I have a story to tell about my encounters with the Mattress Outlet. Over the years since 2010, I have purchased 2 mattresses, 1 night stand and my most recent purchase my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. The couch was on the showroom floor. I fell in love with it! I shopped around (because thats what I do) and found out that no other furniture stores large or small sold this brand. As other store owners and sales people told me, you have to be pretty high end to have a Flex Steel contract. One popular furniture store was only contracted to sell the recliner chair.I said all that to say this. I keep returning to Mattress Outlet, because of the customer service, and the one of a kind furniture. Ramesh and his sales people feel like family to me. Even the delivery guys are great! Ramesh made sure I got my beautiful furniture before Thanksgiving. Oh and I bought the love seat, chair and ottoman sight unseen. I will be back, I am sure and they know it. Thanks Ramesh and the crew!The furniture is Flex Steel, Jade Series, dark grey in color. The quality is superior.

Ask for Roy! My wife and newborn daughter were shopping for a new mattress around town. We checked online and found this place by chance. Roy really took care of us. He even dragged mattresses from the back that werent even on the floor yet. We waked out with an awesome king mattress set, good laughs and a great time. Id driven by this place a few times and when it came time for me to get a new mattress, I decided to give them a try and I am sure glad I did. I entered the store and told Sanjay exactly what type of mattress I was looking for and it was price range. He immediately showed me all of the mattresses they had that fit my criteria and never tried to upsell me and push me over budget. I found the perfect one and was really hoping to get it delivered within a few hours since I wouldnt be home for a while after that. He made it happen and within only a couple hours of buying it, it was coming through my front door. I cant recommend this place or Sanjay enough! Great customer service and not pushy at all.
