Gorgeous , low miles and quite unique. Amazing value. In assessing the cars at Adams Auto Sales my sense is this lot is very discerning in the cars they put on their lot. I can’t say enough about my comfort level with Adams. Many are concerned in shopping for a car because of the idea of this large decision and the pressure one may face from “ sales.” Trust me in my assessment and trust in Adams Auto Sales. This is a place to trust in doing what they say they’ll do and the quality of the cars they offer.

I understand this is a used car dealership, but these vehicles are definitely just a quick flip. I just avoided losing so much money by having it inspected and not buying.

I bought a car for my daughter here and appreciated their no nonsense approach that we experienced. We were basically handed the keys, allowed to inspect the car as we wanted to, and take a test drive. After the test drive, we were asked if we were interested in the car. If so, lets talk; if not, thanks for coming in. We didnt have to deal with any hard sales tactics. The actual purchase process was probably the smoothest and quickest that Ive ever had buying a car from a dealer. No hard sale after agreeing on a purchase price about buying an extended warranty or gap insurance upon closing. Overall, I felt that we got a good price while the dealer made a reasonable profit from the sale

I was looking for a specific car with a 3rd row seat. I finally found it at Adams Auto. I called and was able to do most of the deal over the phone. (I live 2 hours away) I was looking for this car after a not at fault accident. Once I arrived and test drove the car, I noticed a severe issue in the drive train. I informed the sales staff that regretfully I would not be buying the car because of the severe drive train issues it had. Despite the deal already being done, they offered another car. I explained that I had very specific requirements and I drove 2 hours to buy this specific car, so I was not interested in any other car. The owner then came and talked to me and said that he would put the car in a certified shop and have it fixed. I was still leary about continuing with the deal but he assured me that he will take care of me. I reluctantly agreed as I knew my options were limited for this specific BMW. The only other concern I has was the rental car I was in because of the accident was on borrowed time. He put the car in the shop, had it fixed, explained the exact issue in detail and the part that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the OEM part was going to take time to arrive so he got me a rental car until my car was fixed. Once my car was fixed, he delivered it to me. The car has been great ever since. Ive had it a year already and I couldnt be happier with the service. From the very first call to the day my car was delivered, the staff was amazing to work with. I am extremely grateful for the lengths that everyone went through to get me into the car I wanted. Thank you!!!!!

I have been car shopping for several months and have visited countless dealerships in search of my next car. We called ahead of time and told them we were coming and which cars we were interested in. They were so relaxed and the banter was fun! I was interested in two cars on the lot. Sam handed me the keys to both after taking my drivers license and off we went. We got the car faxes upon asking and proceeded to several other dealerships. I called said I was sold on the audi q7 we went back I put in a deposit and returned the next morning. The paperwork was ready for me and the experience was so easy and fun. Very professional and we highly recommend adams auto sales!

The vehicle we purchased is still running strong, the issues we found when purchased and were agreed to be fixed were fixed and we have had no problems. If there was a way to give negative Stars I would.Test drove a vehicle and gave them a copy of my drivers license which they did not return when I brought the vehicle back. I drove off the lot not realizing I hadnt received the copy. I was down the street, called the dealership to reminded them that they did not return my license copy, but was told that they were closed. I was able to make it back to the dealership before the close time printed on the windows but was not able to get my property. So why leave early? and the person I spoke to said he had no way of contacting anybody to unlock the doors..... that I had to come back first thing tomorrow morning....He was sorry for the inconvenience!Yes a simple snafu but it concerns me enough, that I will not be buying a vehicle from them...First impressions.... :-(

I had a wonderful experience here. I came from Reno just based on their inventory selection and quality of vehicles. Being an experienced used car buyer, I am aware of the usual things to watch out for. Had no issues and felt very at ease during the whole process. Saad, Dusty and Ryan have my respect and will be who I will check first for the next car.

Adams Auto Sales is not your typical used car dealership. The staff at Adams went out of their way to make my car buying experience a positive one. Because I recently returned to California after working overseas for 10 years, had just moved into an apartment and had yet to start my new job, obtaining financing was a challenge. Well not much to share. When I went there I pulled up got out of my car. And the sale manager came out. And asked if I had an appointment. I told him no so he went and got a clipboard and made me an appointment for the next day. He said that because of the co-vid19 they are only selling cars by appointment.And needles to say I wasnt able to keep the appointment.

Bought the Audi A4 2010, the same day I got it out of the lot it was leaking oil they knew over the phone once we asked them about it that it was the oil pan but didn’t fix it and said they gave us a new oil change but now I have to take more out of my pockets to fix it because it’s leaking a lot of oil which drained my car! I’m going to try contacting consumer affair or the better business bureau.. You guys must not believe in karma because I’m pregnant and you’re making me deal with the problems when I could’ve gotten a better car out of the lot! God knows and is watching or whoever you follow your religion you believe in this is how you guys live off of people? Sad

Went in to look at a car I saw posted online. The description online was far from what I found on the lot. Creepy people. They do a good job of polishing cruddy cars and passing them off on unsuspecting people. Fortunately I read the reviews before buying.

