I love the environment and that they have outdoor seating. The baristas are so kind, too! Good coffee drinks- though Id recommend adding an extra shot to your lattes, because only their 20oz is a double. The coffee is delicious-- I definitely need to buy a bag of their whole bean! Their food is also delicious, but dont order it if youre in a rush, as its all made to order and it might take 15minutes or so before you eat. But the fresh ingredients and tasty bagel sandwiches are worth the wait if you have the time!

My first sit down visit to a coffee shop since you know when... I couldn’t be happier I found this great spot! I went early in the morning to get in a writing session while enjoying a delicious vanilla latte and toasted breakfast sandwich. Perfect start to the weekend.

Good pour over coffee, chai and delicious veggie sandwiches. If you would like to have the sandwiches on bagels, visit earlier in the day. We were there by 12:30p or so. The only cinnamon raisin bagels were available. So we ordered our sandwich on breads. Nevertheless, the sandwiches were delicious. Also the staff is patient and courteous with questions.Theres parking right beside the building. There are only couple of parking spots on main street.

“Oh wow…that’s good.” That was the initial response to the Americano. Temperature was perfect, not bitter, great flavor…and the breakfast bagel sandwiches are legit! It’s like they manage to find the perfect length of time to toast bagels. They were perfectly toasted if that’s possible. Crispy on the outside but soft baked and wonderful on the inside. The chai was good, but different. It tasted like there were hints of apple on there. We would definitely come here again!

We stopped here for breakfast on our way back to CA. Super neat spot (you can see them roasting coffee in the back) with delicious coffee and bagel sandwiches. The staff are friendly and professional. Ill absolutely come back if we find ourselves in SLC again!

I used to really enjoy this place — great coffee. But the service I got the last time that I was there left a lot to be desired, and I won’t be back. I called twenty minutes ahead for a carafe, which they said they’d have ready for me when I got there. Instead, I showed up and the employees said that they knew I was coming but didn’t prep the coffee because nobody knew how. They didn’t know how to open the box for the carafe, and they took twenty minutes to get my the coffee. Only filled it half way and charged me full price. Didn’t offer to comp me for the time or the low coffee amount. The coffee is decent, but the management and customer service are not. I won’t be back.

Good food and coffee but wifi is terrible if there are more than 5 guests in the shop. I have experienced this multiple times here.

I asked for freshly roasted coffee. When I brought it home I could tell it wasnt fresh. Because I buy coffee from them every single week on Tuesdays so I know what fresh coffee is like. Its sad to see a great coffee shop doing such things. Integrity is very important for any business. I will give them one more chance after that they will bot have my business

Decent coffee. The tables had crumbs all over them, along with crusted liquid and annoying flies. We were told we couldnt order anything with espresso bc the machine had already been cleaned (this is a solid hour before closing). She forgot our goat cheese honey toast. Thete were no other patrons. After reminding her, we got a soggy, chewy mess (see pic). Would not recommend.

Stopped in today to grab some breakfast and everything was amazing!!! Loved the hot latte I got. My husband got a bagel breakfast sandwich, which he said was amazing. We split one of the chocolate croissants, warmed up, and it was worth it!!!! Also the service was amazing!!! Everyone was super friendly

Really cool Coffee shop. It surprised me how many coffee bean machines they had in the back! I got the Asiago Bagel with Cream cheese. They were super helpful on getting out to me fast since I was waiting in a hurry with my Uber coming.

Dope coffee that is freshly made. They also roast their own beans here, and is one of the few places i know where you can get fresh roasted in house beans. They do 25% off beans on the weekend. Not a ton of space to sit inside, so I usually just grab a drink and go. There is no drive thru.

I’ve been going to Millcreek for years and still find it to be inspiring for a writer. There are some awesome food options and the large Windows are perfect for people watching.Their coffee is amazing and their beans are worth buying.

Really liked Millcreek, Ive been to other places that roast their own beans but I REALLY enjoyed their espresso, it was very nice, nutty with relatively low acidity. Also had a breakfast bagel which did not disappoint. Will make this my go to spot when in SLC.

Never knew this place existing until today. I’ve been going to another local shop, but I like the atmosphere here better. The coffee is good and food tastes good as well. Service was excellent, polite, and personable. Definitely a new local favorite. I noticed that there were people subscribing to a monthly delivery, but didn’t notice it advertised inside. I found it on the website though.

One of the oldest coffee roasters in Salt Lake City, this is a legit coffee shop with some great offerings. As soon as you enter, the smell of fresh roast coffee going on at the back of the shop greets you. The baristas/servers are very friendly and this place feels very welcoming. The accessibility of the place in downtown is an added advantage with its own parking.

