Reasonable prices, great staff, drive up is really nice, probably come here 3-4 times a week. Only reason I took away a star is it appears they have gotten rid of the men’s clearance section. Disappointing since the women have such a wide variety of clearance products and now the men have none.

Unlike Walmart, I always feel calm and happy at Target. The employees are always well mannered and happy to help. The store is always well-kept and easy to find the things I need. Love this store. Will forever continue to shop here. Especially love the curbside pickup. Its super convenient for moms like me who dont want to bring their kid in to scream about toys youre not buying them.

The styles seem fresh, the clothing and shoe areas are always well stocked. Housewares are of the latest designs and they have a wonderfully stocked outdoor/fitness area with plenty of choices. The Pharmacy is well stocked and have knowledgeable and courteous staff always willing to help. A decent snack bar with plenty of seating leaves the store with the wonderful aroma of freshly popped popcorn. However a shrinking video department, and a poorly stocked and very small electronics department with few choices and without anyone stationed in that area make it difficult to find the things you need. Too many employees hover around the entrance/check out area of the store. The Mens and Womens departments near the messy fitting rooms again with no one stationed in this area mesh together without any clear boundaries make it somewhat a confusing area to shop. A very small Grocery , Seasonal, Jewelry and childrens department leave you with few choices in these areas. Trying to return items could leave you waiting in an empty room alone for a while so bring your patience. 3 out of 5 seems generous for a store that at one time was a welcoming shopping experience however now just seems to be boring. Cmon Target, expand this location, hire more people and make it a fun place to shop again. This store seems to be slipping a notch in the interesting places to shop in Salisbury, Md.I took a trip to the store in early April and was absolutely appalled at just how dirty and unkempt this store really was. It looks as if the floors have not been swept in days, look at the pictures and see for yourselves as almost EVERY aisle was dirty. There were no employees in the electronics department and hardly any employees in other departments. The pictures speak for themselves at this rate I cant see this store doing very good business and staying open for very long unless corporate steps in and does something about this location or the management because its going downhill very fast. Even the mens restroom floors were cleaner than the showroom floors.

Love this store.. I have been going here since the pandemic because it’s not as crowded as Walmart & they have everything I need . The store is always so clean. Only issue lately is every time I go the past couple of weeks, I’m hounded by the at&t sales people , to the point that when I see one coming towards me I am ready to just leave ..I understand they’re just trying to do their job and make sales but it’s extremely annoying . I literally forgot what I needed when I went the other day because I was so ready to get out of there when I see them coming towards me . It may seem silly but it’s literally every time I go . I’m going to start going late night now .

This store is so convenient because I could shop for the essentials that is needed. However, I wish the grocery section would be quite bigger with produce.The employees are very kind and friendly. They make sure to say hello when you walk in and goodbye as you walk out.

Doesnt take social distancing into account at all. Nothing to enforce it, customers barely wearing masks at all, not like this pandemic is over. Rude customer walked right in front of me and grabbed something off the shelf directly in front of where I was like I wasnt even there and an employee was standing right in the aisle with us. This store is the worst, never shop here.

Their curbside pickup has been a lifesaver since my daughter was born last Fall. Put in an order in the morning and it is ready 2-4 hours later. Targets standards are higher than other competitors, I learned today while going on my app that I had a credit just for using it in the past so I used that today towards my purchase, they give you the price thats online in store when checking out because they have a price match guarantee and their store is always very pleasant, organized and clean. Employees are very pleasant and their standards are higher than the competitor. Its always a pleasant experience shopping at Target.

Undecided between 4 and 5 stars. Why? Because my wife spends too much money there. Not sure that we need that many dishes and pillows but happy wife = happy husband.Bathrooms are clean, if you need a little escape!

This is the nicest big box store on Delmarva. They remodeled last year, and have a large grocery section now. Their app is very helpful cashing in on coupons. Their clothing section is pretty good. They have top quality electronics, and a large book section.

Drive up service was fast easy and they had all the items I ordered.

The woman at the cash register named Deborah had the best attitude, also heard her compliment multiple people while I was there. She went the extra to make everyone smile.

The Target in Salisbury was packed with Christmas shoppers. I needed help locating some Starbucks K Cups. I asked their employee, Megan, for assistance. Without hesitation, she stopped what she was doing and walked me to the location of the item I needed. It was empty, so she checked a device and found more in the back. She quickly went and got my item. She was cheerful and beyond helpful. THANK YOU, Megan!!!

Drove an hour for an item I wanted that was in srock on there website. None on the shelf and the employee said there was none in the back. I also called before but there automated phone said they couldnt discuss inventory because of high demand. Thanks for wasting my time.

Clean store. It was organized but no staff interaction. But everything was stocked and check out process was very fast.

