Wow. I got an oil change and a car wash. They do such good work. They did SUCH a good job cleaning. Its almost like the windows arent there. Super approve.

Ive been to Maita Mazda before.. and the workmanship is excellent.. do NOT EVER take your vehicle to Caliber Collision if you can help it. Maita found things missing from Calibers job.. and it was done correctly the FIRST time, not like the three times I had to pick up my car from Caliber Collision.The work was speedy and done within 24 hours. I know where I will be taking my car from now on.

The staff were so helpful. I love Toyota. It is a reliable car brand. I always been worried about dealership but they were kind and helpful. I know get my car maintenance done here on the regular.

Pushy salesmen. With me, wanted a huge down payment, and monthly payments out of my range to pay. I liked the COLOR of the car I test drove, not the car itself. Not interested in buying it at all. Salesman not happy at all.

The parking lot has plenty of spaces for disabled right outside the showroom. More cars than you can see in a day. The lot itself is clean and well maintained. The cars look clean and ready to roll. Theres a cafe serving fresh food and drinks including coffee. The parts area is well staffed,with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was treated with respect and served efficiently, it took a short time and I was on my way.

New service department. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I wanted to catch up on some reading. However the TV and raido was going on at the same time time. Also I had an appointment for 7am. I asked how long it would take for my car to be serviced, I was just getting an oil change and my car cleaned. I was told 2 hours. I needed to be at work at 10am. Its now 9:29am Im still waiting.😒. Hoping I will be on time for work.🤔

The service is very slow, be prepared to spend at least 3 hours in there showroom, when youre just going for an oil change. Guys are nice to an extent till you question them for something they didnt do. Too much foot traffic of the employees walking around, doing nothing.

The service advisor Derek always makes sure that what I ask to be done, gets done and that it gets done in a timely manner. Theyve always been respectful to me and if anything is going to take longer than just a little while or an hour or so they give me a ride home come back and pick me up when the work is done.

The sraff was wonderful....not pushy or annoying like some dealerships. Knowledgeable sales people...I may be buying a car from them but I am not sure since I am still doing research. I have had two Toyota vehicles in the past one was totalled and the other 1998 is still running great for my son who bought it from me.

Not a fan of this corporation, the people that work here are nice but Maita doesn’t service vehicles with salvage titles. So if you show up wanting an oil change, it won’t happen. I was told because I scheduled over the phone they would except my car but I could never go back.I would recommend Roseville AutoNation for car maintenance.

I brought my car in for a 30K miles service. The service adviser was very nice and acted very professionally. The service time was about 1.5 hours, so I spent this time in their waiting room drinking coffee. After the service was complete my car came out clean and happy.

Every time I take my car to the Toyota car care center I leave feeling good about my vehicle and my wallet whether I like the news or not they always help me navigate through my car repairs or regular service I feel like I get a good job at a fair price and the waiting area is wonderful

Id love to wait here for 8 hours. Read. Watch a movie. Just sit and talk with strangers. Refreshing environment here. But if you are one of those poeple who dont like to wait, dont come after 2 o clock here. Youll have to wait some hours.

I had a problem with my car and scheduled an appointment in this Mazda center. But when I came there they said we cannot do anything with your car, even check something in the car because it is the salvaged title. Instead I needed to go to Mazda Roseville and the second time Im here withut any problems and the do needed service. Its weired, in Roseville center they even didnt hear about Mazda on Auburn.

Great atmosphere. People are very friendly. Went in for a simple oil change and tune up. Even though it was busy I was in and out.

Great service team, they helped me find and fix what was wrong with my car. They even gave me a discount when shipping messed up and didnt give them the parts in time to have the car to me by their estimated finish day.

The Check Engine light came on. I disconnected the battery, thinking I might reset the sensor. Turns out, I only needed a new gas cap, but Thank God that Ralph (parts counter deity) had the insight to ask if I had disconnected the battery. He then took the time to explain to me how much that was going to impact my impending Smog Test.Im a bit of a mechanic and DiYer, but there was much more to it than I would have expected, and understanding all the aspects of the computer sensors needing to be cycled, and what that took to do...I returned to say Thank You to Ralph.Oh, the Dealership is great too.

Although we had tough challenges to finance a loan with Maita the special finance guy Pedro was less than truthful. I will never do business again with this company.

Brian Butcher that works here is the best! He seriously helped me out figuring out what was needed, and also went beyond that (i was having a problem with the work done at Pep Boys off folsom blvd) let me know some Important information about parts that were missing on my cat. From Pep Boys! And the people/person that worked on my car did an exceptional job! I feel SO much better after getting it done here! This is the spot to take your car if you want it done right! I found out the hard way, but lets just say i was paid in full for the huge mess Pep Boys did! Oh, and I personally will NEVER go to Pep Boys. But Thank you so much Toyota for Everything! You all rock!

Maita is a reliable source for automotive services. They do not try to sell you up with unnecessary work. They take care of details. The car wash is not reliable.

Still havent heard a Call Back from DENT my car by your sales rep. Check Toyota. When theres good reviews you answer. When your employees ruin customer cars you probably should take responsibility. But your management team writes no incidents/accident reports and totally ignores the situation. WOW🤯...yes I didnt buy the vehicle, and thats why Im actually going to go look somewhere else. Why cause maybe they wont dent my car there and take action as management like they should. STORE MANAGER/OWNERS pay managers to make decisions. If you cant your in the wrong role. I run a business for a big company, I make the decision.

Management must have changed for the good! I used to dislike how long I had to wait, their complete disorganization & lack of communication! I was pleasantly surprised this time.

Bought a brand new mazda 3 this March. Within a year, the battery died twice for no reason. They helped me swapped out two of the batteries and the battery died again today. I literally dont know what theyve done to the brand new car that they sold me.

So I took my 4Runner in and asked a simple question and for help. All I needed was to get a simple ECU calibration test. After asking 3 different people I get a awnser of no we cant do that. So I left and went to Roseville Toyota where I asked the same question. They looked at me and said sure no problem. That will be simple. Hour later I was all taken care of and back on my way.

Quick, friendly service staff took care of all my needs and even gave me a loaner.

I needed to verify the battery I needed for my vehicle. They checked the vin, confirmed that I was shopping for the correct battery, then told me that their OEM battery was on sale. I was shocked that the dealer price was 30% less than all the parts stores. I will definately check with them first when I need Toyota parts.

Keep raising price after we sealed deal , unhonorable 2 faced back stabbing staff, we even heard them talking bad about different customers when outside in their lil break group

No more shuttle service and they take forever on time wise for basic service, and they lied to me about how long it was going to take them to do a simple oil change. Double ing the time they said it was going to be.

Checked out my battery. Was from a dealorship but not theres.
