This is such a lovely store. Staff is super friendly and helpful even during the crazy October season. In my excitement to find their lovely gemstones for only $3.00 I left my phone in the shop. They contacted me and as I was leaving for home in the morning they insisted on shipping phone to me! Free of charge! Who does that???? Phone was received as promised. Wonderful to know there are still people out there who care. Wonderful customer service! I will now be a new online customer!!

Loved this store. Probably one of my favorites next to the Coven Cottage on Essex street. Enchanted had a large variety of things available in their shop. A lot of beautiful hanging items. I also had a reading done by Julie. She was very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the reading. I bought some teas and a pentagram bell. Staff was very friendly.

It was my first official sit down for a reading, we did tarot and it was incredible. I was able to ask question and about specific concerns of mine. She was blunt, straightforward, and knew things about my life I didn’t bring up or lead into. She gave me great advice that was actually relevant to my wellbeing (not just what I wanted to hear). I’m glad she does readings over the phone. I left feeling light, reassured, and so thankful. Great experience.

This is focused on customer service. I called on Monday to book a reading. Left a voice mail. No call back. Wednesday I decided to drive out (90 min) and walk in. Nothing available until tomorrow. Attentive clerk at register but obviously no one returning calls. Not sure what the point is of having voice mail. Customer service a disappointment. Walked around the other shops, and were no other viable options. Felt kind of like a low energy vibe for the area. I havent been here in a while. Has Salem become overrated or is this the effects of the pandemic. Im luke warm now.

I love enchanted. As a practicioner I always stop here for their amazing herbal selection and Ive had amazing readings done here before. Mat Auryn read for me here once and it was eerilie on point.The reason I cant give it five stars is the complete lack of supplies and careless employee that was on staff when I visited. She did not say hello or ask if I needed anything, the herb wall was nearly empty and sadly she was on the phone and barely made eye contact at check out. I get its tourist season, but it was an uncomfortable experience in a place I feel like is home.
The store was huge and had books, TONS of crystals, an intention table at the entrance, and a generally dark and interesting atmosphere. The proprietors are ready to give you all sorts of information on what various herbs/incense, crystals, and spells mean and are used for.
Easily one of my favorite stores in Salem. They have everything that you could possibly need and the staff is very welcoming.

This shop use to be my favorite or one stop buy all when Im in town. Its great shop but I wouldnt know this time. I know some are closed or have odd open hours due to pandemic but I went back twice Wednesday and Thursday last week. Closed or by appointment. I even called. I ended going somewhere else .If a customer cant shop in the store than we cant recommend it. My own experience.
Spent over $800 on classes and shop management can’t be bothered to send me a simple piece of paper saying I completed them even after me sending five email requests asking for it. Also have had numerous long waits to receive anything ordered online. Classes were great, shop managers- not so much. Don’t waste your time or energy just because the Cabot name is attached. There are plenty of other great Pagan shops in town with better customer service who have follow through on orders. Covens Cottage being one of them.
A very comprehensive shop. Laurie Cabot was not there, but we enjoyed seeing everything in the store. The staff was very nice, not pushy at all just helpful and friendly. Items of all price points made me comfortable to pick and choose how to spend my money. No black cat, but there was a black great Dane visiting named Raven who was very sweet. We will definitely return.

**Edited to add, I placed a second order May 2021 and recieved it without issue. The products were nice as expected. Hopefully the first time was a glitch in the matrix and my order was sent to the void. If you encounter an unfulfilled order issue email and call the store directly.**I can not speak for in store shopping but online ordering was terribly disappointing. Placed an $100+ order the end of August (2020) and I waited a month before reaching out to inquire of the status of the order. I emailed the address listed on the website and no one ever responded. I also attempted to send a message via facebook and no response there either. Opened a case through paypal and had to dispute it. They never responded and paypal issued a refund. I never even wanted a refund, I just wanted the order fulfilled, it was so disappointing.
Wonderful place you must go visit. Great staff...I visited almost daily on my vacation last week in Salem. Ask questions if you have any because the staff is extremely knowledgeable.

Great shop! We really loved it, probably my favorite place to shop in Salem! We saw the most gorgeous necklaces on Saturday night and came back Sunday as I just had to have the one....but it was gone and I was bummed! We still got my mom one and the gentleman at the register explained what the gems and charms meant and it was PERFECT for her! Would highly recommend checking them out!

My son ordered a good many items and have emailed them twice with no response because after a month of waiting and no response still have not received items which were not cheap!

This is my fave. shop in Salem, as far as essential items. Its a bit pricey here though, so be prepared to pay, but to be fair most of the shops are $$
Cabot witches in Salem are easy to find but not many shops are owned by them. This place has the best selection of authentic Cabot ritual items. They also have a ton of things crafted by Laurie and her daughter Penny. This is also where Laurie Cabot and her coven do classes and events. One of the top three shops in the city for sure.
Wonderful store! Mast see if you in Salem. When I got back home I heard that Laurie Cabot owns the store and sometimes does tarot card reading. If this is true put it on your bucket list. I will definitely go back.

Being a fan of Laurie Cabot, I was ecstatic about coming to this store to purchase some of her items. One of the best stores in Salem! The woman working the front counter helped me so so much with finding different tools I needed and she was so sweet! Thank you for being so nice to my boyfriend and I! :) we will definitely be back!

So much has changed in Salem in 30 years but Loris store is still a nice mix of Wicca. Her employees are especially nice and make you feel very welcome.

