Last summer I spent 3 weeks trying to get my bike back after this place ghosted me. Dropped off my bike for brake service and to get the wheels trued up. She said it would be done in a few days. Never heard from her again. Ended up having to show up every day ringing doorbells and tapping on windows while the occupants of the house ignored me. They finally returned my bike after I threatened to call the cops. I didnt immediately leave a negative review and I deeply regret it because she just got one of my friends as well. Dropped off his bike for basic service thinking it would take a few days. 2 weeks later no bike and she isnt answering her phone. Surprise surprise. Dont go here!

Most personable bike shop in town. Not only is she great at what she does, but she respects you as a person and she treats your bike like its your primary transportation even if youre a casual rider. And she has the best rates. She also donates extra bikes to schools and refugee centers. Class act A+

My bike was accepted by a guy and I never saw the lady. After repeated attempts for updates on the repair over a months time, I was brushed off. I contacted the police about this place. Bike thief. Don’t believe me.. drop your bike at your own risk.

Still wont answer the phone after 5 days,,, has two of my bike and am just wondering if I need to climb the fence and get them myself

The Bike Lady AKA Elva is an experienced bike mechanic and a true professional, Ive taken many bikes to her over the past several years for tube changes, tune ups, brake fixes, wheel replacements, electric bike assemblies, and electric bike maintenance and shes handled every request with care, quality and thoroughness. Im impressed that shes able to work just as comfortably with my Ebikes (I own an ebike business) as with regular bikes Ive brought. I highly recommend the Bike Lady for all your biking needs. I love small and caring businesses like this that truly value their clientele so I will continue to be a regular customer.

She fixed my derailer in about 15 minutes and it has worked great ever since.
