Wonderful service!! We appreciated that there was no pressure from Dennis at all. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Todd was great and friendly. Delivery guys were on time.

During the COVID pandemic, we walked up to this business to ask about swim spas, with our masks on. There were two people half way in the door not wearing masks and the employee had no mask on. This business does not follow mask mandates, they will not get our business. It is to bad that this company does not seem to put their customers first by enforcing that everyone wear a mask.

We recently purchased our first spa! We did a lot of research, and we visited a lot of spa stores. He contacted the Hot Tub & Spa Emporium and spoke with Brandon. He was so helpful. When we came in to purchase, Brandon came in on his day off. The purchase was easy and the delivery was on time. We love the spa and would recommend them to anyone

Todd and Brandon were awesome to work with. We had narrowed down our spa options and were looking for the twilight 8.2. We visited an expo and got a good price but I had concerns about post sales support so I wanted to purchase locally if I could. These guys gave us a great deal.At the end of July my city was ravaged by wildfires - they actually called to see how we were affected. Unfortunately due to the fires we couldnt take delivery for about a month more than we had established (which was already the longest time they could make it). They were amazing and made the delay a non event.When the tub was delivered it was on time and positioned exactly as we wanted. The crew making the delivery were great.About a week after we had the tub my wife had some questions and gave them a call - the questions may have been basic to them but we were treated with respect and given the time to ask and learn - priceless...Its now been over 6 weeks - the tub is fantastic. We are using it about 4 or 5 times a week. Its quiet, powerful and just what we wanted. Thanks Brandon and Todd for making the purchase such a pleasant experience. (Also, thanks Chris Wheatly @ hot tub university for your time and for pointing us to these guys).(New portion) The guys continue to offer the most incredible service, taking time to really help us. The wifi module is great and enables us to control the spa from anywhere in the world (the app could use an upgrade).Energy consumption is very low at this stage (3 boiling cycles) and the tubs heat retention is incredible.We are enjoying this tub as much as we had hoped.
