This is the most comfortable liquor store in the Salem area. They have a broad selection and staff who are very helpful.

This business practices medical discrimination. They went as far as to call the policy for failure to follow a new policy that wasnt posted anywhere. There are other liquor stores to shop at, Id suggest youd go there.

Very busy store. Im from a small town but I was very impressed with the layout and the staff getting people through the lines quickly and very polite. The Jim beam sampling was a neat touch, although I didnt partake. They have a few staff members running around helping people. I was led right to the item I needed no more than 39 seconds of being in the store. Good service in my opinion, and I work retail too.

Great selection, friendly staff. The store is quite large and you can actually walk around and look, without everything being behind a counter.Also everyone was wearing a mask and they seemed to be stringent about the policy, so thats a comfort when you go in.

Didnt have the liquor I was looking for, but a knowledgeable employee helped me find an even better tasting smoother liquor for the same price, excellent service in a time where good service is hard to come by.

Excellent selection, but only one staff member seems to care about the pandemic it seems (since he was the only one wearing a face mask). The other two staff members seemed to not take Covid as seriously and seem to think a flimsy face shield (without a mask) is even remotely effective. Considering my family is high risk and I have already had two people in my family die of COVID, I’d rather go to shops that care about the safety of others, like South Salem Liquor Mart.

Love this place, always have sweet deals and boy do those employees know how to wear some pretty awesome shirts. Very friendly service with exceptional help to find you exactly what your looking for.

This liquor store was larger than I assumed. Lots of different choices. I only wanted tequila, and boy there were so many to choose from. I was not expecting that at all.

Always appreciate the staffs knowledge of liquor. When in doubt about a product the friendly staff is always willing to give excellent advice about products and if unsure they will refer me to someone there who can answer any questions I have.The store is large and well laid out and doesnt feel crowded.I give it a 4.8 rating out of 5.

Are these guys are a bunch of crooks for us all and as far as Im concerned they did they were very welcoming and and kind and courteous when I came into the store I cant even continue to buy any alcohol I just walked out because their service was just they have no customer service skills at all

The BEST liquor store in Salem. They have a massive selection of spirits (including rare top shelf spirits). They also have great liqueurs, barware, and fortified wines like vermouth, lillet, etc. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and has always been able to give me great recommendations. If you cant find a certain spirit, chances are you will find it here.

Dont sell a couple things I usually buy but overall a great place

They have a rare smoked beer from Germany that is what my mom enjoyed as a young person many decades ago. Big store, great selection in general.

Simply amazing. Ive been in several liquor stores, and most of them are too cramped to turn around in any aisle, and Im a little fella. This liquor outlet is very large, very roomy, and has everything youll need! I even saw beer taps. The staff were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. They give great recommendations. Ill definitely be back.

FRIENDLY CLOSE & CHEAP....

I do not purchase or drink liquor often. The only reason I go to this store is the beer selection. The prices arent too astronomical considering the venue but the variety is off the charts. The customer service is completely on par, and the store is nice and clean. They draw me and I have very little reason to be in a liquor store.

My favorite place for purchasing the tough to find. Took a while with my name on a list, but they called me as soon as that beautiful bottle of Blantons was in! Great team, very knowledgeable and perfect for an alcohol newbie like me!!

Big store with a large selection. The employees are always very nice and they’re ready to assist you. It’s not just booze, they also have mixers, glassware, accessories, and you can get your growler filled here. Not sure what you like? Try a sample before having your growler filled.

Doug is wonderful to work with! If you dont really know what you are after, or even if you know exactly what you want, check in with this guy first. Not only is he fun to chat with, he has a wealth of knowledge about the different types of liquors. I have purchased and enjoyed two for two of his recommendations and have not been disappointed! Although I only visit this establishment twice a year, Doug is memorable and helpful every time!
