I was shopping for a used car and either car sales people didn’t think I knew what I wanted, (I am a woman) or, private sellers wanted too much for cars that were beat up. I found a car I was interested in at Galaxy Auto in Sacramento. Daniel, (possibly the owner) treated me like I knew what I was talking about. He encouraged me to have the car independently inspected if I wasn’t sure, so I did. The inspection revealed two small items which Daniel had repaired before I bought the car! Shopping for a pre-owned vehicle can be overwhelming and skeptical. I drove to multiple dealerships all around Roseville and Sacramento and almost every used car lot had issues with their vehicles and almost all of them seems untrustworthy. I heard about Galaxy Autosport on the Radio and when I looked them up I instantly thought I could never afford a car there because they seemed to high end for my budget, but since I was in the area I decided to stop by and browse their inventory. As I arrived, I was greeted by the owner Daniel, he wasnt pushy and extremely knowledgeable about all his cars. I immediately felt comfortable because he was honest about every vehicle I looked at, such as if a car needed minor things like, new wiper blades, etc. I test drove a few cars and I end up falling in love with a 2019 BMW 530I. As I stated before, I never thought I could afford a car like this but Daniel had the right connections and knew the right people to get me financed and I was able to walk away with this beautiful car! To sum things up, dont waste your time searching and driving everywhere. This is the place to go! Daniel really took care of us. He did everything he could to get us in our new Jeep. We told him where we wanted to be with the finances and he delivered! I would recommend him to anyone. Our jeep did not come with a warranty due to it being a 4x4 however there was a weird sound coming from under the jeep and my husband called and Daniel told us to bring it back in and he would take care of the issue. Bought a 2013 Audi S4 a couple months ago from out of state, without being able to test drive or see it in person. I bought it as-is in good faith based on the inspection and description I got from Sal. He was helpful and a man of his word throughout the whole transaction. I discovered a few items needing repair after it got shipped to me and long story short Sal stepped up and helped with those repairs even though they had no legal obligation. He checked in after hours with me without me reaching out to him, that says a lot. The car is beautiful, fast and a blast to drive. I just want to say these guys have the best customer service. I didn’t buy a car from them but I was looking at a Audi RS5 and they were able to answer every single question I had about the car. I recently had surgery so I was no able to leave the house and they even went as far as bringing the car to my house just so I can see it! Bought my 3rd car from them. Traded in my E46 M3 and traded towards a G500. Sal/Daniel were great to work with and make it easy. They stand by their cars. When we were walking through the G500 we noticed a small switch needing repaired and they were more than willing to take care of it. Seamless process...highly recommended!!!!!

Bought a BMW 2012 535i from galaxy autosport more then 6 months ago, was referred to Sal the owner by a friend, i was worried to buy a BMW because if something broke it would cost allot to fix. Sal explained everything to me was not pushy and was very honest. The car did not have a single issue thus far. In my opinion one of the best, down to earth, dealers in town. Even if you dont find a car in his inventory that you want, he will go out of his way to find that car for you. Would recommend!

I was in the market for either an E46 M3 or an E39 M5 and was looking all over the country to try and find one. I came across Galaxy Autosport and was put in contact with Sal. They were selling a 1 owner, clean carfax M3 with 100k miles and it looked pretty darn clean. I had them drop it off at a local independent BMW mechanic so a PPI could be done. Things came back good overall but with a few recommended things to service on the car. Sal was willing to work with me and did all of the maintenance that the shop suggested to me (around 1,000 dollars worth) and even took off a few hundred to help offset the cost of shipping the car up to Oregon. It only took a few days and now the beauty is sitting in my driveway. Sal was easy to get in touch with and all of the necessary paperwork and title came overnight in the mail. Highly recommend Sal and Galaxy Autosport if you are looking for a cool used car.

I have known about this dealership for a while and as mothers came and went I decided I wanted to get my mom a new SUV as a gift. I saw a really meticulously maintained pre-owned BMW X5 and went in and decided that was the right car. I went in had the paperwork all done in a few minutes. Sal also helped me get a much better rate on the car (dropping it from a 10.5% interest rate from my own personal bank to 5.85%) Overall great car buying experience and I recommend checking this place out if you are I the market.

