Ive been going here for over 20 years, they have parts you cant find. They also pressure fit fuel line to tank. I could not find a place anywhere that would do this and trust me I looked. Lol its a great place with with great people!

All new employees, with Very poor customer service skills & poor attitudes. Had a account here for years but now there are all new people working here. Last 2 visits have been the last straw: order parts & at 1st pick up were told that the order didnt go through and 2nd pick up was told the order wasnt ever placed. Both time parts never arrived (both times our customers need their cars and had to get the parts elsewhere). This always used to be the GO TO - was even willing to pay more, forgo cheaper online parts to support a local business with good customer service, but not anymore. This change is disappointing. We now go to NAPA in Antioch, which has been great.

Needed a new battery and had to switch it out in the parking lot. The battery was on sale and was able to give them the old one and not have to worry about a core charge.

My husband loves this place - and I do, too. As a woman I am treated respectfully and without contempt when I dont know what year my car is !! (LOL ) These guys are always helpful. ...and change my windscreen wipers as just the thing they do. I highly recommend them as woman - freindly.

Overpriced and they always seem to stock the highest priced versions of parts. I suggest going to advance auto, autozone, or anywhere else if you need it now. Otherwise I usually go to Rock Auto online.
