Was directed to Bliss by SMUD to trade in my old gas mower for a new electric mower at a rebate. They emailed me a list of applicable electric mowers. Pricing was good, and with the SMUD rebate on top it just made sense.Picked out the mower I wanted over email. That mower happened to be out of stock. So they held the price and held a mower for me when more stock came in in a few days. Pickup was a breeze. The mower was assembled and ready to go.So.... Yesterday I purchased a commercial lawn mower at Bliss, I have been doing business with them for the past 30 plus years and as always they were friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of all staff. I had been searching for a BCS tractor online. I checked the BCS America web page and found this dealer. They were listed as an Elite Dealer and now I see why. I called early in the morning to ask about a model I was interested in. The person who answered the phone stated it was not available but he did have the next level model. I told him that lived a couple of hours drive from his store and could not get there until mid afternoon. I asked if I needed to put a deposit down to hold that unit and he said it was not necessary. My wife and I arrived around 1:30 and waited in line to speak with a salesperson (they were very busy helping others). When it was our turn, I asked about the BCS tractor and the salesman asked if I had called in earlier. He said that he was holding it for a customer from out of town and wanted to give them a chance to come in. I told him we were the customers he was waiting for and he went over all the features of the tractor. We decided to purchase the tractor, but needed to rent a trailer and asked if any payment was needed on the tractor before we left to secure the sale. The salesman said that he would get the tractor ready and we could pay when we returned with the trailer. He even called the local Home Depot about a trailer for us to rent, as we’re not familiar with the area. Because we would be going one way we needed to rent from U Haul, so the salesman gave us directions to the nearest location. The U Haul in-town didn’t have one available, but they did locate a trailer at another facility for us. I called the Bliss store and explained our situation, and the person who answered said to keep them posted and everything was fine. We got the trailer and returned to the store just before closing. The salesman had his technician show us how to operate the tractor, helped load and tie down the unit into the trailer. Then before we settled the bill, another salesman gave us oil and an air filter FREE for our first service!! It is refreshing to find a store whose staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell and are committed to superior customer service. We will definitely travel the distance again to make future purchases and services. I would like to thank everyone who was involved with this purchase.Thank You,Steve

I contacted Bliss Equipment earlier today to ask if they could help me locate some part numbers since they are a Authorized Husqvarna dealer. The person I spoke with told me that he can order parts for me but cannot give me part numbers. His exact words were You want me to give you part numbers so you can get it from someone else? Try looking online. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor excuse for an Authorized Dealer.

Over the last couple of years I had to replace all my lawn equipment my lawn mower was 20 years old hand me down. A to stroke snapper and I use a electric blower and weed eater I replace my old snapper with a new one which I absolutely love and also purchase a Honda four stroke weed eater no more mixing oil love this thing. I was so happy with my purchase I went back a few months later I purchased a 4-stroke backpack blower once again no more mixing oil. today I went in and purchase a Stihl chainsaw. Ive been so happy with all the help information Ive gotten with all of my purchases would definitely rate this place a five star and recommend to anyone.

If you like corporate businesses that play good cop bad cop to take the advantage away from the customer this is your place! Service manager is rude & Tries to confuse you about charges so he doesnt have to be responsible if he messes up your diagnosis costing you more and more for his mistakes. These guys smoke marijuana all day at work & cop attitudes & gang up on their customers if the customer has good questions. Ive been experiencing this periodic negative service for a few years off and on... Same guys just progressively worse. Didnt go for 6 months & had to go because of their monopoly in the area but warning.... They are BAD POWER TRIPPERS! UNLESS THEIR TOO STONED OF COURSE =/

Great staff always take care of me

George explained they were 2 weeks out for repairs but asked to see my trimmer anyways in case he could find a quick diagnosis. 20 minutes later he had changed my fuel lines fussed with all that could explain why it wasnt turning over and found the problem. He sold me a new carburetor and i was on my way. The trimmer has never worked better and I felt totally supported and taken care in everyway. I was skeptical going in after reading the reviews, but was rudely dismissed with a 5 week lead time to repair my string trimmer from a close by competitor, so I tried anyways. Thankful for the help and education that George provided.

Drove in to get a lawnmower, asked a guy with a beard to point me towards the entrance and got so much attitude, that made me go to Home Depot instead 😒. To be fair he was from service department, however Bud if you are having a bad day dont take it out on customers.

The folks at Bliss have certainly been helpfull and profesional. I purchased a power washer at one of the Big Box stores. It was a 3000 psi unit, but came with a hose rated at 2,500. At the time, I didnt know the hose was underrated for the washer, so when it blew, I just took it back. The young guy tried to help me, but he just gave me another 2,500psi hose. That was what they had for that washer. After two broken hoses and two attempts to get it fixed, I went to Bliss to see what they could do. They had the right hose, and it was cheaper then the replacement at the box store.Since then, I have come back and they have helped me with the correct tools for the job. I have purchased a hedge trimmer and a chipper shredder. They actually knew the benefits of various models and types so I could make the correct choice for my application. They have also been helpful after the sale to reteach me how to use the item the following season. Great folks that know what they are talking about.

Called around to find a replacement blade for an old mower. OV location said bring it to Arden, they will have something comparable. After driving 45 mins across town with the old blade, the staff at this location refused to even look on their shelves for something similar and told me to go elsewhere. Poor customer service seems to be everywhere these days...

I have been a repeat customer for a number of years withBliss. I brought in a craftsman blower that needed a carburetor rebuilt. They flat out refused. I was stunned. Their reason was that I did not buy it there and they didnt need the business because they have enough repair work. Well thank you very much for your customer service and taking such good care of your LOYAL repeat customers. I will find another shop and I will tell my story about Blisss below subpar customer service many times over; unbelievable.

Sales guy couldnt have been more rude. Basically the guy yells at me that thats not how it works theyre not going to help me find a pull starter for an antique Small Engine generator. Three guys standing around talking with nothing to do and they dont have the time to help me. Id say probably the worst customer service I have experienced. I go down the street to another place. Walk in and within 1 minute they had the part on the counter in front of me. I buy it. I call bliss back up and ask them if they had the part number in stock. They did. They could have made the sale. And everyone would have been happy I would truly avoid buying anything from these guys.************************************************************************UPDATEI emailed them twice. I called them and asked if they could tune up and sharpen the blade on my lawn mower. The person that answered the phone was very rude and sarcastic and he said it would take at least 6 weeks and then without saying anything else hung up the phone. I guess they dont need anyones business. They must be a front for some illegal operation. I have been told by friends they have a lot of attitude. What do they think a person is supposed to do for six weeks? The lawn doesnt stop growing just because they are working on the mower. I will never do business with them.

I have purchased three Stihl saws from here as well as climbing rope and a polesaw.My ground guy dropped my tophandle saw and broke a small plastic piece that holds the handle. I took it to Bliss and was told the saw was totaled and I needed a new one ($350) plus if I wanted them to look at it there was a 21 day wait list.Then the owner got angry with me when I insisted the part could be ordered. He also refused to pull up the diagram of the saw to look for the requested part.I went to another Stihl dealer in the area and ordered the part. I had it the next day and was making money with my saw the day after that. These guys are arrogant and act as if they are the only place you can take your Sthil saw to.I am sorry I ever bought anything from them.
