The guys here are super helpful and know the appliances. We got this brand new $3800 refrigerator with a couple small dents in the bottom drawer for $2200. Ive ordered a new drawer front for $190. Cant beat that deal for a new fridge. They rolled it right into the back of my truck from the loading ramp on the showroom floor. Couldnt be easier.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my oven/gas range. It’s beautiful and the price was by far the best out there. The guys in the warehouse were so helpful, helped me load it in my truck, gave me cardboard corner pieces to help protect it during the drive. The range had the teeniest bit of damage that I would have never see if hadn’t pointed it at and the piece was basically half what I’d pay for the new appliance. Great deal, will definitely shop here the next time I need an appliance.

Came in they had the range that I wanted. They were really friendly, and quick. They had me loaded in my car within 20 minutes! They also give a 60 day warranty which is nice!

We bought a set of Samsung front load dryer/washer. With supply/demand due to Corona, we couldnt find then in most stores until August or later. A Lowes employee turned me to Dependable. They have a variety of new/used. Usually floor models and etc. that are cosmetic blems. Some still hold warranty, but they also offer a 60 day. We bought these for over to 50 percent off retail. They helped us load up. As we have needs well be back.

Loved everything about our experience here. They have a great selection of appliances to choose from. They get a new load of appliances every 2 weeks or so. We bought a brand new fridge and microwave for half the price of the fridge alone.Charles was incredibly helpful. Him and his father helped us load up the fridge in the truck and secure it.I recommend this to anyone looking for new appliances. They test them all before they put on the floor to ensure they all work and function properly and the service is top notch. Very kind, honest, and informative.

Horrible customer service!!! Wife and I were in the middle of negotiating with the salesman the delivery and ready to pay for an expensive washer/dryer set and stove when the salesman (he never introduced himself), B lined to a different customer who walked in looking at a tiny fridge. The sales guy literally walked away from me while I was mid sentence and started helping the other customer!!! I said some fun words and walked the hell out of there.It worked out though because I took my money and my business to the Appliance Outlet in West Valley where they were not only friendly and had a better selection, they made me feel like a valued customer.