I wanted to say how happy I am with my purchase of a BMW Z4 from Galaxy. I worked with Daniel & was extremely happy with his knowledge & service. The car was in excellent condition for its age. I even had the Niello BMW down the road to a full check up on it. They only found 1 issue with the windshield washer fluid motor. Which Galaxy fixes the next day. When I went in to purchase the car Daniel had all of the paper work ready. I was out of there & On the road in 20 minutes. I would definitely purchase another car from them. Just got my BMW 335 coupe from Galaxy Autosport . I have been browsing for one in the last two months, finally found a super clean E92 with low miles At Galaxy the car was in an outstanding condition both mechanically and cosmetically. They got me approved with a low interest rate . It was a simple and fast process .

Wouldnt come down enough to make it worthwhile. Nonetheless, Daniel is a good guy and easy going demeanor. If I was able to offord the maintenance I would have bought that beautiful C63 AMG.

Top-notch customer service and the cleanest vehicles around! Of the 60 or so vehicles I have purchased in my life, this might have been the best buying experience. Sal is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he offers, which is very rare in the industry. I purchased a 2005 Mercedes C55 AMG from him on 21 Feb 2015, and the car looks and drives like brand new. One of my friends who saw the car actually thought I had purchased a brand new Benz. I will be back sometime in the future to purchase either an M3 or M6. Best prices and the best service I have encountered.

Well if I could give them negative stars I would! This whole company is full of bad people. They sell cars in horrible conditions. I bought a BMW 535i and since I bought it is has been in and out of the shop getting fixed. When I went to go test drive lights popped on the guy instantly panicked asked me to get out he needed them to look at it real quick. Once he came back the lights were gone. I should of walked away at that point but I stupidly stayed. Now Im stuck with the piece of junk car that I pay for every month but cant drive. Ive called them many times they have no remorse or feel bad at all. If your looking for a good car dont go here!!! You will seriously regret it! I know I do! BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!

The selection of bmw cars I found here was out of this world. They had over 10 M3’S in stock I was able to look at and compare. I fell in love with one of them and I am now a proud owner of one. I purchased my 2007 Mercedes E63 and it ran lovely until my oil temperature sensor needed replacement after only two months. Not a big deal but when I took it to the shop. We found a rag tucked into the engine bay hiding an engine oil leak from the engine. This is a 1200-3500 repair for a $20 O-ring replacement depending on your auto mechanic. Galaxy Autosport, I find to be your stereotypical “used car dealership”. They are super nice when speaking to you and promise, “Oh I personally checked the car INSIDE AND OUT.” They provide friendly recommendations, but no real resolution or integrity. I’m very disappointed. I don’t recommend doing business with them.

I went today to go take a look at a 2004 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG black on black and the sale person there kept telling me all false information about the vehicle. After I told him Im a Mercedes-Benz certified Technician and I work at these cars for a living, I was hoping he would stop saying false information about the vehicle but he did not stop talking nonsense. The trunk wasnt working correctly (opened fine but the button to close it automatic was missing and trunk had to be smashed for it to close) key-less start wasnt working but the key-less entry was (he kept telling me it was a key issue, but in reality its a key-less start issue) he said that he replaced the brake fluid reservoir and brake fluid because he had a message on the cluster stating the fluid was dirty (mercedes only tells you when fluids are low not dirty also you need a mercedes benz computer to do a brake flush on the vehicle not just a pressure bleeder) he said he did the oil change because it said it was dirty on the cluster ( again it dose not tell you that on the cluster also i couldnt check the oil because that vehicle dose not come with a oil dip stick) theres no history of the vehicle being in any collisions but did see the front bumper, rear bumper and right front fender has been painted. The center console wood grain is different color because he said that that wood trim is unavailable and he had to get a different color (which again is a lie i bought a whole new wood grain trim for my other E55) he also said with $1500 i can make the E55 go 700HP🤣 (the headers alone cost 3k plus you have to update cooling system, pulley, belt wraps, ETC) the sales person thought he knew it all not even if he would sell me the car for 13k out the door i would give them my business. I dont trust these people at all and please do yourself a favor. TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO A SHOP TO GET INSPECTED OR BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU TO CHECK OUT THEIR VEHICLES.

Rare cars in here, however please take someone that knows about Audis, BMWs, and Mercedez in here, as some of the cars, as amazing as they are, need someone to check the things that go bad in these. P.S. They always have the rarest cars in here, and a mediocre to too high price though:/

Sold me a lemon a car with problems and issues and they knew it they said they would fix it and NOTHING!!!!!! I dont know how these small lots get away with screwing the public selling messed up cars on top of paying an arm and leg to repair them. Total Failure on my part trusting these inconsiderate small lot.

