Arden Audio has always been my go to place (also the place I recommend to freinds & family) They have the BEST PRICES on both high-end equipment & low-end equipment, and its because 95% of their customers end up life long customers, so they have no lack of business. Honestly...even if you dont know a single thing about car audio or brands, just go down there, give them your budget, and they will make it happen! Trust me! Ive done it 3 times now. Arden Audio makes it happen!!

This place is a joke. I took a Mercedes that had radio problems and the crook that helped me out said I can pay for an inspection for $60. They said they would call me when the car is done but I didn’t get a single call. I tried calling them multiple times and nobody would answer so I just showed up. He told me that I needed a rear antenna amplifier. I went to multiple places to get it and after paying money to get it installed that wasn’t even the problem. I don’t even think they looked at the car at all. It was just a way to make a quick 60 bucks. This place is full of scam artist.

Arden Audio is a bunch of scammers, they will lie to you to get you to pay for things you dont need or want. And then send you to Pacific Audio to get it installed and Pacific Audio is a worse scam than Arden. Do not bother with either one, they are both full of liers and scammers.

Arden Audio has great prices. They have tinted my wife’s car windows which came out great. We bought sundown woofers which are hands down great sounding speakers. They also installed a car alarm and GPS tracking in my sons car and I’m very happy with their install. I highly recommend this shop.

Recommend!! I scheduled an appointment with a mobile audio guy a week ago raving about his low prices andlicense professional gimmick and he flaked on me! Called Arden Car Audio and spoke to Dia. He quoted over the phone with a VERY impressive price. I immediately dropped my car off. AWESOME CHOICE EVER! They gave me all the bells and whistles I asked for and then some. They really took care of me. I 100% recommend them. Ill be coming back for future business.

Radio install in jeep took 4 hours for 140 bucks. Minor blip in that the microphone didnt work on pickup, they took it apart and fixed it within 10 Mins. Dashboard install looks perfect!

Do not come here!! I was told my tint was going to be done today. Dropped off at Noon. Still not done at 7. He is trying to tell me it will be ready tonight. His guys will stay late... they havent finished the other cars. Im not waiting until 9pm to finish. I have plans this evening....

They were late opening unorganized is an understatement shop is run down. They are very knowledgeable and great pricing I would reccomend but you need to patient.

I bought a 500+ Pioneerr flip out screen stereo and in less than 90 days the stereo stopped working i took it back to Arden Audio they had no replacement they shipped it to the manufacture. Ive been without music in my truck for 3 weeks now and they have no answers

Dont go to this place. If I could give no stars I would. Complete ripoff. Sold me something and installed something else. Then tried to charge me more for something that should have been installed in the first place.

I got a great sound for lower price than I was quoted every where else.My window tint is flawless, with no bubbles.They did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them to any one that asks.I still plan to come back to get my alarm installed

I called to get some prices for a stereo system installed. I called 5 or 6 different places, Arden Audio is by far the cheapest place and their customer service is outstanding. Nick the guy at the front counter was awesome and his staff went the extra mile to get me out quickly. And a special thanks to Andrew who did the install.

Strongly not recommended this place, the owner is unprofessional and full of bad attitude and the workers wasting time of the customers, first they told us one price when I come to the shop they change the price and I was tinting my windows they almost waited me 5 hrs for tinting my window. It was my big mistake to came in this location for tinting. Please guys be careful don’t wast your time in here and they are charging a lot, they even don’t know how to behave with the customers.

I took both my cars my bmw and my Toyota Corolla to Arden audio to have the windows tinted and they did a great job on both of my cars the service was great the price was fair they even had a waiting area I could wait in with my dog I would rate this place 5 stars anyone who is looking for a good place to get there windows tinted should go here they also do audio systems while I was waiting I saw them install sterios and amps and all those customers left slapping this is a good place to go for all your tinting and audio needs I tipped both window tinting guys both times I went they did a good job and left my cars clean thank you Arden audio keep up the good work..Im a happy customer

Ive been a Arden Audio customer for many years.the quality of service and competitive pricing is unmatched. they are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job the first time.

Installers break panels and run wiring half done. Dont warranty the work. Had to redo half the setup so that I could maximize the audio quality. 2 tweeters went out after a few months and I was told it isnt there problem. Wouldnt take a beater Honda to these scam artist. Paradyme audio is more professional for the same cost.

