Great shopping, with a good amount of high end stores. Super crowded on the weekends. Its better without the lockdown. Only thing besides how busy it can get is the fights that happen, it can get pretty rowdy.

Typical mall with lots of shops and even high end stores. The food court is cool with Panda Express, Taco Bell and several others. Mostly in doors so it is nice and cool in the summers and warm in the winters.

Arden mall is a pretty good one. Despite being uncomfortably close to some bad areas, there are a lot of cool niche shops (85 C is Bae) so I mean if youre looking for something specific, you just might find it here without looking too hard. Theres also Gens BBQ and some other good eateries which is also a hard temptation for me at least.

Hour wait , wouldnt take res.for over6. Granddaughter choice for birthday dinner. They were out of all our food choices. Food was not up to par. Not enough servers. Our waitress was good, did her best. Cheese cake was good.

It wasnt bad, but it also wasnt good. There so many people, the cost for almost everything their is the worst unless your rich or just have a lot of money but still.

My son and I went shopping at the mall the other day and we went to VANS and JCP. All customer service people on Wednesday Oct 19th were incredibly nice. I enjoyed our time and I am not a shopper.

Honestly satisfied with the offerings and vibe. People still shop here, definitely less in jc penny and those sorts of stores. I appreciate all the available seating areas. Very important when youve been walking awhile. The temp inside was mild. There are porters all around cleaning the area, and the ladies room was clean!

Very nice atmosphere. Me and a Friend split a sandwich. It was delicious and just enough to fill both of us. Cocktails a little pricey. There was a line to be seated so we took a booth in the Bar. No waiting. Friendly Employees made it more enjoyable. Hope to visit again some day

Probably one of the best looking malls in the area. Management seems to be filling tenant spaces in with high end stores, constantly doing things to improve the guest experience. Security is on point and theres always seems to be a police presence which is appreciated in this day and age.

Went there for cinnabons. Sometimes you crave for something sweet to go with your coffee. Like hot out of the oven cinnamon rolls. Maybe not like your mom makes them. But super size, fill you up kind.😁

One of the best shopping stores around and has many outlets in it. Many offers are being featured every week. The time goes faster, when you are inside the shopping mall.

What a beautiful mall. This was my first visit, enjoyed shopping and a bite to eat in the food court, Cheese steak was yummy.

The mall at Arden Fair is a staple of the Sacramento area. Arden, as locals call it, is the one-stop-shop for Black Friday, Christmas, and the day after Christmas shopping.This location is the hang out for the teens of the area. It is also a great spot to stop in for a bite to eat. They have all the guilty pleasures of sweets and pastries. You can have a full sit down meal at some of the best restaurants in the area.The nightlife is great with the movie theater and the late open restaurants. You can get drinks with friends, celebrate with family, or meet up with a future valentine for a date.You can’t beat the location right off the freeway and minutes from downtown Sacramento. Check out this mall, and it’s always better when you bring a friend or two.

The mall is big and it’s really pretty. It’s nice to just walk around plenty of stores to browse or food places.

Arden Fair Mall is a pretty nice place to shop.It is a overly crowded, causing limited parking, and too small for real shopping. The restaurants and food court here are really nice. The washrooms need work on maintaining its cleanliness because of how pack it is. When the mall is not as crowded, it is a nice place to shop.

Really like this Mall; its not small by any means however its not an overwhelming Mega Mall. Its kept very clean, and every person we encountered whether another shopper or Mall/Store Employee was very friendly and welcoming 😀👍🤗

It was very nice and clean. Just so hot in there. Almost as hot as outside, very uncomfortable.I ordered sushi inside, at the Food Court. I get good the Hotel ( no ginger)I dont know, I never had to ask for Ginger before.

Great stores, could be cleaner. And the mall needs more security for the parking lot as well as inside the mall.

While l was there a fight started l figured no big deal its Arden Mall right, what else did l expect. The biggest issue was there was one security girl tryna stop this and they were legit about to knock her down she was small l felt sympathy for her, due to back up security taking 5 to 7 minutes to get there she needed help and that was ridiculous this mall is not that big and they need a better solution. I gave 3 stars due to it not being the stores fault, but definitely need better mall management here.

