My piercer was amazing! We clicked so well, it felt like I had made a new best friend! She even told me how much she had enjoyed her time with me. She was super professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them!

Fast. Professional. Straight forward. Very friendly. Was in and out. Septum piercing didnt hurt. Just slight tearing from the eyes. No big deal. Was talked through it the whole time. Josh was quick and professional, made sure it was straight and looked good. Thanks guys. Will definitely go again.

They make sure everything is clean and using sterile equipment. The use a hollow needle to make a clean placement. And I liked that they have me breath in and when I breath out is when Im pierced. It made me feel easier about getting a piercing.

Lauren did my tattoo it was a very sentimental tattoo. It was a very intricate design that represented my faith and my husband. She Surpassed my expectations which were already high from the tattoos I have seen from her. She is the only one I ever want to get my tattoos done by. She took her time but it also did not take long and her line work was impeccable and had a very steady hand. she all ready had designs done for me to choose from when I showed up. I went here to get my ears pierced (Lobe piercing), and everyone there is so friendly and kind! They let me know what was going to happen and were patient with me. I would recommend this place 100%!

Went in for a dual Daith piercing. Shelby the clerk that helped me was awesome. They were professional and answered some questions I had. My piercer Breanna was AMAZING. She explained the whole process to me. She was very attentive and asked how I was doing. She always made sure I felt comfortable thru the whole process. She was very thorough from the time she called back to the after-care. Again truly amazing experience. If someone has apprehension or anxiety about being peirced, Breanna is the go to person. I have always had great experiences here. This appt I had to wait quite awhile. When I addressed the wait, they were on it and I was taken care of lickety split, with immense kindness and respect. Ugh so upset with this place to start i got my eyebrow pierced here and the piercer messed up piercing it and then had to put another hole which still wasn’t even close to being deep enough. a few months later it just rejected i believe it was because of how shallow it was done. before i realized my eyebrow was rejecting i got my lip pierced a ashley to be exact and a few months later it started embedding into my lip i went to a different piercer and we had found that the addiction piercer put in the wrong type of jewelry.

I went in to get a downsize for my nose piercing and Holly helped me out. She was professional, respectful, and caring. You could really tell how much she wanted to make sure the jewelry was going to work for me, and I appreciated that!

Super easy!! The short sassy blonde (her own self description) was absolutely amazing. Got my septum pierced and she explained everything before she did it, gave me time to adjust to it all and was really patient; She seemed genuinely concerned for my comfort. It was okay. Cheaper than other salons but the ring they used for my piercing didnt have a wide enough diameter. I ended up getting it swapped out at another salon when I got another piercing. Id say for basic piercings a good choice (thing cartilage, belly button, ear lobes) but wouldnt be my first choice for other piercings

This is hands down the best place you could go to. I got 6/7 of my piercings here (standard lobe, septum, eyebrow) and they have dont an amazing job everytime. Minimal pain and it always looks good. Definitely worth the prices and I cant wait to get pierced here again.

All the staff that I interacted with here were wonderful. I wanted a larger gauge septum piercing and they accommodated this unusual request. My piercer, Brie(sp?) was incredible. They were very patient and explained everything they did, each step of the way. In the end, it was a mostly painless experience, made all the more enjoyable by a total pro. Thanks again. I drove all the way to Salem from Amity to get my granddaughters the piercings they wanted. I arrived, early for their appointments only to be told then that I needed legal documentation showing I was their grandmother. They should have explained that little tid bit of information when I was making the appointment, which they did not. Also, on their voice message they said they were following all covid guide lines requiring everyone to wear a mask. I was at their front glass door there was NOT one person, client or employee wearing a MASK! GOOD job following the rules, I would never recommend this establishment to anyone, period.

Everyone is soo nice except the short guy thats always at the front, always has an attitude with me for no reason and tries to finesse people, I also don’t like that he treats certain people differently. Everyone else is super sweet.

Had my nose pierced here yesterday by Megan. This ended up being a re-pierce because the original piercing that was done here about a year ago had fell out a few months into the healing process and closed up immediately.I went in this time thinking it would be the same process as last time; go in, pick the jewelry, get pierced; buy the downsize package and healing solution, and be on my way.Without even a second thought Megan insisted that she provide the downsize package without charge since my experience last time ended up being a fail.Aside from this she is seriously the sweetest and nothing less than professional.10/10, would recommend.

