Having the tractor and delivery was very good however I will never trust this company again with my debit card information. I was charged 5 times that put my family out over $4k and it has taken four days and involving the bank to even have this company find out what happened. And I still have not seen my money back into my account yet! The persons I was speaking to would not look into this issue until I pushed further action and did not believe it was an error on their end which was not acceptable. I asked to speak to someone higher up and still have not been able to. I do not trust this company.

Highyl suggest going somewhere else for rental needs as customer service clearly isnt a priority for United Rentals! Bryan especially for being manager is an all around embarrassment. But if that is the quality of people you choose to employ oh well. Wont be back again had 3 lifts and trailers for a month and wants to give me attitude and hassle to do business. NEVER AGAIN!
