Owner of two small restaurants: Tablevine and Pearl on the River. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly, knowledgeable service I have always gotten from PMS. I just like that they get the job done quickly so that I can get back to my job of running a restaurant. Also, they give great advice to help with long term maintenance and breakdown prevention. I setup service at my business and two days after the dispatcher calls me to tells me they have nobody coming to the store today and that nobody is going to come. She told me my that my option was to wait 3 more days or call somebody else. Not a good experience.
