Amazing customer service,helped my friend that didnt speak English to make sure she got what she needed.

The salesperson was very unclear with their credit card program. They asked if we wanted 15% off and we said yes. Then all of a sudden, we had a new credit card by surprise. This is very wrong. They should be clear about the credit card and checking, pulling credit..Now we have to go through the process of canceling it and have to deal with a hard pull on our credit for up to 3 years. Sad.

Classy, attractive and always helpful service. Prices a bit high, although products are name brands and high quality.

My wife comes here to buy tons of makeup and hair care products. You dont put conventional autozone motor oil in a Ferrari.....

Amazing experience. I shop at Sephora a lot. For the first time in a very long time. I felt truly helped my Ceecee and Jaisha. Both were informative, helpful and empathic.

The LEAST deaf friendly place I’ve been to. I can not communicate well with face coverings and repeatedly told all the employees I did not need help. Yet the continued to berate me while in the store asking me to take out my headphones (which I use to clearly state I do not need help). I have been a makeup artist for 4 years and these employees do not have any entry level education except for the licensed artists. Educate your team and especially educate your team to approach and give SPACE

Their customer service was incredibly good! My bag had been stolen and returned for money (the receipt was in the bag). They looked at the footage and gave me my stuff! The people were so nice as well. On another note, their selection is great!

Its weird being a man going into this store but I do because of the staff and selection of mens cologne. They are always outgoing and helpful when smell testing cologne as It always takes me awhile to choose. I ended up with the mens sample pack. You get a large assortment of different cologne sample spray bottles to try out and wear during your normal day and night schedule and when you decide which one is best the sample pack comes with a coupon. Good for a bottle of you choice. I believe its the 3.4oz bottle. Love that deal. Remember dont forget your mask because they have a door person checking people and limiting the amount of people inside for distancing.

At this location, the agents were nice, helped me to chose the right product and were prompted to help me out.

Alexa helped me find a serum and eye cream that worked best for my skin type. She was absolutely amazing. She was super knowledgeable about so many different products and even the science behind it all. Seriously the girl needs a raise. She was awesome.

I walked in here a few weeks ago with some skin concerns. With my new move across country my skin had no idea how to adapt. A staff member was very welcoming and addressed my concerns with me. She even stated what she uses and was very upfront about what she liked and disliked about multiple products since it seemed we had very simple acne types. I ended up going with the serum that she uses and so far it has done miracles to my face! Not too bad for the first time Ive ever been to a Sephora!

Listening and working with me until I found the perfect product. In all honesty other makeup stores Ive been to would not either listen to me and do opposite of what I asked for or were just quick to get me out of the store. So you guys are the best keep doing what you are all doing because your service to me was very I mean very appreciated. Hope to visit again soon. I NEVER write reviews ...Yesterday will probably be my last trip to this location. I have been to this store before and this is the second time the same employee has made me never want to come back. My mother had gave all of her girls in the family a certificate to get a free perfume (15 total). Some of us went together to redeem them. We must have been looking at perfumes for 25 minutes before anyone offered to help us. Then the employee came back from lunch and asked anyone if they wanted a sample. I told her I did and tried to ask her the difference between 2 and she yelled at me because I didn’t know which one was the original kind. So I left and went to wait outside. Then she proceeded to be rude to everyone else. She finally just left because she was too put out to do her job. I doubt I will be a Rouge member next year. If you like frangrance buy it at Macy’s they are much better.

Went here to get a makeover, I wish I could remember the name of the person who did it! Sometimes it’s hard because they ask lots of questions you might not have thought about haha. They’re really accommodating, I told my artist that I was vegan and wanted cruelty free products and she showed me some really awesome stuff. I was also able to be specific about what I wanted to learn too. I’ve always found the staff to be nice and helpful. I’m really shy and don’t have a lot of experience but whenever I asked for help they would help me figure it out. They’re also really cool about being welcoming of trans people, almost everyone I saw was wearing a pronoun pin, they also run makeup lessons specifically for trans people.I had a great experience and I really appreciate it because makeup was always a big fear of mine but everyone I’ve met has been helpful. I remember even being asked a few times if I needed help and then I finally went up to someone because I was so shy haha. Sometimes because they are helpful they are busy with others, but most of the time you can find someone who can help.

Everytime I go in to Sephora at City Creek I am overly happy with my experience. I literally go at least 2-3 times a week during my lunch break. Juliette is so amazing.. She always sets me up with amazing skincare products and routines. All the employees are great. And Bonus....You can ask for samples of any product you want..even perfumes/colognes.

I bought my wife a gift card for her birthday at the city creek location. When she went to use it they said there was no money on the card. I went back tonight and they basically told me there’s nothing we can do. So I said it’s just a waste of $80 and they said yes. I don’t have a receipt because I bought it a long time ago. So I guess I just have to live with Donatint $80 to Sephora.