I dont usually do this but this place is awesome the owner is honest and upfront like the old school shops the staff are awesome I highly recommend this spot thank you guys again.

Best price i found on Viper alarm install with smart start and appTook about 5 hours to install, so they werent rushing and did a good job i hope.

It was terrible customer service. Their Installers are Garbage and they are way over priced. I was there a hour and every customer was mad and upset and not happy with service.They need to be shut down by better business bureau. Dont let them ruin your car or truck. I only gave them 1 star because I couldnt post without selecting at least 1 of the stars. Really there is no reason to give them a star.

Don’t waste your time. Staff very rude and act like you are a bother to them. I was looking for a subwoofer and the clerk couldn’t even give me a price of an item for sale on the floor without calling the boss in his cell phone. When the boss wouldn’t answer. All the clerk said was sorry. The boss was outside doing a transaction in the parking lot with some shady looking fellows, probably not a stereo transaction. When he finally came in he looked me up and down and then came up with a price in his head. F this place

These guys are great honest workers for a really good price.I priced out an audio system for my Toyota Rav4 which included front component speakers, 5 channel amp, and 12 inch kicker, and it was cheaper here than anywhere else, with very good price on install.After install there was an issue with my audio I noticed 2 days later. I came in and they fixed it right up for me.Later I realized my windshield shade had been misplaced in the install, and when I asked about it, the owner said he couldnt find it but reimbursed me for the amount so I could order a new one.Great service, honest work, solid pricing.

4 months after them doing my tints on a brand new car the tint shop is looking like it was done 10 years ago. 4 months are you kidding me, poor job and im going to call them and make honor their lifetime warranty. Unless you know them personally they do a poor quality job on anything.

I went there to have system installed in my amg.

We brought our suburban in because the speakers were cracking, popping, and would occasionally stop working. We were fully expecting to have to replace the stereo and/or speakers. When we arrived at Arden Audio, they immediately got to us and diagnosed our problem as a faulty audio in cable. After only spending $35 for diagnostic and a new cable, my radio sounds great again. These guys hooked it up. Very reasonable pricing to replace a locked up sub and a blown amp. Less than 30 minutes later I was driving away with premium sound again.

Service was great and was one of quickest tinting job in the car I have experienced.Price was one of the lowest in town I have found as well.I’d give 10/10 and recommend everyone to get their tint job done here.

Great selection and installation

I got a auto window tint done from Arden Audio Sacramento. I received a great deal, much lower than other shops in Sacramento. They installed a 3M tint. I will definitely recommend dealing with Dia, the owner. I recommend them for Auto Tinting Sacramento, thanks Arden audio and Dia.

Beware of this place, The owner Is a scammer. He pulls bait and switch with his costumers. He advertised a sub I wanted for a certain price out the door. I even called the place to make sure it was going to be the final price. I arrived and he said that that discount didnt exist, Although i showed him their own ad they didnt honor it. If they have this shady business I suggest you find a better place that will treat its customers better.

Stay away from this place. I was told this was a good place to get a new car stereo and it was recommended that I make a appointment which I did. I showed up for my appointment only to be told Dia had over booked and couldnt do the work. This Dia person didnt apologize and was very unprofessional. It was suggested I go back on Sunday or Monday. I decided I didnt want to do business with this Dia person. As for the other guys working there..they were very nice and apologized to me for the inconvenience. I had friends who wanted to know how my experience went. I told them to stay away. This Dia person is a total unprofessional flake.

My husband and i went in early. They started asking what we wanted and we explained, they gave us the options and nice stereo to fit our needs. We purchased and left car with them went back 2 hours later cause car wasnt being worked on, yet no one bothered to call us, only to find out they never installed it and told us it wouldnt work unless we did COMPLETE new rewire. Didnt even try to let us pay for that option they just refunded money. So we took our money and went to audio express! I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone that wants work done because they dont truly care about that customer at all.... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We got a better stereo, cheaper price and options at audio express!

Very disappointed with them, they installed a car stero, navigation & back up camera. A few months later my radio started to shut off so I took it back and after a few attempts they replaced it. Then a few months after that my navigation quit working and I was told to refer to my owners manual which they never gave me. Then a few months after that my radio stopped working so I took it in and the only way he could get it to work was we had to do 4 steps and reset everything. So I left and when I turned my vehicle off and back on the radio wasnt working so I went straight back there and was told there was nothing they could do. So I basically paid over $750 for a back up camera. My recommendation is to find another place.