Polite staff, drastically overpriced jewelry. When you can get quality hypoallergenic/titanium jewelry from reputable sources online for very little, almost $100 on average for plain jewelry of any type is a bit much. Can understand for the gold or wood/bone, maybe, but even then cheaper at equal quality is easily accessible elsewhere.Shame, as the staff is lovely, and will definitely consider coming for a piercing or tattoo. Just not for jewelry on its own.

The lady who pierced me was super nice. I went and got my left nostril pierced after having my right one pierced for over a year now. My mom couldn’t afford to buy me a matching piece of jewelry for my pre existing piercing, so I went home, came back within the hour and bought the same piercing. They charged me extra for some reason. Today I realized that they gave me the wrong piercing the first time and that when I went back to buy the second one, they gave me the one I actually pointed out to them. It’s extremely frustrating because now my old piercing is more irritated than the fresh piercing because of the lack of communication when it came to choosing their jewelry.

I strongly feel like this place has always gotten a very bad rep from people who most likely do not take proper care of their piercings or tattoos, Ive gone in and gotten my nose and lobe (conch) pierced by Megan and Josh. they were both absolutely wonderful people to be around, impeccable sanitation procedures and very clearly talk you through aftercare procedures and whatnot. Very good prices and a great atmosphere. Without a doubt my Go-to place in regards to piercings =)

I went to see Lauren for a tattoo of my dearly departed betta fish and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and she did great work. She listened and commented on all of my pain induced ramblings (who knew the inner arm was so sensitive?). She was super awesome about me taking a bathroom break and a water break and a stretch break. She also made sure we scheduled a touch up appointment to make sure my color stays nice and bright long term. Overall I truly enjoyed my experience and theres a very high chance Ill be visiting her again.

I arrived at my appointment on-time, checked in, and was brought back to the piercing room about ten minutes later. My piercer was Mariah. She did an incredible job of walking me through each step, as this was my first time. I told her how excited I was, having wanted a nose piercing for nearly a decade, and she matched my enthusiasm.Mariah did a great job of making sure the piercing was to my liking, and that it was placed where she thought itd be best. The whole process took about 15 minutes at most, from walking into the room to leaving her a $5 tip as I left.I highly recommend Addictions for a piercing. The whole experience was $77, including a secondary stud for when I outgrow my starter stud.

I have been going to Addictions for all of my piercings. They are awesome. Their shop is always so clean and tidy. Their employees are always friendly. I went back and got a piercing re-done and asked for Bri specifically as I have always liked her personally. She was AMAZING. I was nervous because I knew how much it hurt the first time. I was so shocked that it was no where near as bad as it was the first time, which surprised me because everyone said repiercing can be more painful due to the scar tissue. She talked to me the whole time, and let me know each step of the way. It was super quick and didnt hurt hardly at all. I just cannot express how enthused I was about my awesome experience.

My sister and I came in late for three piercings. April was AMAZING! She took the time to make sure our piercings were exactly how we wanted it and where we wanted it. April was SO sweet and she talks to you like youre best friends and it took away the nerves. DEFINITELY sending everyone we know her way. Make sure you tip her, she more than deserves it...she a baddie!

Been here several times and have been mostly pleased. There is a long wait time even with appointments which was disappointing, I had to wait over a half hour from my appointment time to see the piercer which made it very hard to plan the rest of the things I was doing in town.

They are the best! Appointments only keeps everyone safe.

9/26/20 I took my daughter in to Addictions to have her ears pierced. I was told that there are two women who could do it, But one enjoys doing it and she was the one that pierced my daughter’s ear. Her ear is bruised badly I am extremely upset. So for somebody who enjoys doing it and does it a lot there’s no reason that her ear should be bruised, especially like that. She wasn’t squirming or moving her head.This is not my first time going to the shop and not my first child taking in there. But this is the first time with that woman

I have ONLY ever been pierced by these skilled piercers. I started with my tongue back in 2013 right before I was turning 30, and then it closed overnight 4 months later due to surgery. I came back in 2019 and got a right lower lip labret and my tongue repierced. Then, in 2020 I got a vertical labret. Nothing has ever hurt as bad as I thought it would, and every piercer has made me feel super comfortable. I recommend you guys to everyone. (And I know I need a shorter bar, but low on $$) I love ADDICTIONS!!
