My mother has been in the process of getting an electric scooter for several months. She has gone through the approval process and was told by her doctor to visit the store and pick out the best she qualified for. I have been phoning them for over three weeks. Every time Ive been referred to a mail box that is full. I still have not been able to reach any one. I did talk to someone in their Modesto store who told me to call them next Monday. There should be someone to talk to. This is incredible.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered! Would give 0 stars if I could. This company does not know how to communicate. No phone calls for updates even when promised. Just ridiculous! After 3 weeks of my calling for updates, I was told that my moms wheelchair was approved and should receive in 2-3 days. I was told that between Medicare and supplemental insurance, the wheelchair was 100% covered. Called back 7 days later to be told that we needed 3 more papers signed. Almost a week later, still havent received the emailed papers to sign. Then, the rep was adamant that they needed a credit card number just on case. This is absolute BS! The customer service rep should have been upfront from the beginning on the procedure for obtaining a wheelchair. 4 weeks for an elderly person unable to walk is way too long!

Do not use this company...My father in laws oxygen concentrator failed at 10pm, the tech took an hour and half to bring a replacement out since we live out in the country. The replacement works but sounds like a semi truck and my 95 yr old fil is now sleep deprived. When explaining this to the woman at customer service I was advised we would have to wait at least a week for a replacement since the unit worked. This was not acceptable the unit was defective as well, she said a tech would call the next day. 4 calls of left messages and 2 days later, no one has called back.

Poor business operations. I am currently wheelchair dependant. In February Home Oxygen Co billed & recived payment for a power wheelchair for me that as of today June 21, 2019 I AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE! Trying to get resolve from staff or management is a ridiculous for sure...

If I could give 0 stars to this company I would. My 88 year old father-in-law has been waiting for an electronic wheelchair/scooter since January 2014. We had to go through medicare and persevere through 5 denials. Home Oxygen company, who should have been the experts at this, was not proactive about making sure paperwork was submitted correctly and often knew about mistakes by the doctor, but just submitted the paperwork anyway.Finally everything was correctly submitted and we received the approval. On July 28th Home Oxygen called to say they could deliver the chair on the 30th. We were all so excited as my father-in-laws falls had been increasing. After waiting all day on the 30th my husband called to see when delivery would be made only to find out that Home Oxygen did not have a charger so they could not deliver the chair. An error on their part, how do you not order a charger for an electric wheelchair. When we asked when the charger would come in and delivery could happen the gal helping us (May) said I dont know could be a couple of weeks. So, their error was making this sweet 88 year old have to wait even longer. No apology ever offered. After waiting 2 more weeks I called the president of the company, Andrea. I was on hold for at least 10 minutes listening to a recording of the president telling me how important customers were and the companys goal was excellent service. This has certainly not been my experience. When I finally talked to the president she was rude. However, delivery of the wheelchair is finally scheduled. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Caring for customers in a timely, polite manner is not a priority!
