Jennifer was by far the best car salesperson we’ve ever worked with. In these strange times, car buying is done almost totally virtual and she made the process a breeze. She also went the distance to help us decide the best route when trading our lease vehicle in and keeping us up to date on our Tahoe’s travel progress. My husband is not an easy person to car shop with, she handled him well and did a wonderful job of being upfront and transparent. We’ve been trying to find a Tahoe for months and getting different information from different dealerships. Jennifer, and Jerry Seiner were the most transparent and honest people we had talked to. Repeat business is the name of their game and they gained lifelong customers in us.Roland was also a joy to work with, very knowledgeable and explained the financing and warranty options to us in great detail.We also had the opportunity to interact with Tristan when Jennifer couldn’t be there. He walked us through how to setup CarPlay and showed us what our new vehicle could do. He took the time to answer our questions and do a full vehicle walk through, even though he didn’t have to.You have great people, they made fans of us and we’re not super easy to impress. We’ll gladly drive from North Ogden for all of our vehicle needs from now on.

Tim in the service department was awesome and super helpful! We brought in our Chevy Malibu that was having an engine light issue. He got our car in and it was done on the day it was promised. When we had a setback the next day of the engine light coming back on, we brought the car back and he took care of the problem right away, and figured out the issue and got it fixed. Car has been running great since! Super grateful and appreciative to all the service and technicians at Jerry seiner for helping us out 👍🏻

This is the worst experience I have ever had. They gave me an appointment to look at my engine 1 week out. I brought the van in and they didn’t even look at it for 1.5 weeks. Then they finally looked and figured out it wasn’t the engine that was cause the knocking noise. Then I was placed in the back of the line for the transmission “guy” for 1.5 weeks. He quit the day before he looked at my van, so I had to wait for about few days to even know if something was wrong with the transmission (they assured me it was the transmission). When they finally looked at it, surprise, it wasn’t the transmission. It took them another week to find out it was the flywheel and replace it.... I got quoted $1400 for total cost. When I came to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $1700 and I refused so they knocked it down. I drove the van off the lot, and my oil pressure gauge no longer works, and my van turns off and starts rolling when I put it in reverse or change gears sometimes. Oh and now my transmission leaks too from them dropping it to replace the flywheel. I’ve never written a negative review... Until now. Do not take your car here for anything difficult.

Then They Want Me To Check Out Another Truck With Less Features And I Said No Because It Won’t Have The Features I Like And He Made A Comment Saying “You Need To Pay For What You Like” I Told Him I Asked For A Price Before Even Sitting In The Drivers Seat! I Was Told The Price Was 46k The Guy Even Double Checked The Price And Confirmed It Was 46… I Told Him How Would You Feel If You Get A Price And When It’s Time To Check Out It’s 10K More Then The Price They Originally Gave You. I Wanted To Pay For What I Like But It’s Not My Fault They Can’t Get There Prices Right! Like I Said If He Would Have Told Me The Truck Was 59 Since The beginning I Would Have Checked Out Other Options… Especially Since The Sales Guy Jason Kept Calling And Texting This Morning… How Come He Stopped Bugging After I Left The Dealership? Do You Guys Not Honer Your Pice? Seriously Made Me Waste My Time On The Test Drive And All That!

I dropped in without an appointment to just ask a question about getting a recent broken door handle on my 2014 Suburban fixed. I scheduled an oil change for my truck at 2:00 PM and was told it would be a couple of hours. Not a big deal. 3 hours later I tried calling to find out the status of my vehicle and could not get anybody to pick up the phone in the service department. I got a ride back down to Jerry Seiner as its now 5:30 PM on Friday and needed a vehicle. I showed up and couldnt get an answer on what was going on or when my truck would be ready. I had a prior commitment later that evening so I left without an answer and NO vehicle. I was busy Saturday morning, but still had not heard a word from anybody. I called 8 times and STILL could not get anybody to call me back and tell me where my truck was. I showed up at the dealership and was greeted with Whats up man? Uhhhh Im here for my truck that you have had for 24 hours now for an oil change and you wont call me back. The service rep couldnt pull up anything in his computer and took him 15 minutes to go in the back and finally pull my truck up. I understand a labor shortage and things happen and what not, but horrendous communication. My buying experience from Jerry Seiner was great, but my service department experience was horrible.

Buying our new vehicle a Jerry Seiner Chevrolet was the easy part. Everyone from the sales team, to the financing department was amazing that day. However we understood that sometimes things go wrong, which is why we purchased an extra warranty package, and an interior and exterior protection package. And that’s where the buck stopped. Knowing we were going to go on our annual summer vacation, we wanted the exterior and interior protection package to be completed ASAP and we were guaranteed it would be. However after over a month of calling and leaving messages trying to make an appointment, we were unable to get a hold of anyone until I asked for a refund because we missed the window, and would be leaving soon. By the time I received a phone call back we were already out of the state. I have tried calling finance multiple times, and only received one call back which I missed, but phoned within moments. Then our rear liftgate stopped working. Again. We were passing back through, and made an appointment to have it checked out. I was told they could do a diagnostic fairly quickly and we could schedule a time if we had to get it fixed. When I arrived, I was told I needed to leave it for 2 to 3 days, and that was my only option just for the diagnostic. Had I’ve been told that prior I would have sought out other arrangements, but after less than five minutes I was told that I would need to try to figure out a different time for me to leave it with them for 2 to 3 days. So I drove over an hour to get there, for absolutely no reason at all. So now I’m stuck paying for a package I was guaranteed would be done within two weeks time, and two months later it’s still not done. And a lift gate that isn’t working, and I’ll have to find other arrangements to get it fixed around mine, and my children’s schedule. While I understand that at the moment things are tough within the auto industry, I don’t believe that sacrificing decent customer service after they’ve gotten your money is necessary.

