First time ordering here the food was amazing. The staff was even better very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Very clean. Prices are good definitely too low for the quality of food.

This place is a joke. Went there before weeks ago 30 minutes before closing and they said they’re only offering cold sandwiches because they’re slow.Not the end of the world, I get it. But I just called at 5:30 on a Sunday to order a beef and the guy says he’s out of beef because “the delivery didn’t come in today”.No company in the industry delivers on Sundays so I know for a fact that’s a lie. Times are tough in the industry but don’t lie about it. Honesty goes a long way.I live down the street and I’m 0/2 now, they could’ve had a regular but definitely won’t try them again after two failures. If you own this place and read this I hope if anything you decide to not lie to customers assuming we’re dumb.Good luck.

Not good at all ordered a steak and cheese cheese wasn’t even melted nor was the sub hot… would not recommend

Pizza was cold and took over an hour. They didn’t deliver my full order in the end. When I called after to see if they could come back or credit my account, they didn’t pick up the phone after trying several times within the hour.

Have been waiting almost two hours ago for a pasta delivery when it was supposed to have only been a 40 minute wait. The restaurant was unwilling to make any sort of amends seeing as we still haven’t received it and instead insisted that “all the roads were blocked”.

Great place with good food and friendly staff. Quick service. Socially distanced seating. Food is delicious and they have a variety of options. Good prices.

We had the place to ourselves. It was immaculately clean. The workers were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was great. It was a pleasant experience.

I ordered my pizza at 8:20 and it never arrived tried to call and was closed. Very disappointed.

Went to SSU and lived in Salem for a bit. Have never had a bad meal from this place. Never a let down, food always tastes great!

It was so bad the bread was soggy they didn’t add cheese on a steak and cheese. Nor did they add the condiments I asked for and they barely had any steak.

This is the only place to buy hot subs in Salem Mass for me! My personal favorites are the 101 and the cowboy that explode with favor from the first to the very last bite; which comes too fast. The portions are large enough to get you by for the day and for only $10 you can’t find a better deal or better meal! Highly suggest this place!

I ordered a Roast Beef Sub online and added no extras, expecting a regular sandwich with normal sandwich parts (meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce.) What I got was bread with meat in it and nothing else. Frankly Im livid right now. The ordering menu should be more clear about what is and isnt an extra. The meat is good but the sandwich is miserable and SO AM I.

Not sure if I ordered the wrong thing but my veggie pizza was not a winner.

Very disappointed, just picked up Roast Beef Sub ordered barbecue sauce was not on sub and asked for linguini with eggplant got ziti. Sauce was very bitter and looked like they just thru everything together will never go again and will tell everyone I know not to go.

Im a student at Salem State. Whenever I miss a home cooked meal I go to Omega. The food is amazing, friendly staff and they serve large portions at cheap prices! I highly recommend! Try their steak & cheese. By far the best around.

Good food for a good price. These guys are a staple of any sports party in my family. My only issue is that they used to carry higher quality root beer which they no longer do.

I was driving by Loring Ave and noticed that my favorite pizza place had reopened. I went in and to my surprise I saw the original owners behind the counter. Steve and Sandy are back with the best service and food. I had the super chicken dinner and it was DELICIOUS !!!!!Its nice to have you back Steve and Sandy.

The pizza here is decent, but nothing special. Oddly enough its much better cold than warm. Heard some negative things about their subs as well, really wouldnt bother eating there.

Omega is a staple at work for lunch runs. Theyve always been great to us. Highly recommend their grilled chicken on a salad.

Back about 10 years ago home this place opened the food was awesome great staff everybody was friendly delivery was fast. The business changed hands and everything went downhill the original owners have a back again and now its five stars all over again definitely worth trying out I have my favorite spots to get food this one just turned out to be my number one all over again

Drivers need to slow down on Leggs Hill road. It’s not a drag strip. Tuesday July 2nd in the evening. Black Honda or Toyota. Female driver maybe. Get it together ain’t worth running over our kids for a two dollar tip.

Pizzas good from omega

Its the first time I was there and the pizza was good, the service was fast and it was clean and neat.

Worst chicken parm. Very little cheese ... sause was bland.

This place has great prices and is super convenient for a quick lunch or dinner before class at SSU. Chicken Parm Sub and Steak Bomb are delicious.

Very expensive. This restaurant is next to Salem State University. the restaurant excepts the Student Discount Card, and I believe this is the reason for the high prices.
