Why buy local if they can not provide service? I bought a Spirit X385 here a few years ago. Recently it would cut out after about 30 minutes. I called about repairs, and they gave me the name of someone to call. That person tried to talk me out of getting it fixed due to cost, and recommended I spray some over the counter silicon spray on the belt. I tried that and it made it worst. I decided to just replace the walking belt. So I called Fitness Equipment again to order the belt, and again they were no help. They can’t order parts and told me to call the manufacturer. I was on hold for 3 hours with the service line before I was disconnected. I will never buy here again, I would rather bu a Nordic track from Amazon, I can’t imagine getting worst after the sale service then this place.

Send like a great place. They have a good selection of fitness equipment, weights, and dumbbells. Covid had caused a long lead time on some things so make sure you plan ahead.

I was looking for a good quality treadmill and wanted to shop at a store that would service the unit if needed. This store was well stocked and I was able to try out many different models. The person who helped my wife and I with the best one for our needs was very friendly and knowledgeable! We were very happy with everything from the help in the store to the delivery and set up.
