Fantastic! Mike and the crew gave me incredible quality, value, and attention for a great price. He was easy to work with, reliable, and has helped our family when unscheduled tire emergencies have popped up in the past. Sure, hes a little hard to find, so call first! But you are crazy to use those chain tire stores just because they are at high-price intersections. Mike is around the corner, and in the neighborhood. Hes got my business, and should have yours too.

This shop is always my first call. Had an oil leak in my corvette that was quickly diagnosed, repaired, and tested. Technician went even further and checked everything else out on the car to make sure everything was good before I came to pick it up. Only lived in Florida for 1 year and have taken 3 different vehicles here because of how trustworthy they are.

Wow! What an awesome experience. I took my car to Safety Harbor Auto Repair because there was a noise and I thought I needed new brakes. Instead, I received a phone call saying my brakes were fine and there was just a cover that was dragging that was making the noise. Even though time and labor was used on my car, I was told there would be no charge. Just incredible. We definitely will be back when need some auto repair. There is a very clear reason Safety Harbor Tire is so busy! Mike and his staff are superb! They did a jam-up job for me at a very reasonable price. Had four tires changed out with balance and a new alignment on my truck. Rides smoother and work done was flawless. Will certainly be back when the time calls for service.

We brought my mothers car to Kyle at Safety Harbor Auto Repair for new breaks and an oil change after being told by Pep Boys that her car was in need of new breaks. Kyle looked over her car and called her saying that the breaks did not need to be replaced at this time and that they had another 5-6,000 miles left. Mike took extremely good care of me. He is an honest person as he quoted me 1 price and it came in a little cheaper and he charged me the cheaper price instead of the price he originally quoted me. He is thorough as he wants to see the vehicle and give you a correct estimate. He is not just a parts a parts changer to find the the issue. He truly diagnoses the issue then fixes that part keeping the coast fair to the customer. He is extremely flexible getting you in the schedule and getting you going as he knows the importance your vehicle means to you. I truly cannot say enough good things about this shop and these guys. I was wrong and I cant let my original review screw up the ratings because these guys did take care of me.UPDATED:As karma would have it, the EXACT tire I purchased that I was SO SURE wouldn’t go flat is the tire that, of course, went flat. WOW, a 5++ Star. I had a flat tire, working from home so not really going anywhere today, called and would have had tire inflated to get it there but he came to me. I knew I needed at least 1 other and was very honest I only needed the 2 tires. Coming back in the morning inflating tire taking car then will bring back. Price very reasonable too. Theyve helped through some big pickles through the years and never once steered me into wrong direction.I had ordered a set of tires for the week after Thanksgiving. With my outstanding luck I managed to pop the side wall on my front tire black Friday. They got me a spare tire to hold me over until the set came in. They also, had the tires come in early due to my outstanding luck. They also attached my spare tire as a bonus.This is just one of many instances of them being amazing team of mechanics and also caring for their clientele like they were family!

Fantastic team. They handle all of our commercial work. I also have them take car of my track car and personal vehicles. The Dodge/Ram dealership recently wanted me to pay them $1350+ for a repair that should have been covered under warranty, Safety Harbor Fleet did it for under $200. (The part even came from the same dealer).They service 5+ vehicles a month for me and save me thousands.

They made a super expensive repair feel like less of a blow by being extremely sympathetic, breaking down exactly what I was paying for the part and then for labor and then they even did a minor repair for free because they felt so bad. Me and my family have been coming here for years. Excellent service and fair pricing. During the hurricane last year they fit me in for a brake change right before they were about to close down for the storm, allowing me to evacuate. Amazing staff!

It all started when we started taking our fleet vehicles to Fleet. Having a service truck down costs a company money. The guys at fleet understand this and they get our vans out in a very timely manner and with no call backs. I have a 2014 Silverado that I used to only take to the dealer. Not anymore, seeing the quality work they do on our vans I now take my truck to fleet. Mike Sr and Mike Jr are top notch.

I am new to the area and know in life you need 3 good things....a doctor, a lawyer and a mechanic! I was blessed to be referred to Safety Harbor Fleet. I had went into Midas for an oil change and they handed me an overview of everything wrong with my car close to $1,700!!! Safety Harbor fleet did a check of my car and put my mind at ease when the bill came in $800 less. They are very professional and the shop is very clean. I did noticed a lot of Mercedes, Jaguars , BMWs and Infinitis as well as the common cars but they are able to work on imports as well. I needed several things done and they broke it up because of my busy schedule. The manager Mikey is amazing, very pleasant and personable....and sit down for this one...HONEST!!! The prices are fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would. THANK YOUPS THEY ALSO WORK ON HEAVY MACHINE EQUIPMENT!

Every time I went somewhere to find out what was wrong with my car I got a different story and each one was very expensive. I went here and immediately got service that was honest and they got right to the root of the problem. They said it was just a small inexpensive fix and my car runs like its brand new. Absolutely amazing company.

I had suspension work done which I was pleased with although they took two days instead of 4-6 hours. They were supposed to install tpms sensors and re balance my wheels/tires, they installed the sensors but didnt balance the wheels and tires. When I asked if they had balanced them, they said that they had done it but when I took it to tires plus, 3/4 tires were not balanced. Nice people and gave me a great deal but Id rather pay full price and have the work done right the first time.

I always get a friendly welcome when I come in, they do a great job and are fair and honest. Highly recommend.

They also dropped me off while my car was being worked on AND delivered it to my home after! Im not sure that is part of their every day service but it was extremely helpful to me that day!! I personally know Mike Pulumbo Sr. and his son Mike the owners. I gave them chance after chance with nothing but headaches in return. Where do I start besides never use their services. They will not stand behind their work or warranties and ruin your vehicle. The general manager Mike Jr. is unbelievably rude and unaccomadating. I was told that they no longer work on BMWs after they broke mine and they would not warranty the work they performed after I gave them thousands. Coming from a friend not a every day customer you should definitely stay far away from this shop.

I took my jeep in to have some new wheels and tires installed they did a great job. I had put a lift kit on my jeep so the tires would fit they checked everything to make sure it was right so i was safe great job

Okay I had just purchased a 5wheel camper that badly needed tires. Being in Clearwater the camper meca of Tampa I didn’t think this would be a problem wrong! I contacted several of the major tire stores in the area and I could buy tires but no one would install them. I by chance called Harbor Fleet and spoke to Mike about my problem he was very helpful and assured me that not only could he get the tires but that they could install them. He is a man of his word all work was done in a timely manner and for a better price than the other tire stores I checked with. I highly recommend this business and Mike and his crew.

These guys are the real deal ! You know how hard it is to find a HONEST mechanic ? This place has them! Mike Palumbo will search 3 or 4 different types of tires to fit your financial budget . Not just recommend the most expensive tires.And when it comes to fixin your car, you can feel comfortable in knowing youre not gonna Pay an arm and a leg. They actually tell you this needs fixing, but these other things can wait. Not just try get a big ticket and charge you for things that dont require immediate attention.
