We recently purchased a 2021 Forest River No Boundaries 16.2 Trailer. We drove from California to Couchs RV Nation in Ohio to pick it up. On the way back, we found several factory blemishes on the trailer. It started with a LP gas leak on the pigtail connection between the tank and the regulator. The table was way out from the wall, wobbled as the legs were uneven and it was completely insufficient. Trim was coming off by the entry door, the Norcold fridge door panel was bowed out, the wall in the shower was bowed out. The wife and I converted the dinette to the bed when we were boon docking in a Safeway parking lot in Spearfish, Idaho. After watching TV, we went to get off the bed and it collapsed injuring my wife. Needless to say we needed these repairs done ASAP because we have a trip coming up at the end of July. We called over 10 dealerships requesting warranty repairs for our RV and they would not do them because we didnt purchase it from them. Couchs RV Nation claim they have a North American Service Network in which is a canard. I called them and they stated to just go online and find a service center for Forest River. NOT! After much searching, I found a little mobile RV repair shop in Antelope, Ca. My first encounter was with a wonderful and professional person, Ashley. They were pretty booked up however they were able to get me scheduled for the LP gas leak repair. They swiftly repaired it, provided pictures and an accurate invoice to facilitate a reimbursement from Forest River. Shortly thereafter I encountered Matthew. This man is a breath of fresh air, honest, patient, very knowledgeable and integrity rarely found in business these days. He swiftly got my other repairs needed as well; IE. table, fridge, trim, and shower. We cannot applaud them enough for bailing us out of a tough spot. Luckily Norcold quickly shipped a no cost replacement door panel and Couchs RV Nation shipped no cost rivets to repair the shower. The table was done to perfection, I can actually have a cup of coffee now without it spilling all over me!

We just completed a 2 week trip in a travel trailer from RV Time. The service was excellent - the trailer was new, in excellent condition and perfect for our family of 4. Ashley and Matt were super responsive - when we had an problem with the remote braking system, they were available by phone to resolve the issue. They also met us at weekend times convenient to us to pick up and drop off the trailer. Very highly recommended!

If youre looking for a reputable company, look no further. They do things right the first time! Ashley, Matt and Tom are hands down the best. I had a new converter and a new toilet installed plus work done on my kitchen sink. Matt and Tom did a superb job and my fridge no longer ices over and the lights in the trailer no longer flicker and dim. Everything is perfect. Im bringing them back in a few months to install a new awning. HIGHLY recommend!!!

This is by far one of the best places to go to have work done on your rig. Matthew and Ashley are absolutely the kindest, friendliest and knowledgeable people.I had some work done on my water heater and cant be any happier. They got me in on short notice had all of the necessary parts for the repairs. Kept me updated on the status and notified me of completion.I know that I wont be going to anywhere else when I need future maintenance or repairs.Thanks so much Ashley and Matthew for all that you do.

Matt and Tom came out to our RV park and installed a washer and dryer. They were on time, very respectful of our coach and belongings in the coach. The installation was done efficiently and in a timely manor. They kept us informed through the installation. We are very pleased with the service we have received from RV Time and will not hesitate to use them again.

Finally a place that makes it easy. Just took my fiance to the Lake for the weekend! Great price and thankfully for me they took care of everything! Nothing better than being able to have the little extra conveniences like a bathroom to shower and brush in the morning. Seriously. Plus Ashley and Matt really take the time to answer all your questions and make sure we were ready. We got the extra comfy matress and make huge difference. Really appreciate the extra customer service! So glad I have a RV place when I need it! Next time Im going to try the full service delivery to campsite so I dont have to do the slow drive to the lake!

This was hands-down the most amazing, one-on-one, easiest, most communicative, fastest rv repair experience I have ever encountered - and I live full-time in my rv and have been to lots of repair shops.Whatever bad or frustrating experience you’ve ever had at another place, they make seem like a breeze.From working with our warranty service, sending us pictures of damage and repair work, emailing or calling daily on the progress, coming in under budget and faster than expected, I just can’t put into words how amazing this place is. It’s very small and they treat you like you are their most valuable person and your rv is their whole life while they have it. I won’t go to another rv repair place again. In fact, I’ll time my travels to coincide with their location and any repair work needed.