Never seen mall lot so empty even traditional January after holidays. The pandemic truly has hit both small and large businesses. Lets continue to support local especially since we cant travel.

Still a destination mall in Sacramento. Will always have fond memories of this place, I worked at the Starbucks here in 2001-2002. During the holidays, it was crushed from the opening of the mall to close. In 2020, even with COVID, it is still busy. Everything you need to find is here: lots of clothing stores, an Apple store, Cold Stone Creamery, restaurants and a food court with diverse options. The anchors stores are Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Sears, the Starbucks and Hot Dog on a Stick will probably be here forever. Nice mall that is the “just right” size.

Big mall lots of variety, huge selection big brand stores.

Good area, big selection of shops and plenty of EV charging. My electric motorcycle likes it too! For Tesla cars, theres too many supercharger spots to count as well!

Beautiful, clean, very big shopping mall in a nice location. Car break ins are rampant (we just witnessed one) everywhere. Don’t leave valuables in plain sight. Tip: if you have a diaper bag, widely open the bag that shows diapers and wipes inside.

Its a bigger mall. Was super packed when we went. The lines that were at the food court and drink shops were pretty wild. Edgy stores are on the top floor!

Good place to visit as a weekend shopping or window shopping. Their food court is decent and offers a kids section.

Pretty clean and a decent variety of stores. There are a few stores which have been affected by COVID-19, but its still a decent mall.

Its a decent mall, but definitely dated. The interior and stores still feel like something from the mid-2000s. Quite a few of the vacancies seemed to have been filled by former kiosks. Overall, still a fine place to do your shopping and get your mall pretzels.

Haven’t been in a mall in years. Not my kind of activity. The place is clean and pretty. Going to Sephora for makeup advice and the Body Shop for several body butters was the self care I needed. Nice to see people walking about masked or unmasked. It was great to see life!

Security kicks out shoppers that doesn’t make any disturbances( excuse is that you’re way to early) . However, they’re always late when there is an actual physical fight, kids causing disturbances or when people get shot . No wonder why a lot of businesses are leaving ( Solano town center, galleria and vintage fair mall are more friendly and safer )Other malls allows walkers up to three hours before hrs of operation .

Its a good place to go shopping. But it has better days years ago.

NICE IS FREE, APPLE!(6yo iPad given to me by family of dead relative, locked with her password. NEED ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT!!!!!?????) GRRRRR

Arden Fair mall is a neat place to go shopping.Its so important to go there when they when they dont have a lot of people with more energy than sense but otherwise its its always a good experience for me.

The mall is open and Covid friendly. A bit crowed so mask up and bring some disinfectant and watch distancing.When we get to the car before we touch the mask we wipe down!That said being around people is great! It’s life!

Arden Fair mall is a nice and clean Mall. It is a pretty much mall have everything if someone needs in each one of their stores. This Mall has better parking place and it is wide and comfortable. The floors of the building is better. The mall is wide and has good space to move inside.

I went there because it has a kiosk for Mobile Outfitters, the closest to me since the local location closed permanently. Even though I am fully vaccinated, everyone is still required to wear a mask or face covering, which many people are ignoring!

Its a decent mall. Nice shops, an okay food court (eat before you go, prices are a bit high), easy layout.

It’s a great mall. Prices are a little higher. Other than that you will find great stuff here.

All the shops and stuff is fine but the food is something else. My mother and I went to the food court and we decided to get pizza and the meat lasagna where the Italian food is located. When we started to eat the food was cold. Not only that, one of the boxs was riped but the guy who worked there STILL gave it to us that the pizza was starting to fall out. After that our stomachs started to hurt from the cold food. I feel bad for the people in the long line who wanted the Italian food. Beware of cold food at the food court.

Mall wasnt too busy which was good while we got to shop without having to rush or be too crowded.

Big, (more than 1,000,000 sq ft) beautiful, clean, modern. Security. Performance Art interactive digital screens, theyre huge. Extremely cool. Many, many choices; point prices for most. Upscale choices as well.

Theyre known for over-charging their renters, and a bunch of businesses have had to close down or move. If they dont stop price gouging, they might have to close.If youve ever wondered why mall stores are so expensive, dont assume the stores are greedy. Its often the mall owners who are greedy. I used to wholesale to the shop owners, thats how I know.

