Today makes my 3rd visit in 3 years with 3 vehicles to be tinted. Customer service is always great, even when I thought I had an issue with the tints I just called and they are on top of it. Every time I called for an appointment they took me in same day. My car windows always look great. And the prices are reasonable.

Two days to install 1 deck, waited 3 hrs before they realized the wire harness was wrong, next day didn’t clean up after they were done, antenna doesn’t work now - owner said your antenna must be bad. Hello it worked before you touched it, now the dash kit they installed fell apart and deck is free in the dash. Horrible work, much better shops close by!

They rip people off I came in with my own speaker and amplifier all I wanted was a touch screen radio I financed the labor tints and radio the owner sold the radio to me explaining everything I can use it for now that I have it and want help with it he told me he doesn’t know read the manual the wires were hanging loose in the back of my trunk I financed it through snap finance and they charged me over 2,000 dollars with the option to pay early for 750? Basically they rip people off and do subpar jobs and if u have any questions after u pay they don’t care and all of a sudden have no knowledge of the product they sold you. Women don’t go alone.

Owner started yelling at me because he said I shouldnt wait so long for tint repair. Yet I returned after his requested 10 days wait for bubbles to subside. They never got the bubbles out. Watch out ...no contract/ guarantee. He was very dismissive and totally unprofessional...basically dismissing my concerns. Do not go here!!!. Pay a little more and go to a clean shop with written guarantees!!! Sure hes friendly all smiles when you come in to pay them for new work and evil when asking for reqesting guaranty.

They were very nice and professional. Me and a friend stop by there to get some information on car work. He was able to get his card in that same day. And Im going back Monday. They explained everything to us. The prices are good too 👍🏼

This is the worst place to get your audio done. Long horror story short they ruined my husbands car bought him a sound system as a gift and ruined everything.

Came here before back in July to get some audio and stereo installation done and they were alright, so I decided to come back today only to find out THAT THEY ARE CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION, everything was boarded up and dark. The only thing is that the sign outside says open DURING construction, which was not the case. It was about 4:30pm, being that they were supposed to close at 6 or 7pm... Confusing. Guess theyre done-zo. Haha

Man on the counter talks good. but there work is terrible. i took my car to them for stereo installation and spoiler paint. there were lot of dust marks in paint and paint marks on trunk. they broke one of the dash board hook while installing stereo which cost me more than the stereo cost.

I was not pleased with the results of the window Tenting job. After going back three times and they still couldnt get it right, I had them to remove the tinting from the 4 windows and refund my money. Its not a place that I would recommend.

I called in to check on some LED lights for my 1993 acura integra, ray automatically helped me when i came in through the day. He was very helpful and showed me all the option without any hassle. Without any pressure i took my time on what i really wanted to get. It was quick and easy coming in and out within 5 minutes. This is a place to go without any pressure and feeling free to get what you want. I asked him a ton of questions and was happily to answer them all! Ray is the car guy to go to!

Was quoted by owner to install alarm and window tint. The same day I was charged a different price by the wife while the boss was not there. I said what happened to my original price and she said not what I gave you. They also said I would get a trunk pin and they didnt install it. And Why give me a remote with trunk open button and it doesnt open trunk? Shady on the prices. Basic alarm but charged as if I got a viper wi the all the features. Will not go back.

IB Custom specializes in car stereos, window tinting and electrical repairs, but Ray, the owner, is a great guy and if you show him youre loyal and keep coming back he can fix most things automotive. He has far more reasonable prices than the fancy insurance associated repair shops. He doesnt do oil changes, but for me hes done tune ups, even a little body work, brake job, fixed electrical window, door locks, and heater-AC problems, replaced sheared off outside mirrors and the electronic control parts. Completely honest, and usually does repairs quickly, depending upon how busy they are. This a rare find, old school family owned car repair that is friendly, honest, and offers MUCH less expensive prices. 5 Stars, the best

One of the best experiences Ive had! The prices were the most reasonable around, I got full tint on all 5 windows of my Scion Tc, Ray, the owner, explained everything they were going to do to the car, they installed a 12 sub and amp and he told me everything they wired and how as to not void the warrantee. Overall excellent customer service! Even got a water bottle and walnuts on the house! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I went to this place just to get front door speakers ran to an amplifier. Long story short, they ran 4 speakers on one channel and as a result it blew out my speakers the next day. I returned the next day to see what they would do about it. A different guy said that my amp was bad so I purchased a new amp and door speakers from their store. Well, in the process of installing my new highs and mids amp and door speakers the guy blew out my 500watt fosgate bass amp. So now what do we do now was my question to the owner!!! He gave me a so called deal on the new bass amp I still ended up 400 dollars broker and my music sounds like crap. It sounded far better before I went to them. And not to mention the so called installation tech broke my light cover on the inside of my door panel and my inside door latch cover is broken. Never again will I go to them!!!!! No true leadership, unskilled techs and bad organizing and prioritizing skills. This is your warning people.....stay away from that place if you dont want to get screwed. Trust me !!!

Absolutely one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Was quoted one price but when I came back (happened to be wearing a shirt and tie the next time) the price suddenly doubled. I haggled and had a deck installed. Some of the shoddiest work Ive ever seen. They cut my dash to hell and now it looks terrible, didnt give me the instructions to the stereo or remote and still tried to overcharge me. This place should be shut down

Where to start, I came in to have a USB, Bluetooth axuillary put in my van. We came and picked up the van and the USB doesnt work through the stereo like my other car does, the axuillary was already broken. The auxiliary works only if you dont have your phone connected to the Bluetooth. So either music or answering calls but you cant do both. None of this was disclosed before spending almost $400. Okay thats just the start. Everything stopped working at least twice just while picking up the car. Left a HUGE hole in my glove box and couldnt find the piece that was removed so had to fabricate a piece of plastic to put over it so nothing falls into the gapping hole. Took a rode trip and it stopped working again. Found the wire that was loose. Tried again to use and doesnt work so have to pull wires out ourselves to find problem. When opening the glove box we came to find out that they broke our glove box, cracked on both sides. Replacement ($800) so we will duct tape it because replacement is not in our cards right now. Very unprofessional job. Wires sliced and not put back together properly. I am certified in electronics and know it wasnt done right. Ask questions before buying your products. Nothing we bought works the way I was expecting.

These guys worked on my audio system and got my alarm system worked out. Theyre prices are reasonable and work fast, flexible and high quality.

The only thing this place has going for them is their prices. I waited three and a half hours for 4 speakers and a head unit to be installed. Ray was a great help and seemed very knowledgable, but this place is downright terrible. After my install, I went to inspect my car and this is what I found and saw: my knobs for my AC controls were all on the floor of my car, they completely fu**** the leather on my dash, ruining the overall integrity of what was a perfect car, my car was a mess and smelled awful, gave me back the wrong stereo, scratches all over the plastic around the unit, and the best one of them all, my fu***** turn signals are not working AT ALL. I do not understand what kind of business owner allows his employees to perform work of this quality. I returned to tell Ray that my turn signals are not working and Im just overall unhappy with the job they have done with my car and he asked if I could return at some point the next day. I agreed to let him fix the wiring for my turn signals and nothing else. I will have you all know now, if you need audio done to your car, look elsewhere, I suggest you stay away from this place.

Best tint job in town ..

First of all this review is for service done a couple months back . Bad experience overall, no customer service skills whatsoever and the guy (Ray) lies a lot. It took me four trips back to the business to get my issue fixed and issue the shouldve been fixed from the beginning. Now two months later my window tint is forming air bubbles. Just save your money and your time and go shopping somewhere else.