Selling Damaged cars with BAD CarFax Just like every other Little Pot Lot SMALL dealer on Fulton ave STAY AWAY make sure you get them pre- inspected if you decide to GAMBLE on purchasing from these SMALL AS IS NO WARRANTY NO SERVICE RECORDS! Tell you what you want to hear pot lots. They will show you carfax and smog thats it.. These lots Dont service there cars they get! and if they do they patch em up because they CANT AFFORD to FIX em RIGHT at theDealerships with CERTIFIED MECHANICS..Thats why they are CHEAPER! Because you buy a car with PROBLEMS in these LITTLE LOTS ALL ON FULTON AVE..

I usually dont take the time to write reviews like this, but I had such a great experience buying a car from Galaxy Autosport that I felt compelled to give them props. This was the best car purchase experience Ive had to date. They were incredible knowledgeable about the strengths and weaknesses of the luxury sports cars they had. I bought a 2007 CLK63 AMG. The care was very clean and taken care of. Both Sal and Dan were very straightforward, with no hardsell or BS. It was truly a consultative sale. Its difficult to find a straight shooter, when buying a car. The pricing was very competitive, right out of the gate. They also have a shop, so they go through the cars thoroughly prior to putting them up for sale. Their not sales guys, but auto enthusiasts. The service was great, as well. I had to run home to get some docs. I emailed them over, came out of the house and their they were, personally delivering the car to me. My next order of business, is to have them shop for a Range Rover me. These are my car guys moving forward. If your looking for a high end, gone through, luxury car where the last owner took the depreciation hit. Give these guys a call. I got a warranty for another 100,000 miles and 5 years for a great price, as well. So I have an amazing car with no future worries for the next 5 years.THANKS GUYS!!!

In 2016 I purchased a 2005 Porsche Boxter S with 50,000 miles from Galaxy Autosport. Overall I would grade the process a B. While there I noticed the complete owners manual portfolio package was missing from the glovebox. Someone installed only a single manual in the glove box and with any Euro car you need the whole set in order to learn about the car. Sal was attentive, ordered the manual package and shipped them to me ASAP.Also, later at home, after further reviewing the Galaxy supplied CARFAX, I noticed that the Porsche was in an accident. I have another companies AUTOFAX I purchased before buying the car that says no accident, which is strange. The underbody is straight and uncompromised, so the vehicle was most likely in a minor accident. I would buy another car from Galaxy Autosport.

I just bought my 3rd car from Sal and Dan at Galaxy and Ive been extremely happy with all 3 cars and all 3 buying experiences.If you want a fair price on a used premium/sport/luxury car thats in excellent condition, this is the place for you. If you just want a cheap, crappy car, go somewhere else - these guys really care about the cars they sell, their reputation, and the happiness of their customers:The first car I bought was almost totally restored (2006 BMW) - new rear main seal, new valve cover/gaskets, new tires, repainted front bumper, new brakes, and much more. I drove it for a year before I put any money into it, and even that was all preventative maintenance/fluids.The second car (2008 BMW) had a couple interior issues after I bought it - one of the thigh extenders on the passenger side power seat went out, and I noticed the steering column cover wasnt attached properly (result of a recent repair). They actually offered to fix the items at cost, after they had already restuffed the driver-side upholstery for me for free. Other than that, the car was mechanically and cosmetically flawless for the entire time I owned it (about a year).On my most recent purchase (2012 BMW), I did a thorough inspection of the cosmetics on the car, and also had a pre-purchase inspection done at Niello BMW (closest dealer). On the previous 2 cars, nothing came up on the PPI from Niello (actually, one had a horn out but it was only 1 of 2 so the horn was still functional - not a deal-breaker for me), but on this recent car, a couple things came up: bushings and brakes/tires. They took care of the bushings and brakes for me for free, and I met them 1/2 way by taking on the tires - more than fair considering the excellent condition of the car. They also fixed a sensor on the back door and a trim piece that I pointed out was deformed. Oh, and they re-dyed the passenger seat, which had some wear on the leather. Now it looks better than the drivers side!They worked with me on my trade-in and got me very competitive financing.Honestly, its hard to imagine a dealer working harder for their customers - as a result, theyre super popular! So, make sure to call in advance if you want an appointment/to check out a specific car. And, they know a TON about the cars they sell, so make sure to ask plenty of questions.Also, get a PPI on ANY used car youre going to buy, from anyone! Galaxy will make sure you get taken care of if the car needs anything, which is unusual considering the amount of work they tend to put in to the cars they sell.Thanks Sal and Dan! You guys do great work in a tough business and you deserve to be recognized.
