Took my kids to go buy some shoe here and they like it and it not very enpensive bought 3 for them. Went back got 1 for me too. Nice place to look for shoe. come by and cheek it out.

If you are willing to spend at least $100. Or more I promise they have great shoes, why do I say that because I tried more than 15 pairs by the way I tried cheap pairs and found the perfect pair and they were about $100. Best decision I made in an hour but not in my life come on their shoes. It is not like I am buying a wife just kidding

Prices are higher than expected and they sell their 2 piece outfits two separate and different prices. Just plain ridiculous. My guess is that theyre trying to get their money by any mean necessary, but I wont be going back to this store thats for sure

I was pleasantly Surprised at what a selection they had bought my 1st pair of Nikes The cashier was a little off to me but guess just doing his job I didnt understand about the phone number thing for rewards 🤔 My daughter had to explain in the car I did find what I was happy with Will go back for another pair I saw hope they have my size 😀 I went to this place after going to the Sketches Outlet Southgate Nothing was in order over there and no one to help you find a selection

Honestly the WSS off Norwood has a much better selection and staff seems to actually enjoy what they do. If youre going to make the trip to WSS I would try to get to the one off HWY 80 & Norwood.

Ordered some shoes online for in-store pick up on 3/25/21. It said it would take 3-5 business days to be shipped from another store. I received an email confirmation of my order and thats it. No tracking number or anything. Called customer service but theyre only available M-F 9am-5pm which I think is BS. Finally got a hold of someone on 4/01/21 who was supposed to send me a tracking number and never did. Here I am on 4/04/21 still no shoes, no tracking number, no pick up email, just nothing. Today is my mothers birthday and those shoes were a gift for her but instead Ill be heading to the store demanding a refund. This is ridiculous. I should have just went to another shoe store and from now on I will. I tried to give this store a chance but Ill never spend another penny there. Too much of a hassle and poor customer service.

I have never heard of this place until I googled shoe store open now (8:45am). I needed a quick pair of work boots and was ready to bite the bullet for retail pricealthough usually I order online and Im kind of a deal hunter when it comes to high-end work boots. I was so pleasantly surprised to get the exact opposite of retail prices upon my arrival. Not only is this place open way earlier than every other shoe store, it has a way better selection than most of the ones I have seen in the mall type stores and the prices are so much better than department stores its a no-brainer for me to come back here for most of my boots and sneakers. On top of all that the customer service was excellent. From the sales associate that answered the phone and confirmed that they are open and sell work boots to the cashier that was very friendly and helpful. You guys earned my repeat business for sure. Thanks WSS!

Horrible. I started to buy something for my son, but could barely enjoy my experience trying to look without being stereotyped, when I had my wallet in my hand. Yet followed around being watched by two or three dudes that worked there. As I am a mother with her kid. Smh, Just disrespectful!! I put the items back, I refuse to shop somewhere or spend my hard earned money in a place where unprofessional employees follow people around pretending to look at shoes. I mean get real its only obvious that your watching me more than Im watching you. Everybody was standing around at work there. Nobody helped you look for a pair of shoes. Are ways to three employees bundle by the front door? And I know one of them was a manager. There was a long line and only one person at the cashier was some guy with a butt on his head. That was so slow. I almost left my stuff and left. If you got three or four employees just hanging around they should be out in the floor helping customers or at the cashier.

I went into the Florin Rd location today. It really disappointed me to see the store manager neglecting to deliver customer service. I was waiting to purchase. She was standing, folding clothes, talking to security. Instead of coming to ring me up she called another employee up. And never communicated i was the one in need of help. So, i had to continue to wait for the next person in line, while THE STORE MANAGER sat and watched her deal with the now line. If the manager doesnt want to deliver service why be in a retail environment during the holidays? Thank you to Vanessa who was extremely apologetic. Again, the store manager never told her i was even ready. And is the only reason i will not be returning.

When we entered the store the security guy told us we can’t go inside without mask but then after us going back to the car and putting masks on we were allowed to enter.After like 15 minutes we saw him giving out masks like there is no tomorrow to a family of 6.i think that’s very rude and I really felt bad deep inside.

Place look clean. Prices average. Some maybe higher. But false advertisements. When they tagged the shelves it says up to 25% off on select shoes. All the shelves with the same tags. But when they ring it up, theres no discount. Instead they give you coupon for next month. Its freaking Cyber Monday. No saving even they tagged the shelves. Its just regular price. Forget about getting deals from this place. Not everybody buy shoes every month. Bought two pairs of shoes but still no saving. Other shoes store give saving when you buy two pairs. The price u see on the shelves is the price you pay. Dont even bother looking at the advertised discount. It s for different shoes not on the same shelves as the tags advertised.

Saturday December 27th my husband went into the store and purchased a pair of shoes, two packs of socks and two shoe inserts, the very next day Sunday December 28th he went into the store and was hoping to exchange one of the inserts the lady at the counter said there was nothing she could do or maybe she didnt want to who knows we had the receipt in hand I dont see why they couldnt just exchange it..simple thing SMH... Unfortunately because of this poor service and lack of helping customers I will not be returning and I will also be telling this to friends and family.

1 Star for the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location on 6/16/19. When we walked in there was a staff member just standing there with his back against the door, he just looked at us walk in, no greeting or even a damn smile. We traveled 30 min to this store to exchange shoes i bought online for a bigger size. When I asked the staff member ANAHI if i could exchange the shoe she made up a bogus excuse to why i cant exchange the shoe because they were bought online. We still ended up buying the correct size. While we were shopping there was about 4 to 5 staff members in the store. NOT ONE OF THEM ASKED IF WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE WITH ANYTHING! They all just watched people shop. It seems they are more interested in catching people shoplift the assisting an actual CUSTOMER!. I called online customer service the next day and the gentlemen who helped me over the phone said. I COULD HAVE EXCHANGED THEM AT ANY STORE LOCATION! So ANAHI needs more training because she clearly does not know how to do an exchange! I was able to return the shoes by mail at no cost. Long story short. BUY ONLINE. NOT AT THIS STORE!