Service department did a manufacturer recall same day, provided a shuttle, and explained everything really well! My vehicle is a 2008 and they treated me like it was a new purchase! Thanks Tim in the Service Dept

We had an extremely negative experience with the Jerry Seiner service department. It was a fairly benign problem--the 12V battery on our car went completely dead.The problem was that they NEVER kept a single commitment to us. My wife and I had pretty standard questions that they said theyd call us back with more information about. Didnt make sure to get the windows rolled up or the car inside when parked there overnight. Didnt start working on it until at least 6 hours after they promised my wife they would. Didnt call back at allotted times. (We needed to call them in every case and gave them as much as 24 hours leeway before we called to ask again.)Ultimately, they got a new battery installed (a different size than the OEM battery, but apparently still within acceptable parameters) and got us back on the road. But I would not intentionally return here for future service.

Literally have had hurdles just to do business with this place from the absolute start, to even now today 4 months after buying the truck i have yet to receive my registration and plates.Issues started with not having my financing information till 2 days before my 2nd payment was due, to trying to get out of including a bedliner spray that came with the package i had purchased. Took 2-3 weeks of arguing and fighting with them to have them admit that it came with the package i had bought with the truck.To now the finale of trying to get my plates and registration. The first and the last time i will ever use any Jerry Seiner dealership. As well as NEVER recommend them to anyone either.

Im not impressed with this place whatsoever. I made an appointment four days in advance for a simple multi point inspection and to tighten a loose bolt on my hatchback. They said it would be maybe two to four hours tops. After about seven hours and an hour before they closed,I had to call them and leave messages to speak with someone in service about how my car was doing. I was informed that they wouldnt be able to get to everything today and had to keep my car overnight. They said first thing in the morning they would be on it and that they would call me after it was finished. Well the next day I waited until about 1 or 2 PM to finally just call them and see what was going on. Couldnt reach anyone and finally spoke to a manager who said it was done and I should be getting a phone call from the service desk soon. Waited until about 4:30 ish and just called back to see AGAIN what the hold up was. I was told that my car in fact wasnt finished but it was almost done. I had to take an uber to and from work. So with my time and money, I was quite put out. I finally go to get my car and they decided to charge me a nice total of $161. I think thats a little ridiculous considering how much they put me through. My suggestion, be more professional. Dont schedule so many people throughout the day to the point where you cant fulfill all the appointments. Also, call the customer if you know something is going to take longer. Dont make them go on a goose chase trying to get into contact with an employee. It gives off an unprofessional and uncaring impression. Ill be taking my car to a different shop next time.

I can’t speak for a new vehicle purchase here, but for a used vehicle. We were helped by Margaret and Tristan and their manager. Margaret is your typical used car sales rep. Full of misinformation and under delivered promises. Her manager straight up told me she lied to me about the work done on the truck we were purchasing. Tristan delivered the truck and was professional and kind. We noticed several little things wrong with the truck. Tristan told me they would take care of those things and they were covered by the 3,000 mile 3 month Seiner Warranty.When the truck was brought in they denied the work saying we opted out of the warranty, which is ironic because Margaret said that warranty is included in every single car purchase and can’t be taken off. Well, I guess it conveniently got taken off when the truck we purchased needed some work. They claimed that I said I didn’t want the warranty, which was partially true. I said I didn’t want it if it could drop the price without it. Margaret then said what I mentioned above that it was already added to the vehicle and is added to all seiner vehicles.I have reached out to try and clear this up to come to a fair resolution and they are no longer responding.This was your stereotypical used car deal. I will always avoid the Seiner dealerships from now on.

I bought my truck in December so heater was great! But come April it was warm outside and in the truck too. Found out the HVAC module controls didnt work so blows 80° in your face only. Working with my salesman Kevin Hemmersmieir then Joe Zaremba who put me with Jason Napier the Service manager we had Tim at service desk order the replacement part. That was the first of May. They said avout 2 weeks out from GM. At the 2 week mark I have been stopping by every Friday checking with Tim or Jason on the status as I cannot drive my truck with Heat full blast in my face in 90° weather. Tim and Jason are working diligently to get the part and repair my truck.

Received the airbag recall notice for my wifes Suburban and called Murdock Chevrolet since they are closest to my house. I was told they wouldnt be able to do it for a few weeks and to call someone else. Talked to Daija at Jerry Seiner, had an appointment for the next day. Great customer service even though Ive never done business with them. Thank you.
