He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life. The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate.We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed the third portion of our remodel with Spectrum One, which included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms.Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!

Very unprofessional Staff. Called their office, discussed our needs and scope of the project, and made an appointment with their cost estimator. He never showed up, and not even bothered to let us know that this wasn t type of project that they do. So unprofessional, just wasting our time!People who do not even show up for an appointment, how you could give them your project, and not ripping you off along the way.Wouldnt recommend them or waste any second on them.

I was referred to Spectrum One. Im glad to know that there was no high-pressure sales pitch from the team, but quite the contrary, very helpful and patient, and the finished product was superb. We all love it! I highly recommend them.

I’m in shock with the good reviews about this company. Our bathroom was remodeled last summer (less than one year ago) and we have a laundry list of problems already. Dennis (who is the licensed contractor and is supposed to oversee the work) only showed up to give the initial quote and walk-thru and draw up the plans. The plans ended up being drawn incorrectly (dennis’s measurements were wrong) and we had to come up with brand new plans on the fly. He also came out after we had severe issues with the tiling and grout and he tried to bully us into using substandard fixes. He wanted us to use silicone caulking on the FLOOR of our bathroom to cover the horrible grout that was cracking and coming up in chunks. The grout is still terrible and gets worse every day. They used the wrong grout color and instead of apologizing, tried to blame it on us! Unbelievable. Paint is cracking at the wall corners, our sink faucets leak because they were not installed correctly. The list is a mile long. RUN don’t walk from this company! The only reason for 2 stars is because the employees that showed up daily to actually do the work were kind and hard working.

I needed to get my bathrooms remodeled and install SOLAR system at my house. I called Spectrum One. They gave me a reasonable price and performed OUTSTANDING work! I love the way my bathrooms turned out and the solar panels are great, saving me a ton on energy bills. The guys were working very hard and always cleaned up every night. I recently was seeking a contractor to complete a large concrete patio and landscaping project at my home. I was fortunate to select Spectrum One, Inc. to do the necessary work. My first impression was that they responded to my request immediately and after reviewing the scope of the work gave me a fair and reasonable bid. After accepting the bid, they were able to begin work the next day. This was done before I even heard back from the other contractors I contacted. Paul and Daniel scheduled their crew of highly talented and extremely dedicated workers. The crew did an excellent job and they clearly exceeded my expectations. Their work was professionally completed in a short time span. I highly recommend Spectrum One and will use their services again in the future. I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angies List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrums estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasnt sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything weve discussed. I called Spectrums office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I cant express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!

We use Spectrum One for the construction of a wall, crown molding and the installation of French doors. The craftsmanship was perfect and they worked hard to stay on schedule. I will use them again for sure.
