Only place in town that had the light-weight, cotton fabric I wanted for lining dresses. Very helpful. Generous cuts. Great prices. Part of me would prefer longer store hours, but honestly, I dont go fabric shopping after 6pm very often - even store-owners need time with family! Looking forward to going back!

Easy to get to, small shop packed with just about every fabric imaginable! Very nice gentleman helped me quickly and took large roll to car for me too

Ok quite variety of different fabrics we didnt fun what we was looking for but they do have a lot different kind of fabrics to choose from.

Great selection of a variety of different fabrics for any and all occasion. We went for a table cloth fabric in red after failing to get the proper color when ordering from elsewhere online. The prices were affordable and best of all you can actually see and feel the fabric you want. The store owner was super nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

We felt very welcomed... The prices are phenomenal... The selection of silks and satins are amazing... We dont often get to this part of town but will definitely be doing so now as Minh Phats is worth the drive from Carmichael....

This place has a great selection of threads and zippers and is very well organized so everything is easy to find. They also have a surprisingly large number of notions, garment bags, buttons, and hangers. I will definitely be coming back!

One of the best kepr secrets in Sacramento. If you have a special occasion that requires a dying Craft called sewing, this is your spot to visit. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

Walking in, I was memorized by the variety of linens and the vibrant colors! The prices are amazing and the family is very helpful. I would recommend making the drive down there. They will refer you to a sewing machine repair/sales person if you need one. Great prices as well. I walked away with typical retail pricing of $70 for around $26.

I’m from out of town. At the last minute we needed fabric for bows on chairs for a wedding. So impressed with this place. The customer service was superb! They have tons of fabrics and they are very knowledgeable.

They carry the largest variety of decorative fabric tapes Ive ever encountered. Beautiful exotic fabrics and some ready made shirts and pants. Very reasonable prices.

This place is a hidden gem. For a dying trade if youre ever looking for hi in fabric at a fraction of the cost of all these other fabric stores out here this is a place to go. The staff is very fast and efficient. Not always very friendly but they know exactly what it is that you need and then give it to you as long as they have it in the store. Ive also seen them offer suggestions on many occasions to help a customer

Ive been to this store MANY times. They are always very courteous and helpful.AND they have a wide variety of beautiful fabrics.

The owner is so helpful and quick. He even kept the store open a little bit longer so I could finish what I was getting! Not to mention the exquisite selection of lace and other fabrics and dont get me started on the prodigious price cuts they offer on all merchandise.

The lady was following me around as if I could get away with taking yards of fabric that weigh more than me.. INSTEAD of asking did I need help looking for anything, I dont support places like that, never going there again, way better stores around.