Bought what I thought was a great 4WD Toyota. Within two weeks it overheated on me twice after topping off the coolant. Its possible they sold it to me knowing the issue. The second time it overheated I was in a fast food drive through so I wasnt idling very long. In any case they are obviously not checking over vehicles before they sell them.Ended up being a cylinder head gasket failure. A $2316 repair.Stay far far away from this lot!

Worst experience ever. Sold me a car that broke down a few days later. They told me that its my own fault. Car I traded in they kept in my name which has gotten a ticket, told me they would pay it. And never did. Worst place to buy a car from

Do urself a favor n and dont buy a car here...they sold me a truck and said it was thouroughly checked and in great shape ..i took it to have it inspected at the dealer because they knowingly sold it w two recalls and found out about the wiring problem,bad ignition,was wrecked n repainted even though they said clean carfax,and worst yet and safety hazard...breaks front and rear had less than 5%left and needed pads and rotors!!..but yet they said everything was in great shape...checked them out with BBB,theyre known for this but continue to do business like this so...

Purchased a 2006 TSX NAVI from Saad, Im pretty sure some people just have bad experience once in a while. The car drives great and I love it, so far nothing wrong with it. Only down side was I drove off the lot with an empty tank thats about it but no big deal. He worked with my 2500 down and everything went well. Before purchasing any used car please check it thoroughly if youre no where with little mechanic experience, luckily I did. But overall the experience for a first time buyer wasnt so difficult.

I bought a 2008 mercury mariner off of adams auto sales for $8000 cash i i was very happy with mu purchase however i must say they dont do much as far as detailing the cars before they sell them the day i pulled it off the lot i started playing with the 7 disc cd player and out popped 7 celin dion albums so i doubt they pay much attention to quality of the engine before they sell it going by the other reviews ive seen here i must say i more than likely got extremely lucky with my purchase i had no issues with the car at all

Bought a car off them for 10K. Its been 7 months now and I have already pumped in 2,000$ into the car. They do not check their cars for issues, they just buy them off the streets and sell as is. My CD player didnt work, oil started leaking, airbag lights keep coming on, coolant systems failed on me causing the car to over heat, etc. The worst part is that I got a 3 month warranty for the car just in case things like this happened and the company wouldnt cover a single dime of it, even after it says that it covers all engine related issues! Dont recommend purchasing vehicles from this used dealership since they do not put any effort to maintain their cars prior to sales.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from Adams Auto Sales in August 2017.The professional level of the employees are extremely low. They are salesmen and con-artists. I know, I know, expected for the position.Reason #1: I did not have established credit, so I knew my APR would be high. I was told over and over, that because I have no credit, that they will have to increase the cost of the car, because the burden of the credit will be placed on them. I was placing 5,000 for the down-payment. However, I still got a 20.95% APR. If you have any established credit, do not come here.Saad was the primary sales-person that dealt with me. Saad was decent in person, but a monster over the phone.Reason #2: I received a bill from Adams Auto Sales for DMV registration. I was told over and over that I would not have any further bills. I called in, and did not get Saad. I was told, sorry, you have to pay it. I had to keep calling until I got Saad. Saad finally said, ok, I remember telling you that you did not have to worry about anything else. We will take care of it. It was such a hassle.Reason #3: I finally decided to have my tires inspected, because the car was pulling to the right. Low and behold, the tires are completely bald. The tires were sold to me with less than 2/32 tread. I had to replace them there on the spot. I called in to Adams Auto Sales the next day to inform them and wanted to see if they wanted to take care of anything. I spoke with someone whom did not want to give me their name. He said he would talk to the boss the next day and call me back. He never called me back. I called back in and got another gentlemen who said he is the supervisor and will not reimburse me. He would not give his name either. He said, You did not buy the car from me. You bought the car from Adams Auto Sale. In the end he began to yell at me. He said, Just because you are the customer, what right do you think you have calling for reimbursement of the tires after 6months. How do we know that you didnt swap the tires out? (This was after I told him that in Carfax it shows the tires being replaced in 2013).He told me to come in and talk to him. (after he just yelled at me)You know what? I dont want any help from you. I will not seek any money from your company. [You can keep this as evidence] I will just post my experience with your company online for other people to read.What have I learned?#1: Always get the car pre-inspected. The dealership can and will do anything to save a dollar. Sad world.#2: Go to a larger, well known dealership. The employees will have more to give their names for one, and will have a standard to live by. Adams Auto Sale does not.#3: Do not trust any salesmen. They are in it for themselves.Thank you Adams Auto Sale for teaching me these things. I will take the $600 hit for tires, but I hope my post hits back just as hard.SEAN MURPHY