Everyone there is so nice&helpful. Store just has that nostalgia feel. Not too many stires in Pickering warf have that.
Friendly atmosphere and the location is quaint..a neat hidden jem and place you to should investigate yourself to peek your curiosity....and also get answers to some of your private questions...Most of all the area is fun..

I love Salem Mass and have been going for 25 plus years. Enchanted, formally Laurie Cabots Shop, now run by 2 other people has drastically changed. The feeling use to have, gone. Everything is highly priced. I understand that Rev. laurie Cabot and daughter make many of the products but one shouldnt have to go broke in order to make a purchase. The store was more if a gathering place for a click of young men. I needed assistance and though there were all these people, You would think someone would say may I help you! I wasnt the only one feeling this way. This was a very well known store, draped with The Rev. beauty, its all gone! There were many standing waiting for help, only to be ignored while the help talked amongst each other, laughing, e enjoying each others company. Safe it for the water coolers and back room, not the front room! Laurie Cabot worked hard to have it not run in a proper manner and having money walk out the door rather than the register. Very sad. It use to have a strong witch vibration with the flare of LC. Im all for equal rights but where are the women? I saw one that was suppose to be working but looked once again, we shoppers were invisible. I am in hopes The Reverend sees this and puts her foot down and have the shop run in a professional manner. You dont even get a greeting like the other stores! Wake up! This is a business. There is a coffee shop down from you, save it for later . Only thing good is Cabot products, the help need to wake up and be friendly to all that walk through that door and sell! Congregate off the clock. Wake up the individual (s) who are managing the store, please!

I was really excited to order some books from this store. They didnt arrive when they said they would be arriving and I noticed that my credit card was charged. Ive called several times to find out the status of the order, if there was an issue, etc, and also have emailed. Im really OK with the possibility that there might be a back order as I did order autographed books (which I was so excited about receiving! ) i just need to know if there was an issue with my ordering so I can cancel the charge from my credit card and resubmitt. I received no response from any of my messages. I have left both by email and voice. Im so disappointed

My favorite witchy shop in Salem by far! Such a magickal environment, lots of space to walk around and browse, and a very large nice seletion of supplies. For the most part everything is reasonably priced and definitely quality items.
If I could give the store a zero I would but because of the limitations of the site, I am forced to give it a one.I am absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated and would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact I would consider these people scam artists and charlatans and not worthy of the craft they profess themselves to be masters of.In August of this year I purchased a reading with Lori Cabot (the owner of the store) for October. We planned my trip to Salem around this reading. A few days before the reading I was informed Lori was sick and would have to cancel. I was saddened but felt it had to have been meant to be and we still continued on with our trip was planned. I was so excited to visit her store and couldnt wait for it to open. In fact we were the first ones inside the store on Sunday and had been waiting outside for quite some time before hand. It was the first store I went into in Salem. Even though I wasnt getting the reading I had already paid for I still had saved up close to $500 And I was so excited to spend it on items that had been blessed or created by Lori. When I actually got in the store I was very taken aback by how rude the people working at her store were. They were not nice at all, they were not helpful, and in fact they were blatantly not interested in helping me or in the money that I was planning on spending. Before I left the store I asked the manager Chris when he would be refunding everyones money for readings that they were not being given because of her illness and I was told I would receive my money on Tuesday.After leaving Enchanted we visited Crows Haven because I knew that was Loris former store and was still in her family (owned by Cousin). There I was greeted by her cousin who was more than willing to not only help me but when she learned of how I have been treated at enchanted and the fact that my reading had been canceled and how disappointed I was she actually gave me $50 off of my purchases that day. She was very kind very helpful and very apologetic for something that wasnt even her issue in the first place. I had a wonderful experience at Crows Haven and would definitely recommend them to anybody seriously involved in the craft of Wicca.To continue my ordeal with enchanted, It is currently Saturday I have called the store multiple times, and sent them emails. Nobody will speak with me on the phone or return my calls or emails. I am furious and disgusted because I still have not received my money back. I keep getting told things like oh we dont have a manager today or I have no idea when anybody who knows anything will be in today. And to add insult to injury, I was actually told by one of these idiots working for her that its Halloween time and were super busy. I actually told the guy so youre too super busy to give me back my money you took for a Reading I never had but you werent too super busy to take my money two months ago, whats up with that. To that he replied I dont know what to tell you miss and hung up the phone.I am saddened to have to give this place such a negative review because I truly am such a believer and lover of Lori. I was so excited to meet her but not being able to meet her I was at least excited to go to her store. I am not now! I will never set foot in any place owned by her ever again nor will I recommend it to any of my fellow Wiccans. Crows Haven is my go to for anything from now on.
If I could I would rate this place not 5 but 25 stars or more!!!!!!!!OMG! this place! And more OMG! This place! The energy, the vibe, their magical supplies (its insane in a good way), they have A LOT of everything you need I finally got my 1st cloak through them and also omg how did felt on me I love it how the guys at the store since day 1 had me gradually coming out of my shell they even had me supermodel catwalk my new cloack (sorry no videos or pictures kinda personal) and yes you feel the energy and magikal good vibe even before their doorstep if youre in Salem visiting or a Salem local I would say no more this is THE PLACE to go prices are fair for the quality you get and everything here is available for sale from gemstones, herbs, jewelry, to the big deal tools I booked one of their classes and I am already counting down the months you guys keep it up ENCHANTED YOU ROCK!!!
