, then spent an hour in line to get out of the traffic jammed lot just to go a mile up the road and deliver. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Drivers in the line to get thru the lot would just park wherever they want blocking those behind them who just wanted out... Im sure the staff are assjoles because the drivers are always unhappy generally with the place and theres really nothing the company can do but CLOSE THIS PLACE DIG UP THW TANKS AND MOVE THE BUSINESS ALTOGETHER. thank you, that is all, you are dismissed.

Great stop after a long day on the road. The security guard is attentive so you can feel safe parking here. The store staff are friendly, and are attentive to the needs of any travelers, and also has a Dennys restaurant inside.The store itself is well stocked for everything you might need, and is conveniently located for I80, or I15 travelers.

Easy, Convenient place to get into ! Denny’s is ok if you got time to sit down and eat . Food court is ok. More pastries than anything. And very pricey ! Gas Prices are in competition with others in neighborhood . Propane is in fair Price with others . Showers are Clean and nice . Excellent Location, Heart of the City !

Very attentive and friendly staff. My first time using a truck stop shower and this place really made a great first impression for me. Kudos to the management and staff. They certainly do it right.

Love flying Js truck stops cause I was trucking with my dad I seen many truck stops.. so all In all had a great experience there and will always go back .. just remembered its a small truck stop ..not like the bigger flying Js or bigger truck stop.. but still dose have alot of good stuff..

Ive never had any issues with flying Js in a big truck or my car been able to safely sleep in both always friendly staff I however dont eat at the restaurant any longer I dont care for Dennys

The employees claim to have no control of the truck parking. They seem to think trucks getting blocked in is a joke. I arrived early and paid for parking. I am then blocked in by trucks parking 4 deep in the fire lane. Then a bobtail to my rear in a no parking spot. If you come here apparently you can park wherever the hell you want. Trucks even parked in and around the CNG fueling station and the scales basically immobilizing the whole lot.

NO SHOWERS!! Hot water heater and water pump has been out of service for over a week and they are in NO HURRY to fix it to accommodate the customer (aka %#@ TRUCKERS)!!!!!!!!!!

Their employees are pretty kick back. The manager/owner is a decent down to earth guy. (Dennys is attached to Flying J and they are a different story).They have a good selection of products but are a little pricey. If youre stopping there to use the rest rooms? Go onto the next station cause theyre always full of truck drivers bathing in the sinks. That or trying to drop their kids off at the pool (taking a poop). And theres a lot of truck drivers so...good luck.

Love the atmosphere here. Everyone is super helpful and the store is clean. Fresh hot pizza everyday and a variety of hot food items. Definitely would recommend to my family.

Shower was nasty not clean....cigarette tobacco on the sink along with face hair clippings, mirror dirty, old tooth paste stuck to sink, toilet and floor also not cleaned

Clean bathrooms. Friendly cashier. Only 2 washers and 4 dryers that look like they need to be replaced a few years ago. Hopefully they do the job! Friendly staff in Flying J but Dennys seemed like they wanted to go home. Food was great, though! I like that this one has a dedicated bobtail parking area as well as RV spots.

I stop by here quite often. The staff seem generally glad to see you when you arrive. Best part is the facilities offer a nice verities of service. Including shower and laundry . All that and a rewards program to boot. When you stop make sure to say hi to Mike. He is a great guy.

They have a good selection of food. Theres a sit-down Dennys. The staff is friendly and courteous if you dont antagonize them. Remember its a truck stop and they have a whole bunch of people coming through the kidney just totally weird.

I pulled over, was gonna take a cat nap and Security came up to my window and said thats a policy from the general manager of this Flying J that you can stay one night and then you can never come back. And that this is a very high crime area. Real nice flying j. Real nice. I feel so welcome!

This is a nice truck stop in Salt Lake City. The Dennys here is decent with good service. The Flying J has clean restrooms and showers and for truckers. The Flying J was well organized and clean. The only drawback is some of the people here in the wee hours.

Dennys at Flying J on 2100 South and right off the freeway I would recommend not eating there the first bite I took had a big long hair in it and which with a Corona epidemic going on you can understand the scare that I had I will never eat another Dennys again and then when I went to go return the food with the hair in it with the food in hand not eating the waitress had the nerve to have attitude and dont want to do anything to make it right the most they could offer was more food no thanks I will never eat another Dennys again as long as I live
