I appreciate them taking the time to help me. I was super nervous to get a new car because my dad is usually the one who helps me. He has mechanic experience but he couldn’t be there with me to check it out. Marvin went above and beyond to make the experience very comfortable and enjoyable! He provided me a lot of details about the car and was transparent about the vehicle history. The cars were very well taken care of. 10/10 recommend.

I only have bad things to say about this place. First off it was very difficult to get someone to help us. We had to wait when there was only 1 customer. Test drive went well and I decided to purchase the car. It was a Saturday so I couldnt immediately get the loan. I had a purchase agreement with them. They gave me the keys and I drove home. On Monday I got the loan finalized and put insurance on the car. Loan was sent in the mail. Wednesday rolls around and they call me telling me that the car is reported stolen! Im in shock because I had figured we had done all the necessary paperwork. After all I had insurance on the car and the loan was all ready to go and already in the mail. I could have very well been arrested because of this. It seemed like they were playing this off as a little mistake and sort of joking about it. Took a very long time for them to clear this up. After they did basically they just said oops sorry. Its been a few weeks since then. I havent had any issues besides that. Till my battery went out. I thought it was odd so I checked it out. The battery was from 2017. The car is a 2020 so they must have changed it out for an old battery before putting it on the lot. It wasnt even the correct size at all. Nearly crushed the battery tray. Needless to say I would not ever recommend going to this place. People were nice but not informative at all.

Admittedly, I was fairly skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from another state. I live in Colorado and due to the vehicle shortage it became rather challenging to find a Toyota Tacoma that fits my needs in Colorado.After speaking with the owner of the company, learning of the history of this company and speaking with Jorge, who is an excellent resource. These guys are great! I was a little hesitant to purchase a Branded Title vehicle at first but after getting all my concerns addressed I could not be happier about my choice! I bought my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with under 20k miles and 2 years later I have had 0 issues with it and absolutely love my car! UNITED AUTO LET MY FAMILY TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE WITH 2 SAFETY RECALLS UNREPAIRED (FUEL LINE & VEHICLE SUDDENLY MOVING FORWARD WHEN IN DRIVE POSITON W/ BRAKE APPLIED). These 2 SAFETY RECALLS DURING THE TEST DRIVE COULD HAVE BEEN POTENTIALLY INJURED OR EVEN FATAL TO ME, any PASSENGERS or PEDESTRIANS. UNITED AUTO NEVER, AT ANY POINT BEFORE OR AFTER WE BOUGHT THE VEHICLE, DID THEY PROVIDED THE CARFAX UNTIL AFTER THE DOWN PAYMENT AND VEHICLE WAS SOLD BASED ON, THE INTEGRITY OF THE DEALERSHIPS WORD. We asked about the vehicle having any recalls or accidents & UNITED AUTO, verbally lied to MY FAMILIES & MY FACE, saying NOPE, this is the cleanest, most well kept vehicle United Auto has seen in a long time. United Auto did not return multiple emails i sent or return phone calls to resolve the complaint. Within 30 days of purchasing the vehicle on United Autos Con, the vehicle repairs have cost more than 40% of the cars overmarked price they sold to us via dishonest vehicle misrepresentation. The As Is Agreement states United Auto has advised the consumer prior to the purchase of the vehicle, that the vehicle has been in an accident and the vehicle sustained structural damage. CONSUMERS! DO NOT TRUST DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Going anywhere else is the first step in the right direction. After more attempts to speak with United Auto, I spoke with Fernando and told, NOW THAT THE VEHICLE IS SOLD, I FEEL NO NEED TO RESPOND TO YOUR CONCERNS, & NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I FIRMLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY TO NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH UNITED AUTO. UNITED AUTO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMER SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF VEHICLES THEY SELL, & MISREPRESENT AND/OR WITHHOLD REQUIRED VEHICLE INFORMATION KNOWINGLY.

We were sold a car here that was very overvalued for the amount of rust that was accumulating under the hood. The dealer was not transparent about this issue with the car when we spoke with them. If youre going to buy a car here, make sure you have someone with you who knows about cars to look under the hood.
