SCAM, SCAM, SCAM They showed up at our door stating that they were a new business in town which was a lie they were offering carpet cleaning our biggest mistake was letting them in to our home. Another big mistake was buying the vacuum from the SCAMMERS. They said they would give us free products but what a surprise never received them. When I called the office and spoke to Matt the manager so he says he could not even find our name in the computer and he also asked me who the sales person was dont you think he should have know that information. Then I asked him about the free items that were promised to us and he said that he has the items in stock and would send them to us guess what one week later I called again spoke to Ryan the service manager he did not even know what I was talking about he put me on hold and asked Matt when Ryan returned to the phone it was a totally different story such as Matt had to order the free products which is adifferent story from the week before.Ryan also said the item would be put in the mail but again what a surprise no freebies. They sure are willing to take your money with no problem and the scammers dont complete the contract because they lie so much.I will be returning the vacuum and getting a refund.

It’s only a matter of time before someone files a class action law suit for the actual HARASSMENT that this company pulls. STOP CALLING ME. NO ONE NEEDS A $1800 VACUUM. NO ONE CARES.

A lady showed up at my door and lied to my face about needing word of mouth advertising for a cleaning company. They offered to clean one area rug. I said no once but she said please, youd really be doing us a favor. So I said what the hell clean the rug if you must. Had I known it was con to get in the door to sell me a ridiculously over priced vacuum cleaner I would have slammed the door in her face. The salesman comes in and proceeds to tell us they are not in fact a cleaning company. He gets upset because we arent watching the presentation and then gets rude with my wife. This company is a disgrace. Im absolutely disgusted.

Im shocked at all the bad reviews. I have two Kirbys now and love them both. Ive never had a problem with either of them. Jaz sold me my second one and she was awesome! Im really shocked at all the bad reviews... My experience was nothing but delightful both times.

This place is a scam. First, they force their way into your home and practically refuse to leave until you agree to buy this big noisy heavy clumsy vaccum. Then they promise to send you extra bags and you never get them. Their scammers and fraudsters. Steer clear of these people.

This machine is awesome! Since I purchased my Kirby I have not touched my broom. My house is so much cleaner and it takes me less time to clean, especially dusting! Being a mom of 2 toddlers every minute of your day counts so Im impressed how much I can do with this machine is less time that it use to take me to clean up before. Although its on the pricey side, when you see what the Kirby is capable of you will be impressed. I Love My Kirby!!!!!!!!!

Kirby came into my house to sell me the vacuum. Now a few months later I am having issues with performance. When I called into the service center they were extremely unhelpful and rude. They told me its my fault the machine doesnt work. Now I am being told I have to pay hundreds of dollars every couple of years to have it serviced for it to work properly. I was never told this when I was sold the machine.Dont listen to the Kirby saleswomen or salesmen! They get a bad rep because it is true, it is a scam. Go buy anything but a Kirby!

The salesman was efficient and courteous. He went over all the attachments and evened shampooed my rug. I reviewed the DVD before I tried to shampoo myself. I found the instructions very helpful . I was impressed with the power and the cleanliness of my rugs. I love my Kirby and will recommend it to all my family and friends.

I elected to have one of my rugs shampooed. It came out looking brand new again! The salesman did an excellent job in showing me just what the machine could and would do, as well as how the various parts worked in taking them apart and putting them back together again. I had heard of the Kirby Vacuum many years ago and now I am an owner and believer and would totally recommend it.

Do not do business with this company. They send out their sales people who will lie to you, and when you call them about it, they tell you that they are not responsible for anything that the sale person promised to you. Read their contracts very carefully because they cover themselves from any liabilities. They have been in business for a long time and they figured out how to swindle honest hard working people. Is the Kirby vacuum a good product? Yes, but make sure you do not sign anything unless you read it all. They promise things but the contract says the opposite. They make you wait for the warranty that comes in the mail, which will say the opposite of what the salesperson promised. But by then it is too late to get your money back!

A van shows up and “Erin” gets out stating that he is with a new cleaning company based out of Salem, NH. An offer to clean one time free is made as they are a new business and want to build a client base and that they have a quota of just one more free cleaning for the day and they hit their goal. We state that we do not really have time, but my wife says that maybe just the stairs could use a shampooing.2 hours later, the stairs are not yet touched but the kitchen is vacuumed, a 2’x3’ patch of the living room is shampooed and I finally emerge rabid from the basement and tell “John” to get out. I am not sure if John was in on Erin’s lies, but he was trying to hard sell a Kirby and not the cleaning service promised.Nothing against the brand or the device, but what happened today should make you say no. Don’t let the vampires in. If this is their practice, then shame on the entire company.

