Best donut shop in Sacramento! The donuts are the lightest and fluffiest, and the owner is very sweet. The selection was huge and had something for everyone. This spot will be a weekly stop for us!

Across the street from Mercy General. Had to be there at 5 a.m. for my husbands procedure. Their donuts are delicious, the coffee was good, a big selection!

Delicious and unique donuts! They had a selection of Oreo topped donuts and even maple bacon which was scrumptious to the last bite. Fluffy, plenty of icing and filling in the raspberry donuts and super fresh. On top of it the lady serving us was super nice, funny and unusually hospitable for being so early in the morning definitely will return again and again!

Too easy to be a regular at this classic mom and pop donut shop. Affordable and delicious, their doughnuts are perfectly fluffy and the guava filling is possibly the best jam filled pastry I’ve ever had. Great mix of the classic flavors everyone loves and new. The woman who helps us every time we come in is incredibly hardworking, welcoming and sweet. A visit never fails to make my day! Better than any chain dd or kk any day.

They have a good selection of donuts. I had a glazed buttermilk very good. Maybe I’ll try the croissant stuffed with bacon and egg next time?

Excellent donuts and outstanding customer service. My only regret is that I rarely get there early enough to get the pecan cinnamon rolls, which are almost always sold out.

Always a friendly face when you stop by, I have been a regular here for nearly a decade! Most of my friends scoffed at their pricing as it is a little more than others, I can assure you though that, that attitude changes as soon as you rest one of their donuts! Always fresh, always high quality!

We visited this donuts store because the famous The Parlor was too far and this is close to the Sutters fort (a tourist place in Sacramento). We were surprised for the worker kindness: we bought 3 donuts of 1$ and she gift 2 big donuts for free. All of them are really good. 100% recommended.

Love supporting this local shop. They have a wide variety of donuts and a limited selection of drinks. Prices are reasonable, and they are always so kind to my son. They always throw in a few donut holes as a bonus.Very limited parking - theres only two spots in front. Most customers are in and out quickly, so there is good turnover of the spots. But if you can avoid parking by walking or biking, definitely do that.

I bought two dozen donuts; the nice lady behind the counter put 13 donuts in each box. Cost was a very reasonable $20.00 dollars even. They must have been good because all the fellas ate them up. This donut shop is located just down (towards I-80 Fwy) the street from Mercy General Hospital on J Street. The small parking lot is a little bit tricky so be careful maneuvering around and pulling out into J St. traffic. If you own a 3/4 ton club cab truck with an 8 foot bed, dont even think about pulling in. Park along J or say 39th St and just walk.

Definitely worth a return trip. food is like a place in baltimore i loved.

A favorite east Sac location. Donuts are always fresh and yummy. Extras always seem to make it in to the order. Solid place to grab a treat. Parking is a pain but worth it for the quick trips.

Went there pretty close to their closing time and only had a few selections left which I was totally fine with. The person who attended me was really nice and threw in three extra donuts for free.There was a fly inside the donut display but Im not too worried about it.I was worried the donuts were going to taste stale and hard but they were still great and chewy!

Stopped by this small but clean establishment this morning. The staff was friendly and got my order quickly. They take cards but there is a $0.49 charge so you may want to bring cash. Donuts are nothing crazy, just your typical variety but they were good quality. Make sure to stop by this almost hidden gem on J Street!

They seriously told me not to call again. I wanted to order a few dozen donuts for my place of work and they would rather have a rude employee answer the phone then someone who could work with a few dozen donuts? This place is not only rude but super unprofessional.

I just polished off a bear claw and it was delicious. Friendly greeting walking through the door, 7 choices for coffee (ie. A dark energy blend or hazelnut cream) and a largerseating area thennexpected for the impression the outside of the buiding.Update: had to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I was writing in my journal, getting prepared for the day when i was asked to leave, after spending $7 on an apple fritter, bear claw, and cup of coffee with no refill (i was told $1 even though the coffee is sitting out in a way that gave me the impression i could at least get A refill). To bad, donuts were good but i will not be returning.
