Loved my Mexican Mocha Ice storm 🤎

Visited this coffee shop on a Friday evening with my husband. It was a little busy but nothing too crazy. It is located right next to Nordstrom in the City Creek mall area. There is a fountain right outside. The store is quite small but offers a fair amount of options. They had coffee, smoothies, and other cold drinks. There were muffins and other types of coffee shop cakes.The only negative thing I have to say about this place is the price and how high everything cost. I figured the location has a lot to do with the high prices. The smoothie we ordered was around $7. The staff were friendly and helpful. They take your name and call it out when your order is ready. They had lots of seating. Great vibe.

The lavender chai with coconut milk and literally ALL of their salads are so good. Also love the tomato soup in the restaurant upstairs as well.

There is a young lady with half red and half black hair who’s attitude is overall disastrous and unwelcoming. All I wanted was a coffee and instead got eye rolls and attitude. Was not at all satisfied with my experience here and will not be returning.

I got everything Pumpkin spice.

I really like how the staff is keeping a great attitude despite all the rules in place, wearing a face mask for so long, it might be hard. Anyways today was our first time visit and the baristas were very friendly and patient while giving us some drinks suggestions. We ended up with an iced honey almond latte and their sparkling pomegranate lemonade. They were really good.

Idyllic place to stay to rest and refresh with good coffee, capocino, tea, or juice; accompanied by a good biscuit, cake, sandwiches, or toast. Alone (if selfish) while family goes shopping, or with family (if you have a sacrificial spirit) after shopping.

A great place with really good espresso drinks and delicious smoothies. They dont have their indoor seating available yet, but they still have the outdoor seating for customers to enjoy their drinks & food. Their staff is really friendly as well.

The E-Bar is probably my favorite coffee shop to go to now, the go-to drink for me has got to be the blended mocha bianco (a frozen white chocolate mocha) very creamy and very good.Theres a lot of good undiscovered lesser known options here so its great to give the baristas the freedom to make something for you.

Cold coffee and hot chocolate, also staff seem like they don’t like their job. It was disappointing

I cant go back until you fix your doors and teach your staff basic manners. What do I mean? Well, whomever installed your doors installed them backwards so that we have to pull instead of push to get out while our hands are full of our order. I would up wearing my mocha while your staff stood and watched me as their personal entertainment and never offered to help, to open the door, to go to hell, nothing. Good bye.

Service was very good and their smoothies are great. Location is perfect.

Great selection of coffee, they have an organic coffee that is outstanding, it is from Ethiopia. Also their smoothies are really great option for a quick breakfast. Fantastic place and their staff is super friendly . I highly recommended this spot.

I’m not really sure where all of these terrible reviews are coming from, but as a nearly daily patron, I must say, they have one of the best iced Lavender Chais I’ve ever had!!!! I’m addicted! The ambiance and music are relaxing. The staff are friendly and courteous from what I have encountered. Great selection of coffees and smoothies as well as other drink option. Healthier snack options/quick grabs and eats. My only complaint is, WHY AREN’T THERE BIGGER CUPS?! Lol.

Why are you all staff looking grumpy as if you were paying my bill? No concept of customer service seems to be, worse manners. Took three specific requests to make one right coffee product! Will not neither recommend nor never will come back!

This place looks like a Starbucks but don’t be misled. They actually know how to make coffee! If you need a genuine espresso, come here.

A nice shop with a lot of sitting places. But if whether is good, dont stay here, get your coffee, and go outside.

Five stars walked in with a group total of 5 told us about 30 minute wait. It was snowing outside and the guy up front told us they had a waiting area with heaters outside.. say whaaaat! No way! And he was right kept us dry and warm as we waited. Very convenient! We waited about 20 minutes when they called our name.Everyone there was really friendly and helpful especially when asking questions. Like what suggestions they had.The owner was so nice sparked convo about Star Wars and he actually made time to take a few minutes to have a convo despite how busy it was! Wow talk about customer service.I really liked how simple their menu items are but also different.We all tried something different. And we were not disappointed. Eggs sausage potatoes done right! Their green salsa was flavorful and French toast was yummy! Hash- greatOmlet- greatI had a scooters breakfast sandwich which was so good ! Sausage you can tell is homemade!Only complaint is coffee isnt strong enough but that is usually normal with restaurants! And I am fine with it!Definitely coming back!

Awesome friendly service

Worst service and worst drink ever. Took forever to make a drink. No value for anyone’s time.Worst of the worst was didn’t even offer any reimbursement after wasting my time, if I hadn’t asked I would be standing all day long since they missed my drink. How can you miss ? Means the people behind were either joking or not paying attention and have no value for anyone’s time. Why I ever want to visit such a place where there is no regards for respect and time. Was not expecting from a service oriented company like NORDSTROM. Very disappointed. Would visit the departmental store but never E-BAR.

Had my drink thrown at me and the girl with tattoos and messy hair rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the manger. Do not recommend.

Great service. I spilled my coffee, and they just gave me a refill and cleaned my mess.

I ordered a grande iced Carmel Macchiato, it was luke warm and tasted terrible. I tried adding sugar, I asked for more Carmel... nothing helped the flavor. I waited in line again so I could switch it for something else. The drink I gave back was still completely full. When I complained about the drink the employees were very rude and made me feel dumb for even complaining. I didnt get refunded for the gross drink AND they made me pay for a new one. Not the Nordstrom service Im used to.