The Kirby salesman was a charming and friendly salesman. He offered to clean a section of carpet and did so quickly and thoroughly. We were very pleased with the results. He also went through the procedure on how to clean carpets with the machine.

A KIRBY REPRESENTATIVE WAS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND POLITELY CONVINCED US TO EXPERIENCE A FREE RUG CLEANING. SCOTT BROWNE AND HIS TRAINEE ARRIVED AT OUR HOUSE WITH A KIRBY SYSTEM FOR A DEMO. WE WERE RELUCTANT BUT LET SCOTT DEMO. WE WERE AMAZED AT THE AMOUNT OF DIRT AND DUST ON THE WHITE DEMO DISCS. SCOTT IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. HE IS A DEFINITE PEOPLE PERSON AND NOT AGGRESSIVE IN PITCHING A SALE. WE LIKE THE FACT THAT THE KIRBY IS SELF-PROPELLED AND MADE IN THE U.S.

We recently bought an Avalir and I absolutely LOVE it! I have done so many things with this machine already and cant wait to try the other, of MANY features out! My house hasnt been this clean in years! I have been a secondary owner of my grandparents Kirby many moons ago and you just cant beat the quality!

I have had a great experience with the Kirby Vacuum, I purchased it in January and absolutely love it. It has great suction, and multi functional attachments. I actually dont mind cleaning my house anymore. Happy and Satisfied Customer

The gentleman that came to our house was very nice and professional. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. The only negative is that there was no shampoo for the carpet and we did not receive the bottle we were told would be mailed. I called to let them know and still have not gotten the product so have not been able to shampoo my carpet.

I had a very pleasant salesman and of course Kirby is a great product. I would recommend it. I have pets so I need a good vac and this is one of the best.

I had a Kirby about 40 years ago and I absolutely loved it. I never thought I would see another one, I have used other machines through the years but none of them could compare to my Kirby. I am so glad that your employee Paul came to my door, he did a fantastic job demonstrating the Avalir in my home and I look forward to being in the Kirby family for years to come.

I have to let everyone know what a great product Kirby Vacuum is. I just purchased my second Kirby, the Avalir. To keep upstairs. The new sleek designer make it much easier for me to handle. I have disabilities and it is easier for me to have an all in one machine to take care of my floor, walls, carpets and more. The HEPA bags are great. I have to 2 Labradors and the dog hair and dirt stay in the bag. No dust coming out. I would recommend to anyone.

BEWARE OF KIRBY PRODUCT SCAM - RTS ENTERPRISE SALEM NH!!I had a salesperson come to my house (Devin L) to showcase the new Avalir 2. At the time had owned a Sentria II for 6 years and took very good care and was in perfect condition. Decided to buy the Avalair but keep my old working and trusted Sentria II. They offered to take my Sentria II to refurbish and bring back to me and that is the last time I saw it. When I went to pick it up from RTS Enterprise in Salem NH (Devin had promised to deliver my Sentria back and never did - A real Scammer!!), they tried handing a beat-down Sentria but good thing I knew my Sentria II and had its serial number so they couldnt scam me. Tried working it out with them and they were completely unapologetic and took me in circles until I filed a complaint with the DOJ. Now they are trying to offer me an old used unit thats cleaned someone else dirt!

The girl who sold us our Kirby was EXTREMELY helpful and very fun! She even sat with me to make sure I knew how to use every attachment before she left :)

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back! The Salem store is well stocked and easier to get to than their old location in Wilmington MA.

I have had a Kirby for 12 yras now ... running like a horse and every time i go to their office they treat me with respect and help me straight out..... these are some good decent hard driving vacums for the home and I love the way they allow you to shampoo the rug !!

Forced unwanted sale. They have been knocking at my door for 3 years , I was tricked and lied to . They used my neighbors name saying she referred, not true! I want to cancel everything NOW! and I want my old vacuum back! I will be reporting this

I love the quality and reliability of Kirby Vaccums. Not only are the vaccums great but the salesman was great at entertaining my kids while presenting the new Kirby vaccum.

This particular office has young people peddling door to door in Lowell, MA without a license. Dont do business with a firm that doesnt follow the law. Not necessarily connected but there have been break-ins that tracked similar behaviors. I am sure these young people are not background checked or bonded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very rude had them dtop by my house to supposedly do a demo of how they clean carpets being a new company to get new business, ended up being Kirby trying to sell me a 2295 vacuum. From the beginning I told them no but only good thing was I got a shampooed carpet but they lost 2 hours of there Friday night trying to sell me a vacuum they used dto do demos for 995

Kirby is a huge SCAM they tried selling us this vacuum for 2700 but we talked them down to 800. When we realized our mistake of buying the Kirby a week later they said it was too late to return. I hate the Kirby and I feel bad for anybody who falls for this sceme.