Stopped in for a couple lattes and some breakfast on our way to ski—such a great find! Delicious lattes, not too sweet with tons of options for flavors. Relaxed and cozy vibe to enjoy your coffee/meal. And the bagel sandwiches, I cannot tell you enough that you need to order a custom sandwich! Veggies are perfectly mixed into the cooked eggs and the amount of meat per serving is phenomenal. Great experience—it’s a must stop!

Best coffee in Salt Lake City. Freshly roasted coffee is the best coffee ever. I just dont like that they close the doors so early. May be with the summer coming summer hours might be set. They close too early pushing me to go to Starbucks.

We love Millcreek Coffee! Stacey and her team are fantastic. Its always a nice experience there and the coffee is delicious. We also participate in their monthly bean subscription service which is great as we never run out of beans at home. On the weekends, we venture out for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Weve tried dozens of places downtown and have yet to find a breakfast bagel sandwich more delicious than at Millcreek. Thanks for being such a great part of our week!

I have a goal to visit every coffee shop in SLC and this place did NOT disappoint! The barista was super kind and accommodating. I got their daily drip which was a Mexican breakfast brew and it was exactly what I needed to get my day going. I also had a delicious jalapeno cheddar bagel to boot. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. Note: the parking is beside the cafe and in front of a roasting complex. The entrance to the cafe is right in front of the street. It is deceptive. Also Im just dumb.

I have been been going to Millcreek for many years now. As a Google guide its time for a review. Best coffee around. I buy my beans there and have them grind them. Their regional coffers are fantastic. Try the Kenya and Nicaragua Natural. Worth every penny. All the food is great. Had the mocha today. It was excellent. The staff are excellent, helpful and always pleasant. Its a Salt Lake City hidden treasure. Well worth getting off the beaten path to try.

Coffee is terrible. Cortado is very bitter! Taste of cheap coffee. Definitely NOT recommended. Good music.

I came in for an iced coffee and sandwich (which were delicious) around 2:55pm, and didnt realize they closed at 3pm... The girl at the front was incredibly accommodating and nice. It wasnt until I saw her getting everything out that I realized what time it was. Super impressed with their level of service.

This place is exceptional! Im from Seattle and my standards are high. The service and the quality are on point.

What a great experience! The second I walked in I was greeted by someone behind the counter. There was a short line, but one of the baristas who wasnt making a drink at the time came out from behind the counter to take my order. I got my hot latte relatively quick and was immediately greeted with a smooth and rich taste. The coffee (roasted fresh in Utah, as it says on the cup) wasnt overdone and left little to no bitter aftertaste. I highly reccomend!

This place has a fun atmosphere and good espresso base drinks. I havent tried their drip or other options, but the Mocha and Frappe are good. They roast their own beans, and the roasting machines are here. It is really awesome to see them roasting, and of course it has the relaxed coffee house environment as well. You should at least stop by here to see the roasting, then you might as well grab a drink to try out the roast.The flavor experience for their mocha is a gentle bitter on the rear and sides of the tongue, glazed with a smooth dark chocolate taste accross the tongue. The milk and cream lock in the flavor letting it linger on the tongue. The overall experience is therapeutic. Buy local and support your local economy.

Try the sandwiches and breakfast bagels!4. Location - The outdoor seating is chill and dog friendly. Meet the locals inside the bright and open interior, or relax on the front grass. A cool old building that is relaxing to chill at for some chat time with friends, or remote work from.

I was looking for a coffee shop on the way to the airport where my mom and I could grab a bite to eat and there would be enough room for a stroller. Millcreek Coffee Roasters fit the bill! The coffee was great and our bagel sandwiches were delicious. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

Today i went in for lunch. I order the italian and omg. It was so delicious. Only if it wasnt too much i would keep buying it. I did not try the coffee but the smell was delicious. You can see how they manage the coffee in the background. The service was really friendly as if you were its friend. Which i loved. I would go back there to try their coffee. I had no concerns when i went in. I would definitely recommend to someone else.

Great dirty chai

I order a flat white and my GF ordered a Chai latte, drinks were great and cafe was clean and really cozy. I took off with some free burlap to go. I thought the staff there were all awesome and really friendly. I would recommend going there if you are visiting S.L.C. plus theres some cool motorcycle shop around the corner.

Their huge, well ventilated space will tempt us inside for coffee as the weather cools. Everyone is masked up and convenient flip signs marked which tables have been sanitized. The coffee is as good as ever and the employees are friendly and professional.

I took that left turn on Main and found this gem. The BEST coffee I’ve had in SLC thus far. And the bagel breakfast sandwich. So good! Sometimes you just need to take that left turn on Main.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Millcreek Coffee Roasters team. I have been in Utah for 30 days working on the pandemic, away from my home and family. I am staying in a hotel with hotel-style coffee and have really needed good coffee. Millcreek Coffee has not only delivered on that need to stay well caffeinated but has also provided me with daily delicious coffee safely and with the kindest staff. Your safety precautions of coming to my car, masks and gloves on have made me feel safe and I know that I was keeping others safe by staying distant. When during these stressful times, the staff has been kind, friendly and supportive. You all are also on the front lines and I have SO appreciated you. THANK YOU for what you do. You have made a difference in my life this past month and I will bring my Millcreek mug home with me and drink from it with fond memories of your amazing coffee and team.