Upon arrival, Matthew explained the entire process for my awning fabric replacement and took the time to answer all my questions. Matthew and Tom did a quality replacement in a short amount of time. The team from RV Time came to my home for repair work needed on my 5th wheel. They called ahead to confirm our appointment and arrived right on time. The work was performed with a high degree of skill and professionalism. They patiently answered all my questions and shared their expertise. Matt and Ashley were amazing! We rented their 28 Jayco for a family vacation to Kansas and Oklahoma and had an absolute blast! Showed up and had a thorough walk through of the trailer. They were upfront with the known problems that hadnt been fixed yet due to backlog of parts (two of the shades over the windows wouldnt stay raised). Took it home and somehow the cover for the fridge on the exterior blew off. They got that part to us the SAME DAY (we live 20 miles East of Reno and their business is IN Sacramento~ 160 miles). We will always rent from them exclusively until we can afford purchasing our own trailer. You dont find this kind of service from any big rv rental place.

Great experience, from start to finish this RV Service place has its customer service down. Setting an appointment was a breeze, RV time came to my RV storage jacked up my trailer and replaced the tongue jack in like 30min. This is my new go to RV mobile service. My wife, daughter and I rented an RV from RV time and couldn’t be happier with our experience. After spending countless hours of doing research we came across RV Time. Renting an RV allowed us to experience the joy of family camping without all the added stress that comes with owning an RV. The owners were great from start to finish. They answered all of our questions and their communication was great. As someone who has not used a RV very often I appreciated the time they took to walk me through setting everything up. The owners Ashley and Matthew have been in the industry for years and have a wealth of knowledge that you would only get by working in the RV business. They really made this process easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any RV rental or repair. Lastly, and most importantly you can trust that they will take care of you and your families needs.

RV time is by far the best RV and trailer repair facility in Sacramento and surrounding areas. They set the bar for customer service, they are professional, and they got me an appointment at a reasonable time frame. I have an extended warranty yet was having issues getting my trailer into the dealership I purchased at. The woman who set my appointment was very friendly and quickly got me an appointment. They are mobile so the individuals that came to my house, since I cannot move my RV, were very professional and assessed my issues quickly, then came back the next day to do all of the repairs. My trailer is looking better than when I purchase it from the dealership, which cant seem to get me an appointment anytime within the next three months, and I am extremely satisfied with the service and care I received with RV time. These guys really know their stuff and put the factories work to shame. I would definitely recommend!

What a great outfit! Matthew and his team installed a water heater, torqued some bolts on my hitch, lubed my suspension and finally did a roof inspection on my fifth wheel. Ive been rving for 30+ years and I can tell when someone knows what he is doing. These guys are top notch. I recommend them highly.

I had roof replaced along with some extended warranty work on my 5th wheel. Matt worked with my insurance and extended warranty company smoothly to complete the work in less than 2 weeks. The insurance squeezed his labor rate below local market and wanted me to take to camping world but they did the work at the price the insurance requested. I will always take my rv to Rv Time!!!!

Wow, where to start???Been an RVer for 10+ years. I bought a new one about 3 years ago. bought it from a local dealer... I wont name, names. I realized that I hadnt had any maintenance or service done in about a year. So I called my local dealer and they were serveral months out, this was upsetting considering I bought it from them. So I decided to call another major player in the area Camping World, they told me cant get you in until OCTOBER!! At this time I was discouraged. So I talked to some friends to see if they knew anyone who could help and they pointed me towards RV Time. They came to my driveway, put tarps down and did a complete axle service at my house! Best part was they actually answered the phone, were friendly and the appointment was only two weeks out. They were clean and professional. They let me pay for the service on my doorstep with a credit card. This company is ahead of the curve. I would and will recommend RV Time to everyone!
