The new manager Tabitha is turning this place from great to elite.Smart decision by Mr. Dapper.Perfect hair cut every time. I would keep seeing Tabitha all the way in Summit County, if I had to.Easy to make an appointment. No waiting for 30+ minutes as a walk in. Parking at the mall is free for two hours.

The first time I shopped here was a really good experience, the employees were nice and friendly and helped me find my sizes, took my clothes and held them for me so I could keep shopping.However, this time I walked in and the 2 girls working, stopped talking to each other and just stared at me and my niece. They didnt welcome us, say hello, just stared at us.We needed help at the jewelry counter. I asked her to see something. She looked up at me, and then walked away. My niece had to try on the sweater she liked out in the open because they didnt offer us a dressing room.We did find a few things we wanted, but I left them there due to the horrible customer service they offered. I dont think I will ever go back because of these girls! Its sad too, cuz this was a store I used to travel to City Creek to shop at!

My son and I have been going to Tabitha for years—and really wont go to anyone else. Shes a fantastic barber who always nails it (and, I have no doubt, improves on whatever I ask of her). More importantly, though, shes become a genuine friend who we always enjoy seeing (my son actually looks forward to going to her).So, when she moved to Bronxton it wasnt even a question where wed be going. This is a great little shop—clean and classic—but its really Tabitha whos made us immediate loyalists.

My long time barber just moved to this shop. As always Tabitha gave me an excellent haircut, and I had a good experience in the new shop it was a clean well kept old school barbershop just the way I like it. I would highly recommend it.

Tabitha has cut my hair since I moved to Salt Lake City a few years ago. When I found out she moved to Brockton Tonsorial, I had to follow. Tabitha does an amazing job. The haircuts are always high quality, she is very personable, and the location is fantastic. I cannot recommend her enough!

Very positive first visit to Bronxton Tonsorial. The space itself is warm and inviting, incorporating custom woodwork and century-old brick walls that reflect the classic barbershop experience of ages past. Elle, one of the stylists, is clearly an expert in her craft. She not only gave a great cut and beard trim, but went above and beyond to give styling tips and to recommend products to help maintain the look. Will definitely be returning!

Haircut was pretty good, not exactly what I wanted but probably just depends on the barber. Consultation could have been better, the shop side is just as amazing as any Bronxton though. I love the staff, always ready to help. They might be in commission but you can tell they really love their job and love helping you. Such a fun shopping experience! Bronxton, you are doing it right!

Found this spot online and went in not knowing what to expect. I travel around extensively so have lowered my expectations when it comes to getting haircuts. Jesse cut my hair and ROCKED it. I ended up coming back for a touch up before leaving town because he did that good of a job. Extremely talented and kind folks work here! Highly recommend.

It was my first time there at Bronxton Tonsorial. I got my first beard and mustache trim and thought it was really cool that they did certain things like that. Never been to a barbershop before! I visited the store for the first time today--I was so impressed. The staff treated me like an old family friend. When they told me there was a barbershop associated with the store, I had to try it out. The barbershop looks, feels, and smells amazing.Robert is hands-down the best barber in the city. Ive never had a cut so well done--such precision and attention to detail! He knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted--so I splurged on a shave and a facial too. Time spent with Robert is time and money well spent. His professionalism and skill left me feeling, well, more professional myself. Even if I dont know what Im doing, Robert made me to look like I do!

Bruno has been my barber for almost a year and he does excellent work! He listens to what you want in your haircut, very detailed in his work and is professional. Definitely recommend him and Bronxton Tonsorial for your next haircut!

Was a walk in and received an appointment instantly 20 minutes later.. i told my barber Jesse to just make it look good and Ive never been more happy with a haircut.. since i am losing ALOT of hair he could have just buzzed it and called it good but instead he faded , tapered and just made me look amazing... Im only in Utah for 3 or 4 months but Ill be back every month to have him take cars of me... even took pictures of the cut from every angle to see if someone in Nevada can duplicate his excellence

The space itself was great, and was fairly easy to find. Elle is truly a genius with some scissors and clippers. She is a master of her craft and is always there to greet you with a smile. You can tell that she has been cutting and styling hair for quite some time and I will continue to go to her as long as she is cutting hair.

The service was fantastic. My husband loved his clean cut shave and hair cut, very satisfied! The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I wish there was more space.

Solid place. Only four chairs so make an appointment. The barber(Dayne I think) knew his stuff and was pleasant to talk to. He didn’t force conversation though. He cut my hair the way I wanted, had tips on styling and didn’t waste time. Going back when I need another cut.

Dan the owner was very disorganized and unprofessional. He didnt show up to our scheduled technical interview and I couldnt even go along with the technical interview in the end anyways because he told me only to bring my skill and that I didnt need to bring or have a model/demo with me. Well so when I show up, hes not there and because I didnt bring a model and I couldnt cut just anyone hair I had to walk away from the interview after driving from Sandy to City Creek 3 different times just to get my time wasted.The store was cool though. I liked the atone jewelry and unisex perfume at the front to demo

Honestly not my favorite one. First time today I visited the store, and last time I will ever. The staff who work there will just ignore you or they will just say one word to you. They didn’t ask if I needed assistance in finding what I was looking for, so they just continued talking to one another with out paying any attention to you whatsoever. I think I’ll just stick with the one at the Fashion Place Mall, where they treat you like a human.

I just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new barber that wasn’t part of a big chain. I got and appointment and had a wonderful experience. Shelbie did a great job and I’ll be back!

Bronxton Tonsorial is a hidden gem. They are located in the heart of downtown SLC which makes it convenient when I come and visit my mom or if anyone is visiting the downtown area and shopping at city creek mall. Robert and his crew will always leave you looking sharp! Walk-ins are accepted however I would strongly suggest you booking an appointment as Robert tends to get very busy!

I’m from VIRGINIA and have been here for five weeks. One of the highlights of my trip was getting a haircut and straight shave by Shelby. By far the best hair cut and shave I’ve ever had! I wish I could take her back to VA.

They have been awesome to me from the start. They have talented barbers who have a passion for their work. Jesse has a gift with fades, and everyone is super chill.

I have had my hair cut by Shelbie for several months now. I ask for a fairly difficult haircut every time where I have my hair faded very closely all the way up to my hair line. Shelbie delivers every time! She is the only person I trust with my hair. I always leave feeling fresh and my hair looking perfect. She also is a great listener and I love getting to see her every couple of weeks. I highly recommend Shelbie.

Was treated very rudely by a worker named pulina. Talked to me with a lot of disrespect and acted as if I was too poor for her store and acted as if she were better than me. I was ignored by her eventually when asking to look at rings and was givin dirty looks the entire time. I usually go to south town mall bronxton, where I’m always welcomed in and treated with overwhelming amount of kindness and even find myself in long conversations with the workers who seem to genuinely enjoy my company. Was extremely disappointed going into the fashion place bronxton expecting the same kindness and was baffled at the way I was treated/talk to. No longer giving this company money. As for pulina, you should feel ashamed as you are putting more meanness into a world that’s already filled with hatred.
