Yet another dealer that tries to screw buyers that do not know the difference.There are plenty of people that tried to warn me against going to this dealership stretching as far as the Bay area and I should have listened to them. The reputation of this dealer is so bad that people 150 mi away know about them.Ive bought four motorcycles in the last 12 months and not a single one of the other dealers has tried to screw me on a trade-in but these guys did.

Awesome dealership! Got new tires and service done on my bike. Dropped it off on a best-efforts basis and Laura had it done for me in a day.Super cool team friendly, low key but helpful. I am certainly planning to have all of my service work done and to buy my next bike (new or used) from Good Times.

The technical service department and staff as a whole are very polite and overall staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful... except for one big problem.Someone they call angry bill who works at the parts counter. Full beard and glasses. This man isn’t extremely rude and never hesitates to cross the line when speaking with customers.This man is the reason I give three stars.I don’t know what I’m talking about you might be saying? Wrong.Bill has been rude 9 times out of ten that I’ve been there. All I go there for really is parts, so most of my experiences there have been with bill and I left there OFFENDED every time. Except that one time when he wasn’t there.

Ernie furnished all the information I wanted quickly.Other dealers dont like to give you a list of all the charges ahead of time and just give you the final price and say you must come in to get the breakdown. I got to the dealership kind of late, but Ernie stayed with me and helped to load my new bike on my trailer. He made sure everything was working on the bike and that it was delivered clean before I left. I was even given a full tank of gas, instead of the cup full other dealerships have given me, with my purchase. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. No hard sell like other places. I asked how much a Suzuki hat cost and instead of quoting a price, I was given one for FREE! In the last 10 years, many, many, Motorcycle Dealerships have closed, but Good Times has managed to stay in business, because of their honesty and integrity. Thank you Good Times!

After Capitol Yamaha asked for 1/3 down, PCP quoted 30% otd price over the retail, Elk Grove PowerSports couldnt give me strait or honest answers and Harley Davidson (SanFransisco) tried a bait and switch tactic, I almost gave up on purchasing a new bike. Luckily Ernie, Mike, and Michael at Goodtimes hooked me up. I got a bike at a surprising good price and it was the most painless experience possible. Finally, someone gave a damn. Thanks guys!

Bought a jacket here for my bike and had to exchange it because it was damaged. Jacket is falling apart already. Called to order parts for my bike told me they would call me back because they couldn’t find the part I needed. No call back. Bought my bike here from Ernie by the way terrible salesman. I believe mike helped me when I picked up the bike luckily he actually knew about motorcycles

I had the pleasure today of talking to Laura about a problem I had with the passenger back rest on my Suzuki Boulevard. I wasnt sure if it would be covered under warranty, but Laura has years of experience dealing with motorcycle service and warranty requests and was able to take care of my problem quickly and made the process very easy for me. (COVID times, appointment only) I called in to check out a motorcycle in person. Went in the dealership Saturday morning. I sat on the Bike I wanted, thought the sticker price was fair. So, I headed over to the Sales office and 10 ft from the door was told:“If you’re not going to buy a motorcycle, I don’t have time to talk right now” from “Ernie” at Goodtimes.They lost my business right then and there. I turned around and headed out the door.First: already did my research about the bike and prices so I was prepared to pull the trigger.Second: I called in, actually showed up to the Dealership early, very capable of making a purchase and riding off with the bike.Bad, outright RUDE, experience at this place. If you’re thinking of coming to this place, Don’t. Plenty of motorcycle dealerships in NorCal area to purchase from.Rude Times Motorsports, more accurate business name.

I have been in the showroom like 6 times looking for a bike. Each time the sales guy has been super helpful and spent time figuring out prices and explaining bikes. I ordered a part and they seemed cool to me at least.

Bought a new Kawasaki from them last month and the sales staff/management handled the purchase well with no problems at all. Part of the purchase deal was add-on accessories and installation with no additional costs to me. Good follow through phone calls on when the parts arrived and they installed them on time as scheduled. Happy with my purchase.

Stopped by here to see the new 2019 Hypermotard SP in person and ended up staying for almost an hour having a great conversation with Michael. Very friendly and very informative on all Ducati bikes they offer. Was very glad to stop by and was not disappointed at all!

People seemed friendly and interested even though I was not there to buy (dropping off a bike for service). I like very much that they post the service rates and flat rate hours for Ducati services, they made a point of saying they stick to the flat rate. Often I think shops pull charges out of the air. The service we were in for was done on time with no extra charges.

My son and I had an amazing experience picking out a helmet here. The guy at the big store didnt know how to make sure the size was correct which made me uncomfortable.We were helped by Kameron who REALLY knows his stuff and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We will definitely return.Thank you!

Laura in service is great. Same day service most of the time if I bring in the bike before 10am. Tire prices are the best Ive found in town. They are honest and they do a great job. Will keep coming back.