Great good. Great staff. A little pricey but worth it.

Food court was clean and had many choices. Ichiban sushi made our food fresh to order. They even took our special order. Sbarros had good mac and cheese with white sauce. We shopped at many stores and had a great time. Parking was easy and convenient.

It was a nice day to go. Not too packed and didnt have to wait in line to get into any of favorite shops. Only complaint would be I think their air conditioning only works in half the mall it was a bit more toasty once you get to the side where Sears use to be.

Nice outing with the family. Wasnt very crowded but I dont think all the stores were opened. The food court was smaller. Some of the smaller stores were still only letting in a few people at a time, which made me feel better. My family had on masks as well as alot of shoppers. It was nice and the grandkids had fun.

Some of my favorite things about the Arden Mall: Macys, Raider Image, Sbarro, Lenscrafters, Victoria Secret, skateboard shop, the carousel, the covenient location, the cleanliness and light. Overall the people who work there seem to be more helpful than pushy, but thats a generalization of course.

I love the Arden mall it is very fun most the time spotless but sometimes the escalator is dirty. Enough parking spots very big and I love the big phone things in the front where you can look at the map and stuff😁

I like the prime steak and the baby back ribs! Loaded baked potato with asparagus is also bomb 💣 They have really good Burgers 🍔 😋 and Drinks 🍸

This mall has lots of shops and is very beautiful inside, clean with a great atmosphere around it. A place you can bring the family to shop and have a nice day.

This mall has been around Sacramento for a long time. And it is mostly crowded on the weekends of course. I did enjoy coming though I wish it were a bit more bigger to have more stores in. It is a childhood place of mine and I wouldnt mind coming here to hangout once in a while. Much more recommended to go here for those that live nearby but if you want quality I suggest you go to the Galleria mall.

I have visited this many times over the past 25 years. I didnt have that many qualms with Arden Fair Mall until recently. The parking needs a definite upgrade. The parking lot can be very difficult to drive around especially on busier days. The mall was packed but what can you expect when people are extremely thirsty to get out and shop after being on lockdown. I feel that if parking were to be improved, customer frequency would multiply 10 fold.

Best mall in Sacramento. Wait, only mall in Sacramento these days. Well, still enjoy going here.

Arden Mall lacks any kind of secure bike storage and forbids patrons from walking their bikes on the premises. This poses as something of a Hobsons choice for cyclists. You can lock your bike outside, exposed to possible theft, or you can get into a confrontation with a security guard and be forced to leave. Do everyone a favor - dont patronize this facility.I hope Arden Mall goes the same way as the rest of the malls in America: a shuttered husk that will one day either be demolished or converted into an Amazon fulfillment center.

The mall is equipped with a good selection of stores and brands. Lots of great items in the center isle of the mall. Food court ok.

Spellbound...magical and enchanting. Immediately transported to a whole nother world. Of beauty. Not sure but Sabrina is largely responsible for creating the stores own unique ambiance at Victorias Secret. Cant wait til we actually start cloning.

Air conditioning, people, stores, more stores, etc etc it was awesome! We had some food bought some clothes cooled off in the air. Humanity at its most normal, it was a good day at the mall.

Idk why people give this mall so much flack. Not a lot of high end stores but still bright atmosphere that feels modern and spacious to walk through.

Patronized 85°bakery, one cashier who is busy packaging cookies while being the only cashier to ring up customers. Line was at least 6 deep, the customer he was helping had an unusual large complicated order, lots of delicate pastries requiring individual bird cage boxes, blended drinks added. 2nd cashier came to help, but her first customer also ordered blended drinks, so she doubled dutied and made all the blended drinks, even for the first couple who were still waiting for theirs

There are some cute shops like Bath And Body works which is always a nice treat and they have good sales. They took out the Starbucks but have a few little coffee spots still available that are not too shabby.

All their donuts are made somewhere else then brought in to sell...so whatsthe point? Its a pretend mom and pop, shop. Sure theyre home made, just in someone elses home, boo!

This mall is great in many ways. It contains a variety of stores with a variety of items from clothing to toys to electronics. My only issue would be that the parking lot is not big enough. It is usually too full and forces you to park in the very back.
