I was a very Happy camper when my ring was finally in!😍 Their diamonds are stunning! The staff could be a little more welcoming in the store. But the quality of jewelry will allow you to ignore their rudeness!

It shouldnt be up to the employees to decide what type of mask is acceptable. Seems like some of the employees are overstretching their authority (Nemo) on the decisons about who to harass regarding the types of masks worn. Wont be spending any more money here.

I went it and try to fix my ring, it was on this Wednesday night, the lady working by herself and keep yelling when I ask her about the ring! RUDE LADY, all my friends with you told me they will never go to Kay at Arden anymore. I was going to purchase some other item but the lady was just so rude! And she even wear my ring on her finger, the most unprofessional I have seen so far!I went back again and the manager is so nice, if you ever going to this store, ask him for help. And because of this gentleman, I will go ahead and change it to five ⭐️

WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCT!!!I have called several times and management was supposed to call me back and never has!!! I dealt with my wedding band loosing diamonds and months ago my heart diamond fell out, after having them check the prongs because they felt high on the diamond! This is the worst Jewelry I’ve ever purchased, and customer service was great and now Not so much, I’m done! Will never purchase from Kay Jewelers again! Can’t even get my ring fixed because they won’t call me back!

I had an amazing experience. The gentleman was very professional kind and helpful. Me & my fiancé had went there on July 3rd looking for an engagement ring. It was pretty busy but the gentleman greeted us right away. Customer service was definitely great. Definitely recommend others to come here.

Been here a few times and Ive bought a good deal of jewelry from Kay. Came in today to have my 6 month wedding ring inspection and was extremely dissatisfied with the service.Walked in, no one said anything. There were NO customers in the store. Someone was in the back, another guy was on his phone, one lady was doing something with the register and a lady was working on some papers. I initiated contact with the lady on the register (assuming the manager because she suggested someone else can help me) and she passed me along to another employee in which I walked over to, she looked at me like I was bothering her. I told her I needed a ring inspection and she told me to go to the guy on his phone because she was busy. The guy on his phone acted like he didnt want to look up, but asked how can he help. Gave him my rings and he did the inspection/cleaning. Normally the inspection takes 5-10 minutes (I have 3 rings). It took him all of 3 minutes then he laid them on the glass and said Have a good day. The rings were not clean at all! You can tell it was a rushed job. I didnt even see him look at the rings under a scope.Super disappointed with my experience today. Will not be returning to this location. Gave 2 stars because they did have a large number of employees working (usually high traffic and not enough people working) but the service was terrible nonetheless.

The finest jewelry store in Sacramento. Nemo always goes above and beyond, to meet our needs. We wont shop anywhere else for fine jewelry, and I strongly advise others to do the same.

Took my ring in to be sent out for repairs, never got call back about my estimate. My ring did not come back in the time frame given to me. Not once did I get a phone call from them for anything, not even an email. The communication skills of the staff here sucks. I would rather drive out of my way than to come to this location again.

The young man that tried to help didnt seem that knowledgeable, but he tried. Then a lady came over and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me great info and suggestions. She also told me where I could get an appraisal on the items I had brought in.

Staff here is helpful. Not so concerned with their commission that they are over bearing. The Manager at this location made a mistake inspecting my wifes wedding ring. But when I pointed it out that she missed a stone fell out she quickly apologized and sent it out to be fixed and even extended my warranty as an apology for almost missing it.

Walked in and the employee didnt even stand up to greet us, Dane, I believe was his name sat down the entire time. Told us my ring needed a lot of fixing, over $300 worth. We said thank you and left, went to a different jewel store and they told us my ring just needed a quick spruce about $120. It just felt like he wanted our money and took advantage of us.

Just called to ask a question about what was probably a $6,000 Cuban link thats in the window. The sales associate was very lax and said you would have to point it out to me we have about 6 oh really a whopping 6! My gosh.Was literally ready to buy today.I just said ok thanks by. Ill spend somewhere else .Next time try this....Please hold sir Im going to go grab the prices and info on the ones in the window as you described....if you wish I could send you some photos to your cell so you can view from home and decide if you want to make the trip down.Like ya know sell stuff.

Do not get locked into kay credit card at all I been paying my bill online from a 400 spending limit of 85 dollars a month and then I called one day when I was paid off and asked to make sure if I owed anything else they said your account has been closed the response from kay credit center was because they do a annually search on your credit and they closed your account sorry about that but that was a lie and it wasnt true it was because I was not using the card consistantly or always they closed my card a lot of other customers that this has happen too as well but its okay Ill go with a different place and I hope this review helps some people before getting the kay credit cards added to there current credit cards find a different jewelry company have a bless life.

We regret getting our engagement ring from here & weve had problem since then. Communication between the staffs suck! They will leave you hanging if you dont call or go in person. My husband and I had placed a special order because my original ring was too big for me. For a whole month they never call us to give us an update like they say they would. Nemo (manager) did not know where my ring was at for a whole month neither did his staff. He lied to me everytime I call and made a whole bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with my ring. He should be pretty embarrassed about this. They know they did us wrong so when I finally got my ring back, Dane had call me and say he will take $100.00 off on the ring for us. But now they are charging us with monthly interest rate when Dane had told us from the beginning that if we pay 20% of the ring then we will not be charge of any interest rate for a whole year. Ring was purchased on Jan 1st. I would not recommend this place. not worth wasting your time with this kind of business!