Honestly the store isn’t that bad except for Black Friday and how dead it is but the gripe I have is they hired me and called me to start on very short notice in the afternoon knowing when they hired me that I had an afternoon job. I mentioned I couldn’t make that time they said they’d call back with another morning time and never did. When I was in the store for Black Friday the manager kept making a point to not look at me. It’s just disrespectful they could have atleast called and said there was a miscommunication and that my schedule wouldn’t work or whatever the issue was. Either way they still have their now hiring banner up.

*UPDATE - They now have groceries.*I love this Target, but I wish it had a grocery section. It has 2 or 3 aisles of food and snacks, but not enough to do your weekly shopping. The staff here is incredible. They are very friendly and very helpful. I never have problems with picking up web orders or with them price-matching items. Both services that other places in town seem to struggle with.

The only drawback that I had was when I was in line and the associate passed over me and waited on another lady and I was standing in line. I had to ask if anyone was working here at the pick-up counter. She waited on the person who was in line at the return counter and I had already been standing in the pick-up line. I did not appreciate that at all. Other than that, the turn around time was good because I was on my lunch break.

Worst target experience. They put the wrong price tag under their products.When I checked out, found the price is more than it should be. The product I bought was at the top level of the shelf, the customer service went to see with me. At the beginning, she was confused because the price seemed lower that they charged me.She scanned the code and found out that the price is for the same brand but a smaller size. The smaller size was all gone, so they just put the bigger size above it. But they don’t have the right price tag for the bigger one.She said I should read carefully of their price tag to see the size.She did not even know when she just saw it, she assume their customers know it. The price tag is fading and not that clear, I could not even find where is the size.I prefer Target because it is clean and nice, but this time was really rude. Walmart is even better then this store.

I Never shop here. I Decided to go in store after viewing sales online for deals on laptops. On google search it showed Target was cheaper than Best Buy and Walmart. I went in and an employee asked me what laptop I wanted. There were only 4 up on display and only white and black on display . I showed her the one I wanted . She unlocked the bottom to get it and seemed irritated, pulling them all out to find the one I wanted . She was scanning with the scanner to make sure it was right or to at least look like she cared . After doing all that , she acted like that was the one . I assumed she was doing her job. She took the laptop in the box up to the register and rang me up . Little do I know it wasn’t the right one nor the right color . In fact I was surprised when I got all the way home, with metallic silver that wasn’t even out ..I didn’t know she did that,But I’m sure she knew.I got all the way home to realize this. During the transaction I wanted to use the credit card I just signed up for at home , she didn’t know how to do it & just waited for me to have another form of payment . I had to ask about returning policy she didn’t inform me of .& didn’t offer a warranty. Very poor customer service . Just didn’t care . It’s more than just ringing up items and having people get out the store.

The worst Target Ive ever been in. Had a customer service manager (I would put her name in but ...she doesnt wear a name tag. ..) accuse me of altering the price of an item as she tried to peel a clearance sticker off. I had to retrieve the other two items with the same sticker before I got the correct price. The price changed but not the attitude. Products are often not in the correct spot and forget about getting help. Im 20 minutes from Salisbury and only go to Easton or Dover.

This target is pretty nice. Ive never seen it crowded and the staff and cashiers are friendly. It is a bit out of the way - you cant see the building from the main road, but if you have gps or know the area its not hard to find.

My visit to the Target in Salisbury truly did suck. Your advertisement about iPhone 7 and 7 plus was not in that store. I was told I had to go to Easton Maryland which would have been about another 70 miles away each way. As it was I wasted 90 miles round-trip and about 2 hours of my time. Ill find it very hard to shop at Target anymore if this is the way that you do business. See what you can do about this Ill bet nothing. Cuz thats what it was good for. Goodbye

I love Target but this one has a small small Market. Theyre devoting two huge aisles to Christmas candy, yet they only give their customers two jam products to choose from. They need a bigger Market !!!

My first visit since the remodel, couldnt find anything and no one to ask for help! The shoe department is so small now that i almost cried, mostly childrens shoes. And when i questioned the male cashier (only one cashier and the rest were self check outs), about the size of the shoe dept. he said well they had to have somewhere to put all of those new freezers! Why not add onto the store if you need more room to make it a Super Target?

If your looking for Target exclusive funko merchandise.... GOOD LUCK!!! Employees are annoyed and unhelpful when asking questions. Two separate occasions I’ve been met with complete ATTITUDES from MANAGERS when I asked to have the back checked for merchandise that was claimed to be in stock online. Sorry to interrupt your personal conversations but that’s kinda your job! On one occasion the merchandise was “mysteriously found” after asking another employee to check and the other time I had a hand put in my face to say that it’s put immediately on the floor after delivery..... which I already know..... is a lie. Wouldn’t be surprised if the exclusive inventory was kept from the public so it could be flipped online by employees.

Went to this location for Black Friday shopping, all the staff was very helpful and the store was laid out for an easy in and out, the ONLY reason I didnt give it a 10 was because the bathroom was dirty, but its black friday, thats kind of expected
