Beyond impressed with the service, kindness, and flexibility of the staff at the store. Namely, Cal, as I frequent the Live streams, is inclusive and responds to everyones questions, concerns, and inquiries. Fair prices, great chances of getting big hit cards, and - most of all - efficient shipping and quality shipping packaging and protection. Overall, am extremely impressed by this shop and its staff. Highly recommend!

One of those modern shops that only cares about their high end customers and Instagram. Im sure its not easy nowadays but selling overpriced wax breaks and paying over market value for slabs isnt going to bring anyone new to the hobby. Especially kids. UPDATE: And the owner has the gall to go after me on IG after posting this, pathetic.

Horrible customer service. Would NOT recommended. High prices. Guy was not friendly, looked like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to be asked questions. I would never go back.Also, while I was there he answered a phone call and was completely rude to the potential customer on the phone. Hung up mid conversation because he didn’t make a sell. Again, just horrible customer service.

Rude and poor customer service. You’d think in a service industry such as breaking, you’d treat customers with respect in order to get them to return. Not Calvin... he’s been rude to patrons every time I’ve joined a live, as evidenced by all the negative reviews. Don’t fall for the fake positive reviews all spammed at once...Also, cards are packed very carelessly. Received my package with less than adequate packaging resulting in damages to the package.TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Drove about 40 minutes out of my way to get a card graded because Becket was there taking submissions. I called earlier in the week and was told the price was $15 a card. Got there and the guy helping us said it was $20. Then the owner sitting in the back said, no its $25. Basically milking every dollar they could. Very used car dealership. Last time Ill ever go there. Teamsports in Carmichael is much better with great selections with very fair prices.

This place is the absolute worst. It was a great place when Chris owned it, but now under Calvins ownership, it is a disaster. Overpriced wax, no singles. And Calvin is a rude and insensitive person. His staff is completely unknowledgeable as well. Take you money to Teammates.

Was asking questions and prices on their live feed for my son and whoever runs the Instagram was very rude he blocked my son for asking questions in his stream (stay away) -5stars other breakers would’ve loved to answer his question

I had a nice experience here a while back picking up some sleeves for my MTG collection. I spotted the place on my way home and the worker let me in and helped me out the best he could despite the place just having closed for the day. I look forward to popping in every now and again.

This is my local LCS, The people are always willing to help me send off to BGS or PSA, I wouldnt be concerned with the negative comments. They probably get tons of calls about buying people old junk cards they find in their attic. Always have the new wax.

I havent collected in a couple years. Went here as opposed to my regular store in Sacramento. Figured Id give this one a try. Bought a couple packs and a couple boxes. First off, supplies were a little limited. The workers said hello to me when I walked in and didnt say a word to me for about another 20 minutes as I viewed the selections. They werent really helping anyone else, just small chit chat, playing games. After checking with my regular store on prices, I found this guy has his prices marked up severely. Stupid me for not researching before buying. Packs that usually retail for 10 bucks, he was selling for 15. Overall I drove about 20-25 minutes to come here due to good reviews on google, and found the opposite of what the reviews said. Probably the last time I go there. After researching his review on yelp, found mostly bad reviews, as opposed to these good reviews on google.

Very clean and well organized. They are really well stocked. Marvin is very nice and helpful. My only criticism is they do have employees that arent very personable and engaging. Normally it wouldnt be a big deal as i dont expect people to always be personable but for card collectors having someone you can talk about the hobby with is a huge plus. When Marvin is working its great, but other experiences have been poor when hes not.

Mailed me someone else’s cards and wanted me to pay for shipping

Drove about an hour and half for hockey card day just to be told, they werent going to do the promotion. Also place doesnt seem to be customer friendly. Will definitely not go back to this hobby shop. Hopefully Upper Deck or Topps will go with another hobby shop that will do their promotions better!!!

My son and I stopped by this afternoon. Great selection of packs. We purchased protectors, misc packs and misc cards and a couple jersey cards. We will be back for sure!!! #GoDodgers

Calvin is awesome, even if he is a Giants fan. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection and good prices.

Called 2 days before Christmas to get my son an autograph Jersey. Calvin told me that they would have Jersey ready for me to pick up at 4. 5 mins before 4 another random employee called me and said the jerseys out of stock. Worst experience Ive had in a long time. Would never go back to them again.

What can I say but the 1/2 Star reviews are sadly true dont waste your time with costumer service and lack of appreciation for card enthusiasts which is forever needed these days... its not hard I imagine to do any of these is a small business model but, yet again Im left surprised...

Small place, but filled with everything. High dollar and low dollar hobby boxes, supplies, singles, non sports... They have it all. Workers/owners are nice and take care of you with freeby packs for spending money! I travel 50 miles one way to come here... good service gets business! El Manchild of the Hill People says go and spend your money!!!!!

Realy cool spot. Buddy bought a box of cornerstone,opened it there and had a Lebron on the Cavs. Then an autograph of The Glove in a 2 color jersey set. Owner gave my friend a couple card sleeves for free just to help keep em clean. Good place for collectables of all sports.

I called simply looking to sell or trade some cards and memorabilia. Every question was replied with a sarcastic tone and vagueness. If you are in business, then act like it!

First and last time; poor customer service, guy didn’t even get up from his chair to greet you, sat there the entire 20 or so min I was there; from the minute I walked in to the second I left, really disappointed because heard some good stuff...just sad