Terrible service. I rarely write reviews but this really annoyed me. I bought a perfume (one of the small containers) and when I got home it was completely empty. I brought it back and the manager said for THIS time well replace it, no apologies... Nothing! just assuming that I was lying...I mean 1. I bought it only 2 days before 2. I never return anything 3. I wasnt asking for money back, I wanted the perfume so I wanted them to replace it... All signs that I most likely was not lying... Also I went back and checked the other perfumes and I found another one that was empty... instead of assuming perhaps she could have checked herself and found the same issue... There must be a packaging issue where the liquid comes out or evaporates easily over time... or someone else replaced them with old ones, hard to tell since there is no plastic wrap around any of them. Either way... Perhaps instead of saying for THIS time well replace it maybe say oh Im sorry this happened, well definitely replace it then go check the other perfumes and fix the issue... To work with customers you need to learn some manners and use tact...by reading the other negative reviews I see that most of the issues are with the manager... Please change manager, shes not fit for the job! Ive been a loyal customer for 10+years and I never experienced such attitude from such a rude manager

I came in for a custom makeover that came with my gift card, and everything was perfect. I wish I could have tipped Jasmine (the girl who did my makeup). She was perfectly patient, and did a fantastic job. Everyone who saw me afterwards was floored. I will definitely be back to this Sephora.

It was gross, dirty, disorganized, the staff was talking amongst themselves rather than keeping their shop orderly. I was completely disappointed and would rather only buy online.

I came here after an awful experience at the Fashion Place store. The color artist I worked with was incredibly nice. She tried multiple colors of multiple foundations and even gave suggestions. She sent me home with samples so I could determine what works best for me before I buy. She also let me know that letting a foundation dry on your skin is important before deciding if it is a match or not as drying can change the color.Bonus: I did not find a rude employee in my visit. Everyone was incredibly nice.

Went in today, wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for, totally oblivious actually.. they were very friendly, and quick to help, special thank you to Sarah for being so awesome. Will go there again :)

Me and a friend were in there to get our make up done and we have been to multiple make up counters in the past and usually most make up counters will just slap some make up on and not care what you look like when you walk out but when we went in there the girls took their time and did a very good job with our make up Katie did mine I would definitely agree that she should get a raise because she is super talented and nice !!!

It is in a great location, it just seems that staff members lack being attentive, to what is needed. Most of the time I saw staff members just going about the area avoiding customers.

While I cant refute them, my own experiences have been wonderful.Ive been here multiple times and have always had a memorably pleasant experience. In fact, the staff are so polite and helpful that Ive asked if they work on commission - they do not! Yet they make it clear that they are genuinely concerned with providing great customer service.Yesterday I was helped by Ashley Y., and she was funny and down to earth, attentive and helpful, and importantly, knowledgeable about the products (mens fragrance).The store was busy yet clean, and Ashley did not hover over me while I spent the better part of an half hour sampling fragrances, yet checked in enough to let me know she was ready and happy to fill samples for me.By the way, - Givenchy Gentleman, MM Replica By The Fireplace, and Tom Fords Oud Wood are all highly recommended for the modern gentlemen who doesnt want to smell like a randy 20 year old looking for a fragrance that asks, Netflix and chill?The only issue I found was the nearly empty Oud Wood tester and a Spicebomb tester that squirted a stream rather than a spray. Ill be a return customer without a doubt, and a happy one at that.Thank you Ashley and all the Sephora staff!

Very upset with my experience at Sephora today. I spend a lot of money there and have been a loyal customer throughout the years. When I walked in today, one of the workers said “keep an eye on this girl” into her head set. At the check out, I explained to the woman working at the register what had happened and how disappointed I was and all she said was “oh she shouldn’t have said it like that.” I am never giving Sephora my buisness again. I am not a theif and should NEVER be targeted.

This is the dirtiest Sephora I’ve ever been in. Floors were disgusting and all the testers were falling apart or broken. The one item I went in for all that they had on the floor was an empty tester and 3 leaking full sizes of it, was not going to buy a $42 product that was leaking everywhere. Will not be returning to this location.

Nice makeup store to go shopping at for the latest makeup and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Went in with a friend yesterday, barefaced because it was 102°, and the employees were watching us like we were going to shoplift the entire store because we werent wearing any makeup. We got asked what we were doing 7 different times when we just wanted to swatch lipsticks. Chill out, you guys made this such a bad shopping experience and neither of us got what we came in for because we felt so scrutinized.

Sephora over all is a great store but this particular Sephora is full of rude workers. I drove hours to get color matched for the Fenty foundation and literally walked by 7 workers who were not welcoming and completely ignored me until I went to the cash register to see if they’d send someone to help me. They sent a young man who said two words to me and kept rolling his eyes at me. After all he said was “are you going to buy it?” & walked off. I was going to but was so annoyed so just decided not to even purchase it at Sephora and buy it on Fenty instead because of how rude they are there. As someone who works customer service I sure as hell know you don’t treat people the way I was treated

I had a really awful experience with the Sephora inside JC Pennys, but the manager of the city creek store was amazing. I recived a gift card from Sephora JC Pennys and was told I could use it at any sephora, which to my embarrassment, I found out was not the case. The Manager really helped me feel better about the situation and I am really just hoping that he can get on the phone with JC Pennys or something and let them know that they really need to stop deceiving people and putting them in a bad situation. Thank you manager (I wish I knew his name) You really saved the day!!

I go to the perfume section and employees are in the back talking and not paying attention to customers. I won’t be going to this location anymore.