The service writer will never admit a mistake was made by their shop. I brought in a simple tire mount and balance on the rear wheel of a KLR and waited 3 hours AFTER the tech started working on my bike. But thats not the problem: the bike was in perfect condition when it went in, and when it came out the the drive sprocket bushings were shot, the chain rubbed on the guard, the rear brake pads rubbed on the disk AND only had 50% stopping power. And the nuts and bolts were stripped. When I complained, the service writer said I brought the bike in that way. If you live your bike, dont bring it to these jokers.

Lots of motorcycles. Good customer service but very stern. Service dept is a bit of a mess and their prices are on the higher side of things. But they have a decent selection.

This is supposed to be the Kawasaki go to dealer in the area. The service i received was very disappointing. He was very presumptive that I knew they had next to NO repair parts in stock and I was told, most people know when..... Sorry if a part accidentally breaks, theres no way to plan ahead. They seemed to wrapped up in their conversation to really care about what i needed anyway. Very disappointing.

Shady dealership. They justify selling bikes for way (30%) over bluebook by saying theyre well maintained. Im sorry, but you dont get special credit for maintaining a bike when it comes to its worth.

The best description for this place is one word; INCOMPETENTGo anywhere but here.I purchased a bike from them in 2014. They didnt submit paperwork to DMV for two years! They argued with me about it repeatedly, trying to say it was my fault somehow. It wasnt until I contacted an attorney who advised me to sue the dealership for fraud (charging me for filing fees and registration and never paying them to the state) that the dealership finally took responsibility and fixed it.Now, I receive the title after paying the bike off to find that they spelled my name completely wrong and put the wrong address on the paperwork.Now I have to take time off of work to handle their mess, again. I cant think of any business Ive ever delt with that is this incompetent.

Synchrony Bank which is the loan company they financed me through is absolutely horrible. One star I regret coming here to buy my bike just because they use such a scumbag loan company. No online banking. No mobile banking. Phone call in to pay and use an automated system to pay and if you need to talk to someone to help pay then that charge you a fee for it. You cant even check your balance online, its all over automated phone system. So youre forced to pay over the phone and go through and automated system, that half the time dosent work. o and if your bill is due on a Tuesday you better pay it that day or youll get a $40 late fee for paying one day late. Im sure it probably stacks too. Get a new company to finance people through. Ill never return here just because of this horrible experience with Synchrany bank.Added a star because the sales guy knew what he was talking about

I havent shopped here yet due to limited selection but when I call to ask questions the service is excellent. They even told me where to find what I needed, which to me is the Pinnacle of customer service.

Dont waste your time, go to PCP. I walked in there looking to buy a 2017 Z900, around 4pm, no other customers, after about 15 minutes a sales guy finally stops socializing and comes over. Asked him a couple questions, then start to talk numbers, and he tells me to come back in tomorrow! Says its too close to closing time, by that time it was only 430pm, they close at 6!! I said i get off work same time everyday, let me just get started and put down a deposit, he still says just come back tomorrow! What a joke, since when do you have to fight a salesman to make a sale??So I left there and went to PCP in South Sac, and bought the bike I wanted, 5 year warranty, and over $1000 in parts. Got a better deal anyways, and the sales guy, manager, and parts guy all stayed past closing to help me!Good Times is a joke, I live in citrus heights and will still be travelling further to PCP for anything I need.

Tried to get a foot peg from these guys. They ordered the wrong one. My wife picked it up and brought it home. I brought it back but the guy that ordered it for my is not in, so i get to come back another time to try and get the right parts from a mistake they made.

Picked up an air filter that a friend had ordered prior to me getting there. I got there, I was greeted with a smile and asked how they could help, I told him, it was ready, gave him money, we rapped for a minute, I thanked him (I wish I had asked his name.. womp womp womp), I left. Easy. Thats how things should be, so I give them 5⭐s.

I bought one bike (Concours) there and have taken every bike Ive owned there for service since 2000 (Interceptor, VTX 1800 and ZG 1400). Never had a problem with parts, sales or service. 4 stars for being a little pricy, but Ill pay a little more for doing a good job. Matter of fact, taking my ZG there tomorrow for new tires and oil change.

I have been to Good Times several times over the last few years. Whether considering a bike purchase or looking for parts, I have never had a good experience. Poor staff attitude, backing out on deals made, and not having parts available even after telling me over the phone they had them...

Horrible place. so unprofessional, not customer oriented. They lost my invoice for 1 and a half months. It took three months to completely figure out what was wrong. I would not recommend this place. I would think twice about dealing with this company.

Had a full service on my Ducati monster after buying it. Ended up having my brakes seize up shortly after. Then had them look at it and they defiantly misdiagnosed what needed to be replaced so I did it my self. And worst of all it ran poorly after getting back from the brake diagnoses. Now I have to figure out what happened while it was in their shop.