I really enjoy Millcreek! The atmosphere is cozy and the employees take time with each customer to help pick the beans you want, tea flavors, drinks, etc. Its easy for coffee shops to rush this process for convenience but I appreciated the time the girls took.The team was roasting more beans (or something) the day I was in there and I think they got warm and turned off the heat. It did get pretty chilly inside towards the end of my stay but thankfully theres plenty of hot water.

I love these guys! Great coffee, of course, and very friendly staff. And if youre a gardener they have free burlap bags for you to take and use. They give 10% off for bringing a reusable cup in their cafe and are so accommodating with non-dairy options for creamer. The whole beans they sell are also exceptional and fresh roasted, with the date listed on the bulk dispenser. You can see the workers in the back doing their thing. They are my favorite place to go for coffee in the Salt Lake area.

If you want an amazing experience I recommend asking them to make a hot chocolate with the local coca power and getting a shot or two of espresso on the side. Enjoy the hot cocoa until there is enough room for the coffee them mix it it will be the BEST mocha you will ever have. It is the most suitable mocha but the flavor complexity is insane. It is lightly sweet but not cloy or sticky sweet. If you like coffee and want to try the most nuanced adult mocha ever it is well worth driving an hour for. I have had coffee across several continents out side of a small Cafe in Moscow this is one of the most memorable cups of interesting I have had.

Coffee, So, SO disappointing. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but several of the other 1-2 star reviews reflect my own experience.Usually, coffeeshops that roast their beans are a plus. Not here. For one thing, their blend is a secret, they would not tell me the origin of their espresso beans. That was a first...Cortado was the worst Ive EVER had. Beans were over-roasted and(or) water temp was WAY too high. The entire half of the cup was just bubbly milk foam as opposed to a stable microfoam layer, which shows the whole milk was improperly steamed, my guess too much air and heat.Im pretty snobby with my coffee, but I can also distinguish between good and bad. Also been to Wasatch, Three Pines, and Futures Coffee (my fav).Coffee snobs and connoisseurs, Im sorry to say this place isnt for you. Three Pines and District are just down the street.

Soft music, relaxed & friendly staff, varied seating options, & tasty coffee lattes & chai lattes (thats what we always get). Plus if you bring a reusable cup for your drink, theres a discount! Visited several times and always have a good experience!

Ive stopped by for their delicious coffee every visit Ive taken to SLC. The fresh roasts are worth the visit, and Ive enjoyed their atmosphere when they have been in normal operations and when they were only doing outdoor seating - where they avidly clean tables between stays and make it easy to know if it is safe. I really appreciate them and will be back!

Best coffee, not over roastec

Some of the best coffee in Salt Lake! The vibe is awesome being in a coffee shop that is roasting beans right behind the counter. The staff are always incredibly nice to me and my fiance, and the breakfast sandwiches are the best Ive found in Salt Lake. Add the sun-dried tomato spread to any sandwich you get. Trust.

I love their coffee, so I ordered some for home off of their website. Their customer service was phenomenal, and the coffee is excellent.My favorites are Four Bean and Broadway Blend

Really delicious cup of coffee or latte here. They source their beans and roast them in-house so you are getting a quality product here. The staff are very friendly, make you feel at home, and the little tables and sofas make this an inviting spot right off the tramway. I also recommend their snacks and food. I had a breakfast bagel that was spicy and delicious.

Just came in today and ordered a latte with strawberry and hazelnut with a shot of peppermint this is amazing , they were fast and super friendly as well as super considerate about how I receive my food, They asked if I minded that my bagel was cooked on the side of the grill that cooked meat . I didn’t mind but super amazing for them to ask , I love what they did to this store front and all the interior screams coffee and chill environment. I am definitely coming back here everything was clean and the music wasn’t too loud this was truly an experience all can enjoy . I rate this 5/5 based on my experience . You all should come try this for yourselves

Cute joint, no drive through. Some breakfast and lunch food options as well as snacks. Got a London Fog (took awhile to make) but it was pretty good. Could have used a longer steeping. Good location

What’s better than going to a coffee shop where you feel so welcomed and the employees are beyond excited to see you? And then to top it off not only the service is amazing but so is the coffee!? This place blows every coffee shop I’ve been to out of the water. I have tried many many different drinks there (pour over, latte, nitro, cold brew) they have never disappointed. The lattes of the month are always so great too! I love seeing the employees because they are happy and in a wonderful mood, I’m sure they have bad days but they don’t let that get in the way when it comes to you getting your coffee :) GO HERE IT IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE.
