Just the perfect amount of customer service.So we were looking to just replace the dishwasher but after some discussion decided to swap all three.To get a matching look and to avoid future trips or calls to appliance repair.We got such a great deal on the three appliances that I bragged to my boss. And the customer service was great after the sale as well.

When we purchased our home 5 years ago, we bought a used GE Refrigerator. Last week the refrigerator stopped cooling, and the repairs would exceed the cost of the fridge. We visited stores, searched online and ads on KSL featured numerous refrigerators we had been interested in. Quinn at the Utah Discount Appliance Warehouse helped us find a spectacular refrigerator, and we were able to save 20 percent! The Warehouse is clean, easy to navigate we could check out the refrigerators in person. Refrigerators from big box stores were backordered until January, our Whirlpool from Utah Discount Appliance Warehouse was delivered the next day!

The original plan was to get in find a low priced white stove and get out. What happened is the opposite. Friendly staff and all around great prices led me to buy all new stainless steel appliances. Like a tractor beam, sucked me right in. Left with 4 items. They were good about letting me wonder the floor to find what I wanted and checked in periodically. Answered all my questions and in the end gave me a good deal! Even after the sale Quinn was great about accommodating an additional request I had and was able to help me out. Would recommend anyone to go. If I ever need another appliance Ill be sure to go here again!

Excellent customer service! Was easy to look through inventory, pick out what I wanted, and get my product loaded up in my SUV. The gentleman helping me load up my machine even took some extra time to explain to me how to do the install. Even though the stuff they carry is scratch and dent, everything was in excellent shape. I really can’t even see any defects on the product I purchased.

I was frustrated with my refrigerator orders from Lowes and Costco that kept getting delayed when I called Utah Discount Appliance Warehouse. Quinn and Tasha were both soo helpful and responsive. In just an hour they sent me pictures of refrigerators for the dimensions provided. They were very helpful in taking additional videos to help me choose the best fit since my refrigerator was to be placed next to a wall, and in answering my questions over text. The delivery happened in a day and was very smooth. In the end I got myself a new refrigerator at a really great price all within a day. The fridge I decided on was marked down because of damage, but upon inspecting it we could not see what the issue was (three of us were looking), so I decided to buy it. I filled out the paperwork and initialed that I had inspected it and everything looked fine. I was very happy with the purchase. Later in the day, I got a call from them saying that they found the issue and that there was a big dent in the front that we somehow missed because it was behind the plastic on the fridge. They asked if I still wanted it and we decided I would go back in to take a look. I went in this morning, saw the dent and decided on a different fridge. Im telling you this cause, in my opinion, that is excellent customer service. They did not have to call me. They had already told me there was an issue, and I had filled out the paperwork saying I had inspected it. They could have left it at that, but they went out of their way to call me and let me back out if I wanted to. Im impressed. They are very personable and it was overall a great experience. I was already going to give them 5 stars even without this whole situation because of how happy I was with their prices, but this put them over the top.

BEST place to buy a fridge! Exactly like buying straight from Whirlpool except for the hefty price tag. (Yes, you can still get a warranty through Whirlpool.) We got an awesome fridge for HALF the price all because of a tiny, tiny, tiiiiny little dent in the top right corner that we cover with a fridge magnet! And the savings are even better if you dont mind choosing one with more obvious imperfections. I had done a LOT of research before buying, and they were able to answer every nitty-gritty question I threw at them, plus give me more info. These guys know their stuff and are honest and easy to talk to. I was so confident that we just bought it over the phone without even going into the warehouse (since we live a bit far away and have little ones). I got a new washer and dryer set for only $750. The hardworking guy that was managing the store rang us up and helped us load the appliances in our vehicle.

So here is my honest review of this place. I know you think 🤔 hmm its going to be used second hand or something that fell off the back of the truck literally or figuratively. I must say they explain that way they get the appliances.We had gone in to look as we were waiting for our house to be finshed. We didnt want to buy the fridge my wife and I liked since we still needed to go through closing and all that headache. So fast forward a month and we go back hoping they still have the fridge we wanted. Of course they dont they do move through a lot of product. But we asked about the one we had previously seen and they said oh yeah we will have some Tuesday. They took my number and said they would let me know when it arrived so I could look at it and make sure we liked it. The sent me a text the day before they were expecting it to say they had it. We went in and they sure did have the one we wanted. I felt kind of bad because the one we wanted we actually didnt buy, we actually changed our mind when we went in and seen they had also received the one we liked but in black stainless steel. So we got that instead. They made everything easy and explained how to register the product with the manufacturer to get the full warranty. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone that needs new appliances go here. Its small local and run by a family. So you dont get that greedy customer service you usually get at those bigger stores.

Our dishwasher was so old. We looked online at different stores then I thought to look on KSL. We saw the found Quinns business and the same Bausch dishwasher we wanted that was $680-750 at Lowes or home Depot for $400!! We messaged Quinn and he responded immediately. He met us the next day. Not only did we end up getting an oven here, we also bought a fridge to match, (again 1/2 the retail price) and only paid $400 more to get BOTH for the price of the oven at H.D.! 90 Days Same As Cash with Acima Credit is a total scam. You have to pay an extra $50 just to apply, which does NOT go towards the cost of your appliance. I tried to set up automatic payments over the next two paychecks, and kept getting the run-around, with them telling me that Id have to call in before every scheduled payment in order to pay off the total amount in 2 payments. Theres taxes and fees for EACH payment. They slip it in there as a rental tax. They still charged me the $43 every two weeks if I forgot to call in time, ON TOP of the $250 I was trying to pay. Altogether- for a $500 dishwasher I bought in September, I paid off today in October- was closer to $700.Save your money and go elsewhere. You could get a brand new appliance for what youll end up paying here, and keep your dignity, rather than deal with these scammers.
