I placed a pick-up order for two breakfast sandwiches a cookie and a venti coffee. When I walked in one of the baristas was making my drink and I watched her pour out half of my foamed milk 🤦‍♀️ My coffee has an extra shot in it so it is very noticeable when I don’t have the full amount of milk and when I picked up the cup it felt like a grande. About 10min after the drink was made the sandwiches were ready, proceeded to have to wait about 4min for the pre-made cookie! Not efficient at all. I will not be returning to this Starbucks

Good Starbucks! I ordered a sandwich and the Barrista got it and didnt say,you have to get the food. I forgot as its been a year since I was in here. They were smiling and it was fun getting back in!

We had quick breakfast here! Warm Egg, muffin & sauceage patty. I also had Pumpkin Spice latte and Gramps had Vanilla latte. Warm & Awesome!

Love my Starbucks!No matter which I visit or where I am - they are CONSISTENT.The staff are very polite yet fast, and us ually will remember names which is impressive.However some locations are certainly better than others...This one was okay - usually will get less drink which is irritating.For instance my 20oz drink doesnt fill my 16oz mug because they do so much foam.Even with that negative, it is still my favorite coffee shop.Consistency is key.Overall: 8/10

All of our local Starbucks are awesome. I look forward to being able to hang out at coffee shops again someday. I miss that the most.

They are not handicap accessible. They are very friendly & helpful. The drinks are always made just the way you order them and very good!!

It’s a Starbucks. They did their starbucks thing and made me a oat milk chai latte.If you haven’t tried chai with oat milk, you’re missing out.

Making the best of a non-ideal location. The drive thru is only accessible via the Alley - or by circling the entire establishment. This can be difficult to negotiate, especially in the morningThat being said; the service is still fast, and the Baristas are more than friendly!For a more enjoyable experience.. do yourself a favor and order ahead with the Starbucks App 🙂

Staff here are friendly and efficient - They made sure I knew where I was in the order of things and were incredibly polite and courteous. This is also a fantastic Starbucks work space with long tables (for the non-COVID times)

They really need to figure out a better parking lot situation. Apparently all the drive through folks have no sense of moral so I got cut off by two drivers just trying to get in line. This is like the fifth time I’ve tried to give this drive through a chance, but people suck. It’s so frustrating to come to this Starbucks but the customer service is amazing.

Starbucks is a little pricey but they are always quick and their house coffee is great.

Oh sweet, precise and patient order taker- I wish I caught your name. You somehow heard us through two screaming kids, didnt even giggle when my husband struggled to find a smoothie, (without coffee)at a coffee shop and offered great substitutions for chocolate chip cookies. Stay awesome

Literally just 5 stars for Sarah with the blue hair. Sweetest person I’ve ever had take my money and give me coffee in return. You could see her smile under her rainbow mask, such a beaming light in the morning.

Good friendly staff. Today they lost my sandwich order but went beyond to make up for it despite my feeling it was unnecessary. Always a good vibe. Music volume could drop a bit for us harder of hearing folks but its always good music!

The coffee did not taste right. The dark roast is bitter. The mocha had an off taste. The black ice tea was fine.Customer service was excellent but we couldnt wait for 5minutes for a fresh cup of dark roast.Starbucks nerds to do better quality control of the product.

These folks have made my drink correctly and consistently everytime. A nice newer facility just on the outskirts of downtown Salem.

Luckily there are a lot of other coffee shops in the vicinity. This place lets bums who are not customers take up all the seats so actual customers have no place to sit. They might as well shut this store down.

Not normally a Starbucks fan. However the customer service here was excellent, and the barista made me a Dragon Fruit Green tea that tasted so refreshing. My drink was made to perfection in flavor and amount of ice.

Worst Starbucks I have EVER been to. Every time I go there they mess up. I always get a Carmel ribbon crunch with extra Carmel and extra crunch pieces and NO whipped cream. This time I went, I got extra Carmel, no extra crunch pieces and whipped cream. Last time, I got no whipped cream but NO crunch pieces. Every time something is wrong. Will never be going back to that Starbucks, everyone is usually very nice, but if you’re going to be that ditzy go work at Dutch Bros.

I love the atmosphere of this location. The windows give it a very open feel and the chairs/benches along the wall are a great place to study with outlets.

My son surprised me with a venti mocha today. The cup felt light weight. I took the lid off to find that it was merely a grande in a venti cup. Starbucks quality has gone down the drain. . Not just at this establishment but almost all of their stores.

This Starbucks though convenient, is never ever consistent, almost every time I have come thru my order is NEVER right,usually it has to be remade or I just go with,but today I was very explicit in my order and get to the window and was handed a cold drink when a hot drink was ordered, and they always have an excuse. Today was my last visit. And also they are slow slow slow.

So I dont when two backpacks and two guitars make an unsafe environment, but after my friend and I bought coffee and were charging our phones we were told we had to leave. I dont know why we were discriminated against but somethings not right. I come here every morning by the way and pay for my coffee and never has this happened until today when it just so happened to be raining.👍

I was able to to order as soon as I got in. The Barista let me know my drink was coming next then later checked to see how I liked my drink. I dont like the fact that this very drink I began to get here years ago is now $6 when it used to be $4. I like the uniformity in that you can go from one place to the next and get the same drink.

This is downtown Salems flagship Starbucks, occupying the corner long held by a funeral home. Theyve done a great job with the space, offering a large parking lot and drive thru window. Inside the new building is large and open, but oddly lacking sufficient good seating. The patio along the side and back of the building has more (and more comfortable) seating. This is great for the warmer months but wont be of much use once the rain sets in.The coffee drinks are exactly what youd expect.

Great new Starbucks! Staff is friendly AND super on the ball. Modern interior design a bit unusual for a Starbucks but very attractive. Top quality selections and is well stocked. Very lively morning crowd.

How was my experience at Starbucks asks Google? Exactly the same as my 10,000 previous experiences at Starbucks. There is something to be said for conistency. Either you like it or you dont. This review wont change your mind.

This is your classic Starbucks. It has all of the regular Starbucks vibes same seating, same music, same great customer service. There are two Starbucks in the downtown Salem area and this is a much bigger one that I personally prefer. Its great for chatting with friends, studying, and getting coffee.

They only thing that gets to me is that cars have ordered 15 or more drinks in the drive up windows and the staff doesnt make them pull around and wait for his/her order. It is poor customer service for Starbucks staff to keep the rest of us behind the car with multiple orders to wait. Unprofessional.

Great. Except a Few homeless with dogs came in and literally made the place smell like B.O. Im not usually judgemental but damn. Food and service was great though nice building and great location.

Very busy location on the day of the eclipse however they were able to zip through the line of at least 20 to 30 people and provide excellent Starbucks service. This location also provides a very large seating area for several guests, which was a nice feature.

The people who work here are great though there seems to be a huge turnover in employees and many seem unhappy. Seems many that work at Safeway are not happy and I usually don’t like to shop there but it is the only Starbucks in town.

Have been going to Starbucks nearly every morning for 11+ years and this location has become my new go to morning Starbucks, as they are very fast, friendly, and accurate.

Nice new location.. all windows fun view.Coffee and fraps were both great!We love La Margarita and its directly across the street from this SBs so how convenient is that!
